La masseria est située en plein centre de la charmante ville de Muro Leccese et à quelques pas de la magnifique mer d'Otrante.
La propriété, qui remonte au XVIe siècle, est située sur une magnifique place dans le centre historique de la ville et s'ouvre sur un grand jardin privé.
La maison, qui est construite sur deux niveaux, peut accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes et se compose de 4 chambres doubles, 2 chambres avec 3 lits simples. La maison comprend 6 salles de bain.
La propriété bénéficie d'un bel espace extérieur comprenant une belle piscine. La pergola abrite une table à manger où vous pourrez déguster des repas en plein air.
Deux chambres supplémentaires avec salle de bains attenante et aménagées dans le grenier qui comprend une terrasse, une cuisine et une salle de bain supplémentaire sont disponibles dans un appartement séparé dans la même propriété et peuvent être ajoutées pour les grands groupes (REMARQUE: frais supplémentaires requis).
Un autre palais avec piscine appartient aux mêmes propriétaires à côté. Ensemble, ils peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 30 personnes.
Muro Leccese est l'une des plus belles villes au sud de Lecce, jamais trop de monde mais aussi jamais trop vide (en hiver). Très sûr. La mer d'Otrante, à seulement 10 minutes, est l'une des plus belles d'Italie. À Otrante, il y a une plage privée avec une zone ombragée et un petit restaurant que nous suggérons normalement. Sinon, il y a beaucoup d'endroits que vous pouvez découvrir si vous êtes plutôt aventureux.
La maison est sur une belle place qui est presque "privée" (notre maison prend tout le devant de la place), et est à 100 m. de la place principale. Dans les environs, vous trouverez d'excellents bonbons et gâteaux et de bons restaurants, vraiment abordables.

Fabulous villa

We loved everything about our stay, the town square was a few minutes away but it was so private and quiet. A short easy drive to beaches and Otranto. Beautiful interiors and each couple had their own space, but with wonderful common areas. Communication from the owner and the staff was excellent and they went above and beyond. We can highly recommend

Stunning Property

This is an absolutely beautiful property. The property is vast and the detail meticulous. We had the pleasure of meeting the Owner Alessandro who was just as charming as the property itself. He sources all the fixtures, furniture and art work and he has a fine eye for detail. The local village is very friendly as were the staff who cared for the villa. We will definitely be staying here again . Just fabulous !

Most amazing place I've ever stayed!

This villa is so amazing, words can hardly describe the detail of restoration and decor! We loved our stay...walking to the cafe for espresso and gelato in the evening. The guide book awesome with all great suggestions of where to visit, best beaches and restaurants in the nearby towns and areas. Then the pièce de résistance...the house help made us the best dinner of our two weeks in Italy. Do that! :).

Incredible

This property is beautifully designed inside and out, comfortable, has an incredible friendly staff, and is perfect for families or large groups. It would be hard to not enjoy yourself here! Our group of 10 stayed for a full week in October. They provided breakfast every morning (additional fee) which made our days incredibly easy. We requested 3 dinners at the property (by their on site chef) that turned out to be a higher quality than any restaurant. I’d highly suggest doing the same, it was magical. In summary, couldn’t get better.

A fantastic place to stay

We enjoyed a lot our stay at this amazing house. The house is simply stunning and we felt very comfortable with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very kind and friendly. The design of the house takes care of every detail with beauty. In addition the kitchen is incredibly equipped with everything you may need to cook if you want to. We had also a special celebration during our stay and the team was able to arrange a perfect celebration where we enjoyed the tasting local food and wine. No doubt we strongly recommend everyone to visit this place and visit also Muro Leccese and its charming centre.

It was just like the pictures

The property is lovely, spacious, and charming. We were hampered because we spoke no Italian and Luigi the housekeeper spoke no English, but thankfully google translate saved the day. Luigi was super helpful and available. Priscilla the property manager responded promptly when we had issues that required an English speaker. You definitely need a car to stay here. We had thought we could hire taxis and that proved a challenge.

My wife and I spent two weeks in this beautiful and comfortable house. For four days 8 friends joined us. We all enjoy the wonderful flow, the privacy of each room (beautiful suites), the marvel of the architecture, the comfort of the common areas and the kindness of the owner and care takers. Lovely located in a traditional clean and charming village, equidistant from Otranto coast or Gallipoli coast. Ideal for discovering Puglia. To be repeated and recommended!

