Spacious villa by the sea with direct access to the beach from the large garden. There are two sleeping areas separated by a large room, each composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds and one or two bathrooms (an arrangement that is well suited to hosting two families); for the layout of rooms, beds and bathrooms, please refer to the plan on this site together with the photographic material.
Available: satellite television, washing machine.
The house is part of a semi-detached house but, both externally and internally, the presence of the adjacent house cannot be perceived. In the garden, next to the kitchen, there is a large and comfortable barbecue.
Equipped with a large panoramic terrace with a roof, shaded and cool during the morning and perfect for pleasant aperitifs and dinners at sunset. The beach is particularly suitable for children as the height of the water increases very slowly as you move away from the shore. The direction of the prevailing winds means that the sea is predominantly calm or not very rough.
The town of Villasimius can be reached in less than ten minutes by car.Available: satellite television, washing machine.

The apartment was exactly what we expected according to the photos. Ernesto was very kind and helpful. Whenever we needed something we could contact hin via whatsapp. The short walk to the beach is just a dream. Would totally reccomend!

Lage ist herausragend, durch den Garten direkt an den Strand. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch.Das Mobiliar kann da nicht ganz mithalten, aber alles ist funktional, auch in der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Arrivati dopo un estenuante viaggio, ci viene comunicato di non avere la linea WiFi, che invece c'era. Era però necessario caricare l'apparecchio. Alla fine tutto è andato per il meglio. Proprietario disponibile e cordiale. Rilancio per le serrature e l'impianto elettrico.

Haus mit direktem Strandzugang

Die Nähe des Hauses zum Meer ist großartig. Das Inserat und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, der Kontakt mit Ernesto war sehr komfortabel und er war für jede Frage ansprechbar. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat alles super geklappt.

Posizione ottima direttamente sul mare con spiaggia adatta a bambini. Casa un po' vecchia e molto grande.... sicuramente ci sono alcune cose da sistemare, a partire dalla cucina un po' arrugginita e dai bagni. Doccia esterna con acqua fredda, molto utile. Proprietario disponibile Eravamo in 4 adulti e 4 bambini

Dated property in amazing location

With this property you get what you pay for. It is very dated but was clean and had everything we needed. It doesn’t pretend to be anything more, so as long as you’re not requiring luxury it’s in a great spot right next to the beach. You will need a car though as the town with all the restaurants, bars and shops is about half an hours walk away.

Ausstattung Ferienhaus

Die Ausstattung ist relativ sparsam. Überwiegend Plastikgeschirr. WLAN ging nur einen Tag. Deutsches Fernsehen ging überhaupt nicht. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Auch aufgrund der einmaligen Lage wäre es wünschenswert gewesen wenn die im Angebot genannten Funktionen verfügbar gewesen wären.

Posizione impagabile… cucina surreale

Vacanza in famiglia con altra coppia ed un totale di 3 bimbi piccoli. Gli arredi della casa decisamente vetusti, ma vista la posizione ed il periodo dell’anno in cui si sta sempre fuori casa non era un problema ma le docce con la tenda di plastica erano veramente fastidiose Una sedia a sdraio rotta tenuta insieme con delle fascette Una panca esterna con la seduta rotta Due gradini rotti (piastrella rotta con taglio vivo) sulla scala a salire in terrazza La cucina veramente non degna di questo nome Mobiletto porta stoviglie completamente rovinato ante rotte profili mancanti e muffa Cappa surreale con un tappo di sughero al posto del bottone Profili mancanti attorno al piano cottura a gas,Muffa attorno al lavello Asciugapiatti pieno di ruggine Il frigorifero, oltre ad essere rovinato esternamente e con una chiusura approssimativa, era soprattutto pieno di ruggine all’interno e di ghiaccio sul retro. Abbiamo dovuto rivestire i ripiani interni con una pellicola per preservare i cibi dal contatto con la ruggine. Appena arrivati si è rotto un vaso posato su un tavolino per nulla stabile e sa con 3 bimbi piccoli era prevedibile ma non siamo stati sufficientemente veloci… poi ci siam dimenticati di comunicarlo! Il proprietario ci aveva avvertito che la lavatrice non strizzava a sufficienza ma dopo 4 lavaggi ci siamo accorti che non lavasse nemmeno! Alla fine il proprietario l’ha sostituita, ma abbiamo perso gran parte del pomeriggio in attesa della sostituzione Giovedì è fuoriuscito del liquame sui nostri piedi dal wc di un bagno ed avvisato il proprietario la risposta è stata:” non preoccupatevi è gia successo … anzi quest’anno non era ancora successo!” Ma vi sembra possibile Situazioni pericolose sia in veranda al primo piano che in giro per il giardino (soprattutto per bimbi piccoli!) Ora son stato contattato in malo modo per la mancanza di un contenitore nel frigorifero(poi ritrovato dal proprietario ,,, l’aveva tolto la sorella senza dirlo!). Non discuto assolutamente la posizione della casa…. Veramente impagabile! Ma passare sopra tutto no! Anche perché un livello cosi basso non pensavamo proprio fosse permesso!!

Very nice location

Very nice location Spacious house and garden but both need maintenance and repair. But since we lived mostly outdoors and the beds were of good quality, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Ottima posizione

La casa è a pochi passi dal mare, ha un comodo giardino con doccia esterna ed una splendida terrazza che vede tutta la spiaggia. Il check in ed il check out sono stati veloci. Spero di poterci tornare.

Awesome holiday

Ernesto was very nice and always available for any questions. The place is really amazing and located in a beautifull environment right at the beach. Just the perfect place for a group of about 8 people with or without children.

toll gelegenes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand. Es ist einfach eingerichtet, bietet aber alles, was man braucht und ist mit 4 Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Terrassen haben eine grandiosen Blick aufs Meer und der Garten ist schön. Am Strand gibt es viele Steine und Kies, aber im Wasser ist sind keine und es geht ganz flach ins Tiefe. Für Kinder ideal. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Superb Location

Great access to the beach from this villa via a pathway through the garden directly onto the beach - about 50m in total. Ideal for cooling off in the clear azure sea without the hassle of taking all the beach gear. After swimming - straight back to the garden, under the outdoor shower, change into dry swimwear, sit in shade and read. From the shaded roof terrace, you can look out onto the beach, sea and boats. A couple of very decent restaurants are within a 10/15 minute walk along the beach (coming back by road - to avoid climbing over a few rocks on the way back). Villasimius is a good town to visit - 10 minutes drive away. Again good restaurants. A wine festival was being held whilst we were there with some decent live music. Decent supermarkets nearby (by car). The villa would benefit from some repairs and replacements to get it up to scratch. Not being too fussy we enjoyed the roof terrace, the veranda and the location, but some would expect/demand better facilities e.g. decent sun loungers. Having said that, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa - as long as you don't expect 4* facilities.
