Ancient noble residence belonged in the nineteenth century to the Coletti family, a family of wealthy landowners who took an active part in the political life of San Severino Marche . Giuseppe Coletti was mayor of the city for over thirty years but also provincial councillor, president and founding member of many charitable, banking and administrative institutions and the whole of Italy.
Francesco Coletti was an illustrious scholar in economic, statistical, agricultural and social matters and professor at the Universities of Macerata, Rome, Pavia Sassari and Bocconi in Milan and author of more than a hundred scientific essays .
Villa Teloni in 1996, after a long period of neglect, was bought by the entrepreneur Sandro Teloni who, after having made the family residence, transformed it, following two long and laborious restorations entrusted to the architect Patrizia Ravegnati, in a charming residence able to accommodate up to fifty people.
Equipped with a large outdoor pool, a large porch that houses a lemon house overlooking a large garden, a sun terrace overlooking the hills and a park with pine trees and lush vegetation.
The house has air conditioning in 11 apartments, a barbecue area with wood-burning oven outside, and an area with wood-burning oven inside, a professional kitchen and four kitchens in apartments and four other common kitchens of which the property is equipped. In the property there is also a small church.
The sixteen accommodations between suites and apartments are all very spacious and equipped with all comforts, furnished with taste and passion. From the scent of the interiors to the care of the linen, to that of the table, here everything is designed to fascinate and leave a beautiful memory to the guests.
The rooms and apartments are arranged between the Villa Padronale, which also has a large living room, the mezzanine, the wing overlooking the park, Villa Vedetta and Villa Granai. In the structure there is an area of one thousand square meters for dogs. The property is equipped with an external and secure parking, with a capacity of 150 places and inside the villa you can park only two cars for people with disabilities.

Less than an hour from the sea, less than an hour’s drive from Falconara airport, this charming residence overlooks the hills of Macerata of which it is a representative place and is just under twenty minutes drive from the enchanted village of Elcito, the Marche Tibet. It is also five minutes from the historic center settempedano and the civic art gallery where there are works by Pinturicchio, Salimbeni Brothers and other extraordinary artists.
