Idéalement situé dans le centre-ville de Petoskey. Cette maison de vacances confortable et propre a de belles vues sur Little Traverse Bay. Plan d'étage ouvert et grande terrasse avec mobilier de patio et grill. Cuisine entièrement équipée et linge de maison fourni. Chambre des maîtres w / salle de bain ci-joint a un lit king size. 2ème chambre a deux lits superposés. Lit double dans le coin de la chambre principale et mezzanine supplémentaire w / canapé-lit. Des matelas d'air supplémentaires peuvent être fournis sur demande.

Fantastic place to stay in Petoskey! Centrally located it is a 10 min or less walk to downtown. Dawn made it easy to check in and was so helpful during the stay!Looking forward to going back!!

Outstanding!

This is a not to be missed VRBO listing. Superb! Beds are comfortable, really wondetful nook overlooking the water and sunrise/sunset. Well laid out, well stocked. Extremely clean. Close walk to the downtown. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Well done!

it was better than anticipated. The house had all the amenities and comforts of our own home; it was really nice to have everything we needed at our fingertips! my favorite part/surprise of the house waws a book on Legs Inn (our favorite restaurant) and an apron paying homage to my home country. Thank you, we had a fantastic stay!

What a nice place

This the second time we stay at this wonderful house in Petoskey. This is a former small church with very large living area on the main floor. There is amazing panoramic view of Little Traverse Bay from the main bedroom upstairs. You are walking distance (5-10 min) from all the nice shops and restaurants downtown Petoskey. We would love to come back again…

Family Reunion For Birthday Celebration

This house was the perfect place for eight family members to gather. We had plenty of space and everyone slept well. Our host was fantastic, easy to correspond with via text. She even added special touches to the home and a birthday gift to enhance our surprise celebrations. She was flexible with our check out time so no one felt rushed. It was a lovely spot to be together and we were able to fill the house with laughter and love.

Great Lakes Great Times

We had a fantastic week staying here for my brother’s wedding in Bay Harbor. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Petoskey, and the deck and master bedroom have great views of the lake. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Petoskey Perfection

We truly enjoyed this lovely and unique home. Having been a church decades ago, we felt blessed. The location is so perfect since we could walk to everything. Our host was very helpful for both check-in and as an information resource. We never cooked anything, but the kitchen looked ready-to-go. We highly recommend and would return for sure.

Beautiful

The property has wonderful views of Little Traverse Bay and the rooftops of Petoskey. Its location is close to downtown Petoskey and very walkable but quiet and sereen. Bedding is very comfy. Towels are cozy and soft. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and great if you want take out to eat in your own private space with view of the Bay. It was our second time in the home and it won't be our last.

A great place!

We recently rented this house for a long girl's weekend. It was the perfect place for a group our size. The house was very clean, well equipped (more than anywhere I've ever stayed), comfortable and in a great location, within walking distance to all the shops in town. We didn't get to use the deck due to the weather but there is a beautiful view of the town and lake. Our only suggestion would be to put mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms so when multiple people are dressing, it can be done in their rooms when needed, and also add a shower curtain to the upstairs tub. Those things are very minor and had to negative bearing on our stay. We'll definitely book this place again when we return to Peloskey! Thank you Dawn!

We thought it was very roomy and comfortable for 4 adults. Loved the look of the old church style and especially liked the outside deck and the closeness to town. Would book again!

Great Location close to everything

Property was great, location was excellent! We biked to Harbor Springs first day and Charlevoix second day and this property was central to town, dining, bars, and trails. Kitchen was fully stocked, nice size bathroom downstairs. Upstairs bath only has a tub and a pull out shower head at base. Master bedroom was sizeable with nice view of harbor. Second upstairs bedroom has three beds, with another bed in the hallway for some privacy. Downstairs had third bedroom but not private, view of family/living room. There was a handy pull out couch/bed next to Kitchen. Overall great place and convenient location!

Location & views!

We loved this house - amazing location close to town with amazing views. The home had everything we needed. Just a heads-up - there's lots of stairs! I had recently had ankle surgery so was a bit difficult to navigate but we managed. Hoping to return next year fully healed to tackle the stairs :) Our 2 year old & 5 year old loved the loft area and bunk beds.

Walkable town with plenty of outdoor activities, great dining options, local shopping. Many other towns nearby for fun day trips. Planning to return next summer.

Girlfriend Getaway

The location was great for walking downtown to eat and to go to all the fun shops. The house has plenty of room and was clean. The only thing I did not realize was the house did not have central air just a window unit downstairs. I guess it was unusally warm when we were there so the upstairs where most of the beds were was quite warm. But it was just something I missed when looking for a home to rent. Overall the house was great.
