We had a very good stay in Teo's appartment. The appartment is well located between Trogir, Split and the airport. The supermarket is 2 min away. The host is very helpful and gives a lot od advices on places to visit. It was a very nice trip and Croatia is a beautiful country to visit!
Apartment Mendy was perfect for our needs. From the moment we arrived, Teo made us feel welcome and comfortable and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. Meeting him was one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment is well appointed with careful attention to everything a guest might need. Highly recommend!
I always say you can tell if a place is going to be immaculately maintained by the sharpness of the kitchen knives! And they were in abundance here. Needless to say the rest of the apartment was well appointed and spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to spend a week. Teo, the host, really does do everything he can to make you welcome and settled. We had to shorten out stay and Teo went well above and beyond to help us out. Thoroughly recommend.
We had an excellent holiday in Apartment Mendy. Teo is a very welcoming and helpful host. The appartment is very clean, well equipped and spacious. It is located near a bus and train stop for Split and Trogir. We would definitely recommend it for family holiday.
We have a very plesant stay in Kroatië.
Kastela Sucerac is a nice place where you can buy everything you need.
There is a very good bakery, two nice places for swimming and lovely terraces under the trees with sea view.
The owner is very helpfull! Thank you very much Teo.
With a candy, drink and fruit you will be warmly welcomed.
Hi! I'm Teo â born and raised in beautiful Dalmatia, just a short drive from where you'll be staying. đ I love meeting people from around the world, sharing stories, and making sure guests feel truly welcome and at home.
What I enjoy most about hosting is seeing people slow down, relax, and fall in love with this magical part of Croatia. Whether itâs your first time here or your tenth, I want you to feel like youâre visiting an old friend.
Iâm always nearby if you need anything â tips for day trips, food recommendations, or just a chat in the garden. đżđ·
See you soon â and welcome to your little piece of Dalmatian peace.
I chose this neighborhood because it has *everything I love* â my grandmas land, sunshine, space to breathe, and that good old Dalmatian feeling of "pomalo". Itâs a residential area between **Split and Trogir**, where you can feel like a local, not a tourist.
Youâll hear birds, see olive trees, smell grilled fish in the air, and maybe wave to a neighbor passing by with homegrown tomatoes. đ Itâs close enough to the beach, the city, the airport â but far enough to enjoy your coffee in the garden without rush.
What I enjoy most? **The sunsets. The view. The corners full of flowers. The fact that life feels real here.** đș
Youâre not just staying in the sea view area â youâre staying in a place where the sea view, the sun, and the people actually *live*.
This isnât your typical cookie-cutter apartment. Here, you get the **real Dalmatian soul** mixed with cozy comfort.
Weâve got a **sun-drenched terrace with sky-blue chairs**, a **big garden bursting with flowers and olive trees**, and a **charming old-school barbecue house** straight out of grandmaâs kitchen. đ„đ
Vintage touches like an old iron, a wooden wine jug, and traditional cooking pots tell stories of generations past â itâs like stepping into a warm hug from history. đ§Ą
Plus, youâre just a **short 9-minute stroll to the beach** and 15 minutes from Split and Trogir â the perfect blend of nature, culture, and city vibes.
If you want to slow down, enjoy real local flavor, and make memories in a place that feels like home â this is it.
