Beau 3 pièces condo 2 bain situé au coeur des Everglades. Cette propriété est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir la tout ce que les Everglades et 10.000 îles ont à offrir tout en restant dans un complexe de condo entièrement équipée spacieuse. L'estuaire à Everglades City est l'un des emplacements de propriété prime à Everglades City. A l'intérieur du complexe se trouve une grande piscine chauffée avec terrasse entourée de tables et de chaises longues. En plus d'un quai et rampe sur place. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la nature. Mais si vous voulez aller à Naples ou Marco Island, ils sont moins d'une heure. Miami et les Keys sont également assez proche pour une excursion d'une journée ou plus visite nocturne. Cet emplacement vous offre le meilleur de ce que la Floride a à offrir.

Awesome Condo in Fishing Country

Second stay here and we plan to return next year. Right in the center of everything Everglades, yet close to Marco Island and Naples for shopping, fine dining and entertainment.

Your in the heart of the 10,000 Islands surrouned by everything that nature has to offer and just a short drive away you can be in the upscale Florida destinations of Naples or Marco Island. Great getaway

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, the condo had everything we could need. The property manager, Deb was so friendly and pleasant to work with. Definitely would book this property again!

Everything was perfect. Loved the fishing with Captain Bob. Eating fish we caught. Too cool.

Beautiful decor and view. Amenities perfect. Can’t emagine a better place to stay in Emerald City or a better fishingcharter experience. Manager so caring and accommodating. We love the area.

Bob was very happy that you enjoyed the fishing trip and that you enjoyed having the fish you caught cooked at one of the local restaurants. Everglades Tranquility with Luxury Dock Access

Once again, we had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peace and natural beauty of the Everglades. We explored the area, did some sport fishing, and loved the convenience of launching right from the unit’s dock — a true luxury in the Ten Thousand Islands.The view from the property is incredible. We enjoyed peaceful sunrises with our coffee and watched dramatic afternoon thunderstorms roll in across the glades — truly a memorable experience. Our family felt completely at home, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Spot in the Everglades

This is our 4th year staying here. Well appointed and nicely furnished. We come for Fishing but it has easy access to all the Everglades and Ten Thousand Islands Parks. Also easy access to Naples and Marco Island for more upscale shopping and dining. Already booked for 2025.

This condo is such a lovely retreat from the heat. Beds are so comfortable but we loved hanging out in the living room and chatting the most. Thank you Debbie for being so helpful!!

Deborah was very helpful. She came by to help us check in and show us around. The pictures do not do the justice to that beautiful condo. The gorgeous furniture, high ceilings, amazing location, fully stocked kitchen just to name a few. My husband and I loved every minute. We will be coming back for sure.

Totally agree with previous reviews

This is a great condo and Deborah is a very helpful and responsive host. We stayed in late April for 5 nights. The furnishings were super nice and beds very comfy. From our screened balcony we had a nice view of the pool and the Estuary beyond. We had a few questions during our stay and Deborah was very quick to respond each time... This was a perfect location for our kayak tour and wildlife-viewing trips into the Everglades and Fakahatchee areas. We will definitely choose Deborah's condo again when we next visit Everglades City.

Dreaming of the Perfect Escape

Close your eyes and imagine a place that takes you far away from the chaos of South Florida—a small, peaceful town in the middle of nowhere that feels like exactly where you want to be. That’s where we found ourselves, and it was nothing short of magical. Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The space was beautifully maintained, fully equipped, and perfectly suited for our party. Every morning, we enjoyed serene sunrises from the porch with a cup of coffee in hand, and every evening, we marveled at breathtaking sunsets during our walks and explorations around the island. Debbie was fantastic—always available to answer questions or provide assistance when needed. Her attentiveness made our experience even more seamless. This was truly a five-star getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

A few days fishing with a friend

Stayed at this property for four nights during a fishing trip with a friend. The condo was neat, clean and well-equipped as advertised. No issues with the condo or the development. Had half a two car garage for boat trailer storage. Boat dock on property with ramp. Easy access to the gulf or back country of 10,000 islands national park.

Family time

I stayed at Deborah's place in 2017 and found it to be priced lower than what they should charge because the place is very spacious and clean. I made a point to stay there again this year for my family gathering. That choice became more important when family members at other locations got sick and we were stuck by ourselves in the condo. We felt very fortunate to have stayed at this location.

Fishing Paradise

This is a well maintained, comfortable and clean 3 bedroom setup. Worked great for a ten day fishing trip. Pool is a bonus and very nice.

Quiet Everglades Vacation

Beautiful property. Nice quiet town- Everglades City. You can walk to just about every eating place. Easy access to water. Loved it!
