Société magnifique 2 chambres 2. 5 salles de bains townhome au 7014 Ocean Breeze. Toute nouvelle cuisine Décembre 2018. Demi salle de bains en bas. Cuisine complÚte, entiÚrement équipée avec tout flambant neuf. Pont hors lumineux salon ouvert. Les deux chambres à l'étage ont leurs propres salles de bains. Maßtre a un lit King avec vue sur les courts de tennis. La chambre d'hÎtes dispose de 2 lits jumeaux. Tous les deux ont de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat. Les fans dans les deux chambres et le salon. Chiens acceptés avec le tarif pour les animaux. Les piscines sur place, tennis, fontaines magnifiques, la faune magnifique dans les lagons. Promenade à la plage en moins de 10 minutes. Marcher à Coligny Plaza à moins de 10 minutes. 2 passes de stationnement à chaque location. Ceci est un lotissement parfait dans un emplacement idéal et vous obtiendrez un service à la clientÚle parfaite avec elle.

Good location needs cleaning

The good: The location was good in relation to Coligny and the beach. There was plenty of room in the condo for my family. The beds were comfortable. The property manager was nice. The bad: The property was not very clean. The amount of roaches made my stay very uncomfortable. I had to spray the entire condo for roaches. The master bathroom had a slow drain so the water pooled two inches in the tub. I had to use the kids bathroom for showers. The maintenance guy came but refused to do anything. I tried to clear the drain without success. The property manager did say she would call a plumber. It would have been fine for a short stay but we stayed 2 weeks.

Nice place for Holidays get-together

Nice accommodations, adequate room for 4 adults. Each bedroom has full bathroom. Pet friendly, and community pet waste stations always had bags, which was nice. We used the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella stored in the deck locker. 10 min. walk to beach. Easy stroll to Coligny Square.

Would have given 5 stars but...

Affordable 2 bedroom in a great location. 10 minute walk to beach. Showers, baths, kitchen, bedrooms and living room were all clean. Overall a great place. My only 2 complaints: 1) They should have sent some type of communication letting us know how to access beach and where the pools were located in the complex. 2) They need to upgrade their pots and pans. We bought a bunch of breakfast supplies but couldn't bake anything on a rusted small square sheet nor wanted to use the frying pans. Upon asking the owner/manager, she did provide a quick response on how to gain access to the beach which is in-between the Marriott and Hilton on the main drag. We found 2 of the pools exploring but could not find the 3rd (which is fine as we didn't need it). We did not ask the Owner. If the pots and pans situation was remedied then definitely a 5 star.

We've stayed here multiple times now, love it

Cozy property within walking distance to the beach (5 min) down Lemoyne avenue. The property manager was very accommodating and we have stayed there twice now. It's a quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Coligny beach access or restaurants.

Nice place to get away

I only rated cleanliness lower because the cleaning lady just had a baby and the property got overlooked. The property manager was VERY responsive and easy to work with. It was a smooth transition to have it cleaned the next day and it was spotless! We would stay here again!

Great place!

Lovely area close to Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park. Everything was clean when we got there. Only issues were the broken door chain lock and dishwasher did not work for the first two days, but Laura got someone out to fix it very quickly. Would recommend to anyone coming to Hilton ahead!

Summer vacation

This property is conveniently located to shopping and eating. It was clean and had all the basic amenities, except for a grill. The dryer wasn't working when we arrived but the property manager got it fixed promptly the next day. You do save money with the condo not being directly on the beach, however, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There was a beach carrier/ stroller there to help transport all items. It is a definite to have to help with all your chairs, umbrella, and other beach stuff. I would recommend renting bikes which makes it easier for the family to get to the beach as well. You may want to consider a bike trailer. Only recommendations to the owner is a bigger TV downstairs, update carpet upstairs and new mattress in master. Overall, it was good experience at this condo.

Quiet and cozy.

Nice, cozy and enough room for my family to not be crowded. Accommodated us for 8, for my daughter’s wedding. Shopping was within 5 miles distance. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

This unit surprised and disappointed us.

Stayed here with my mom for a "girl's trip". Both of us were surprised by the general lack of cleanliness and upkeep of this unit. Not sure when the pictures were taken and the description was written but we were surprised and disappointed with this unit. If you're heading on vacation to avoid "spring cleaning" your own home and/or trying to get away from your own "honey-to-do list", I'd look for another place to stay. Two stars instead of one given because the location was convenient!

Cant wait to do it again!!!!

I was told that the townhouse was completely redone, and they weren't kidding! It was charming,& very comfortable! The new kitchen was gorgous with stocked with everything we could possibly need! The location was just perfect, waking up to large trees made us feel like we were in the woods. Beautiful pools, and we played tennis almost every day, all at our fingertips! We rode our bikes in the hard sand at the ocean & then rode back using the trails! To top it all off we walked to Coligny Plaza, did some shopping and eat at a different restaurant their both nights. We had great meals but there is so much to choose from! We have been talking since our 2nd day here and September will be the soonest we can come back to HHI. But we would be thrilled if we could stay in this townhome again, a true value!

Very "tired" -- could use both external and internal sprucing

We were glad to find unit did have wifi although I believe VRBO listing indicated no internet. Very disappointed in general upkeep ... light bulbs missing/not working, missing outlet plates, minimal kitchen equipment, no rug/bath mat in master bath (very slick tile when wet), etc.

Very Convenient, Nice Ammenities

This condo is extremely convenient to the Sea Pines and Coligny Square areas. The bike path will get you to either place in only a matter of minutes. It was approximately .2 miles from the front door to the beach. I would be very likely to make a return trip.

Perfect beach condo!

Booked this condo for a couples weekend getaway and had a great experience! The townhouse/condo was located close enough to the beach to walk and close to Coligny Park (which is our favorite place to shop)! We had awesome experience with the rental representative, Sara! She checked to make sure we had arrived at the condo and responded quickly to any questions/concerns that we had. The condo was exactly what we needed -- fully stocked with everything that you would need for a week(end) beach trip. Located in a quite neighborhood, its everything we were looking for and more! We will definitely book this condo again!

Spacious and quiet townhouse/condo in great location close to local beach and specialty shops.

This was a very spacious condo that was in a quiet neighborhood and was very close to Coligny Plaza which is where the beach and all the specialty shops are located. Great restaurants are in close distance where you can bike or drive. Owner of the condo was gracious and responded quickly to renting the condo since I needed it in less than a week and also retrieved passes to local sites that I could visit. This condo is in a great location. Condo is cozy and clean. We are telling our friends and co-workers about our awesome trip and we plan to return!