Simply perfect

We rented the masseria last summer to host our families and friends for our wedding in Puglia. We stayed two weeks in both houses and were amazed by their beauty and simple elegance. They're perfectly designed and curated, have and have beautiful furniture throughout. The gardens are much bigger than you think and the overall feeling is one of living away from the world in a magical place surrounded by your friends where stress simply does not exist. The overall capacity is huge for about everything: rooms, kitchen, dining and common areas. We spent two weeks with at one point thirty people and never felt a lack of space. I can't recommend the masseria nor Alessandro enough, our trip would not have been possible without his constant help and support in the months of planning it took us. I look forward to going back, for many, many years to come.

spring in Muro leccese

The house is beautiful, extremely unique, elegant, comfortable, very well equipped and fun. We stayed there in spring last year and it was marvelous. The children enjoyed the pool and we spend an extraordinary holiday. The owners were very kind and their hospitality incredibly warm. Great Masseria!

Luxury and relax taken to the next level.

The house is truly a great work of architecture and art. It captures perfectly everything that one would expect from a holiday in Italy. The choice of furniture and all the small details complement flawlessly with the beautiful secluded garden. I went with my husband and 6 other friends and it was the perfect accommodation. Large enough to allow you moments of privacy but cozy enough to share wonderful meals in the garden or a swim in the beautiful swimming pool. Something else that we all appreciated is that from the outside the house is very simple but once you open the door it feels as though you have entered paradise. The garden is extremely well-kept, the pool is luxurious, the rooms are stunningly decorated and the bathrooms are large and modern. Spent hours reading and relaxing in the garden and then strolling through the acquaint streets and having coffee or an aperitif in the beautiful town square. The house is also close to all the lovely beaches and the magnificent cities of Otranto and Lecce. I would highly recommend this house since it offered us a one of a kind vacation.

We are family of four and this is our main vacation house. Though the house is large, we like to have it all for ourselves when we are visiting. We live and work in Milan. We have other houses in this area both small and large. Please enquire if you are looking for something different. We might have what you are looking for.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Muro because: it is safe, it is near Otranto (even in Salento there are differences between areas, in our view this area is the safest, more elegant, people are more friendly and the sea shore is world class). Besides, being slightly inland means that the place is fresher and drier at night in the summer, not too crowded also during spring and summer, but also not too empty in the winter. If you feel in need of shopping and visiting one of the most beautiful cities of Italy, Lecce is only 20 min. away.
We chose this property because it has a large garden that makes you feel like you are in the countryside while you are in the center of the town. After the renovation (which has taken 7 years) the place is now quite special: you will soon feel the atmosphere of the place!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location of the house is perfect. We are not on the water but, just a 15 minutes drive from the beach of Otranto. The views of both the interiors and the exteriors will impress the most sophisticated traveler. You will fall in love with the kitchen, the garden and the nice patiot! Some of you will not want to ever leave the pool area. Others will stick to the white long chairs near the pool or to the garden with under a nice tree to read and relax.

We have tried to add all the possible ingredients for a vacation 'our style': hifi, wifi, several fireplaces, ice machine, al fresco dining, art collection, big bathrooms, floor heating, 20 m. swimming pool, 2 kitchens fully equipped, five meter dining table (made by an artist from Rome), laundry room, keyboard and microphone. It is a verey relaxing place and quiet, the square is just a 3 minutes walk and it has 2 beautiful baroc churches and an old Palazzo of the Prince of the 16th century and nice ipogeo. In the square that is better to visit at night with the nice lights it has a nice bar to taste local pastry and nice coffee with ice. The restaurant of the square serves the best fresh fish of Salento and so you don't need to travel far to find local food. The town has everything walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, bakery and newstand. The people are very firendly and it is a safe surrounding also for children that can walk around the town without any problem. Modern and sleek bathrooms and two well equipped kitchens. Ideal for those who love space, art and elegance. We like to collect art and you will find pieces around the house and in the rooms that give a bit of flavor.
The palazzo is beautifully furnished in a very cool Italian shabby chic style that I have come to associate with the very best design in this part of Puglia.
