La vue est parfaitement positionnée pour des vacances reposantes dans un endroit côtier et urbain. Il est placé au sommet des falaises directement sur la Great Western Beach surplombant la baie, avec le centre-ville et les plages à deux pas. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur la mer vers les promontoires et le port depuis un grand balcon privé, le salon et la chambre principale. En été, vous pouvez profiter du coucher de soleil spectaculaire tout en regardant le monde passer!
L'appartement est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent les plaisirs de vacances côtières avec la commodité de l'emplacement de la ville avec des restaurants, des supermarchés et des hôtels à distance de marche. Il y a un magasin de surf verrouillable à l'usage exclusif des clients au rez-de-chaussée dans le couloir commun.
L'appartement est situé au premier étage d'un immeuble victorien / édouardien converti. Il conserve certaines caractéristiques de caractère avec de hauts plafonds et des fenêtres à guillotine.
Il y a de nombreux magasins, supermarchés, restaurants, pubs, cafés juste devant l'appartement. La gare de Newquay est juste en face et il y a des services de bus réguliers pour Truro, Padstow et St. Ives. Juste en dessous de l'appartement sur Great Western Beach, il y a une école de surf et c'est un endroit idéal pour surfer et profiter d'une promenade sur la plage jusqu'au port à marée basse. Les sentiers côtiers à proximité mènent à Padstow. Il y a d'excellentes plages à distance de marche de l'appartement telles que Tolcarne, Town et Lusty Glaze. Newquay est une plaque tournante de la culture et de l'aventure des Cornouailles. Il y a la célèbre plage de Fistral pour les surfeurs et le restaurant primé Rick Stein pour le plaisir de tous.
Il n'y a pas de parking privé. D'octobre à avril, le stationnement est gratuit sur certaines routes publiques. De mai à septembre, le stationnement est payant dans le parking de la gare en face de l'appartement. Les permis de stationnement pour un séjour hebdomadaire peuvent être achetés via votre téléphone mobile avec APOCA pour £ 52. 00 par semaine ou 10 £. 00 par jour. Il y a 2 heures de stationnement gratuit devant l'appartement sur Cliff Road ainsi qu'un parking de 21h00 à 9h00 tous les jours. Il y a un parking hors rue (pas de lignes jaunes) en face de l'appartement. Veuillez vérifier les panneaux de stationnement avant de vous garer car les règles de stationnement peuvent changer de temps en temps.

A perfect place to stay!

This is a fantastic apartment with an amazing view day and night of Great Western beach. The location is perfect for exploring the local beaches and area on foot. Easy walks to Lusty Glaze and Tolcarne beaches and just a 20 minute walk or so through the town centre to Fistral beach.Would more than happily stay here again if travelling to Cornwall on holiday.Host is very helpful and the welcome pack was as added bonus

Easy to find, lots of instructions for parking and housekeeping etc, extremely clean and the gift left in the fridge for us was a fabulous touch! Would definitely book this property again.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Chi's apartment - so spacious, with a fabulous view! We were delighted with the accommodation when we opened the front door, and the photos really do not do it justice! All the beds were so comfy, the whole apartment felt luxurious and the kitchen was well-equipped. Could not fault it, and highly recommend a visit!

Stunning

Absolutely well presented and beautiful, stunning location. Woke up every day to watching surfers, coffee on the deck and cocktails at night. Owner was very responsive and prompt. We would absolutely stay again Be aware the garbage disposal is a daily item on the sidewalk public bin but not a real problem.

The perfect get away!

A fantastic place to stay, the property is beautiful, spacious and well furnished exactly as described. The view from the balcony over looking the Great western beach would never get boring. The entrance of the property leads on to the main road with great access to all forms of public transport to get around the area and beyond with great bars and restaurants all within a short walk. Would highly recommend to all our family and friends just wish we could have stayed longer :) thanks again to the owner, hopefully we'll be booking again for next year.

perfect apartment in the perfect location

The apartment was perfect for us with the three bedrooms with ensuites. The breath taking view of newquay beaches from the balcony was amazing with both sun sets and sun rise. Having Aldi next door and bars, restaurants, take aways, arcades we didnt need to drive anywhere. The front bedrooms can be abit noisey at night but the back bedroom all you can hear is the sea. We had a lovely stay

What a view!

We had a fabulous stay - the apartment is spacious, very well equipped, clean and has marvellous views on beach, coast and harbour - so we had front row seats for the fireworks on Dec 31st. Actually a 12 out of 10 Disposing all our rubbish in the public dustbins on the road took a bit of getting used to, but is enforced by the city…. Free parking in the area is also rare, but there is a car park just opposite the house.

Amazing - Second stay

Best kept secret in Newquay. You wouldn’t believe what’s through the front door. The apartment itself (clean, light, airy - HUGE) and the views (sea and sunset paradise) are AMAZING It’s our second time here and we will certainly be coming back to stay again. We LOVE it. Chi is the perfect host. We even had the lovely touch of Easter eggs left for our 3 children for our stay (Easter week) such a lovely personal touch - thank you Chi and thank you for welcoming us into your beautiful apartment. We shall be in touch to book again. 🌅

Beautiful location and flat - a little noisy on the side of the road!

Chi’s house is really lovely and I would definately recommend it to other families. The view is to die for and the size and layout of rooms is perfect. Although we loved the property, there are a few points that we though need improving: - The two smaller rooms facing the road are very noisy. The windows are only single glazed and this did not shut out any of the noise which was constant every night. - The balcony area although had a lovely view, really needed TLC as far as the flooring is concerned - The cleaning of the flat was ok, but could do with more attention. For example, the kitchen cupboards had lots of fingerprints, inside drawers (crumbs), windows very dirty, patio very dirty, dust on window sills and on skirting boards.

Whilst I welcome any constructive feedback, I would like to point out a couple things relating to your concerns: the windows to the front bedrooms are double glazed sash windows. As they face the high street, there would be some noise from outside. The apartment is located on a cliff facing the sea so the balcony and the patio windows encounter the weather elements constantly. I am sorry you did not feel the cleaning standards met your expectations though this is contrary to what other guests gave in their reviews of the apartment. Beautiful view

I stayed for a week with my two daughters and a few of their friends. We loved the apartment, the view couldn’t be faulted and it was a comfortable and very well equipped apartment. I dropped a star on the cleanliness as there were a couple of places that I thought could do with a more thorough clean but generally the apartment was cleaned to a good standard. Unfortunately the pesky seagulls make a mess on the balcony and it would have been nice if the glass had been cleaned of poop but I understand of course that the odd poop is totally unavoidable. The apartment is on the highstreet which comes with noise through the night but unless you’re a light sleeper it shouldn’t bother you too much. We really liked the location because we could walk to everywhere we needed to go. We managed to find parking in The Manor Car Park which was a 10 minute walk away and a weekly permit was £26. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Waking up in the master bedroom with that seaview is something I’d never get bored of. If you want somewhere with a view that is walking distance to shops, beaches and restaurants then you won’t go wrong here.

Breathtakingly Beautiful 😍

Where do I start? I secretly wanted to keep this place to myself so that it’s available for when we wish to stay again but it’s just too wonderful not to share. We have just returned home from a fantastic week staying here. If you think the photo’s are lovely, just wait until you see the apartment in real life. We were taken aback with the breathtaking view and how spacious / airy it was. Very clean and modern with a bathroom per bedroom (not something you get very often - perfect for us with teens). From the first point of contact with the incredible host Chi, to the day we left we were very impressed with the communication, guidance and smooth booking in/out procedure. The location of the apartment is a great central location to various beach coves, supermarkets and eateries. Although you can park across the road for a weekly fee, we chose to park in the residential street a few streets up for free. We rarely used the car (we didn’t need to with such a perfect location). When we did need it, we enjoyed the 5 minute walk. It wasn’t taxing at all and on our return we were able to get another space no problem. We didn’t want to leave and we will 100% be back to stay. Perfect Getaway

We couldn’t have asked for more. It was like an oasis in the middle of town. Located on the bustling high street of Newquay, inside the apartment felt like a million miles away. The view is spectacular! Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful apartment, stunning views and incredible host. We had a lovely stay in this apartment, it was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and was the perfect place to stay! Beautiful Newquay view!

Upon arrival we were suprised at how wonderfully spacious and immaculately clean the apartment is. The views are simply breathtaking, in my opinion, the pictures on line don't do it justice. You are a stones throw from everything you could need for the most wonderful and relaxing holiday. Shops and lovely restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment overlooks Great Western Beach with equally great beaches either side of it. To sit on the terrace and watch the magnificent sunsets was amazing and one I'll treasure. Chi is a fantastic host and was in contact to ensure a comfortable stay throughout. I had such a great time with my friends, I didn't want to go home. I would love to come back to this apartment every year! Thank you Chi! Andrea and Co xx

Fantastic!

Myself, my husband and 2 youngest children visited this property in the October half term and we could not have asked for more ! It was fantastic!! The pictures of the apartment really do not do it justice !! This huge apartment is Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need . On the main road , outside of the property- you have everything you need on one side ie shops/supermarkets/parking (in the station car park directly opposite) cafes / restaurants/ surf shops/ food of all cuisines there is an absolutely delicious chippy next door and gorgeous Indian a few meters away! On the other side of the property you have beautiful sea views !! Absolute perfection!! Chi was so attentive and had brilliant communication before and throughout our stay to ensure we were checked in ok and happy with everything . Obviously things are a little different at the moment but Chi outlined exactly what was required of both parties so everyone knew what was expected. The beds were very comfortable and everywhere was very clean! We would absolutely love to come back here in the summer !! Thanks so much for a fabulous, much needed break away in your gorgeous apartment Chi :-)

Beautiful apartment, stunning views

We had a wonderful week at this apartment. It is hard to imagine a better location - it is very central and literally across the road from the station. The views from the master bedroom and lounge out over Great Western beach are simply stunning. The apartment is extremely clean and modern. Very spacious and all bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The owner was very helpful, advising us on parking etc. We will definitely be back!

Alles Top!

Die Wohnung ist top! Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und welch ein toller Ausblick. Zwei der Schlafzimmer gehen jedoch zur Strasse hin, aber das ist "gut auszuhalten". Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein klassisches Doppelbett und zwei Schlafzimmer die üblichen englischen Betten - " kuschelig". Ansonsten: Alles super. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, alles hat gut geklappt. Er hat sich des Öfteren gemeldet und nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Haushälterin ist auch nett und zuverlässig und nach einer Woche hat sie die Bettwäsche gewechselt usw. Zur Lage: Der Strand ist fussläufig in fünf Minuten erreicht. Fußgängerzone ebenfalls. Vor Ort gibt es gute Lokale (Portugiese, Rebellion...). Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können diese sehr empfehlen.
