Cette unité au 7ème étage dispose d'un tout nouveau revêtement de sol, de peinture et de meubles de salle de séjour. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée idéale pour préparer les repas. Vous apprécierez la chambre principale au bord de la plage ainsi que la vue imprenable depuis le balcon situé devant le golfe, juste à côté du salon. Sunswept est situé directement sur la plage de sucre blanc qui vous sépare des eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Orange Beach est seulement six miles à l'est de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Beautiful view! Very friendly condo staff. Always cheerful! The pool and area were cleaned daily. The condo unit was clean and had most everything one would need. Could use a coffee pod (Keurig) machine. A knock off is only about 30. The stove is old but clean. The electric can opener from the 70's should be tossed as should the manual one in the drawer. They both have dirty blades. The king bed and couch are comfortable.

The property is in great location near markets and ice cream, Mexican restaurant. This place is a bit outdated. It was clean. The office staff were very friendly.

The view was perfect!!! Loved that it was also visible from one of the bedrooms. Balcony very relaxing and had enough room for my husband and I to enjoy a meal outside together. It was very tranquil sitting out there and listening to the waves both day and night. The beach access was great with 2 showers. Washer and dryer is alway a plus inside the condo. Plenty of carts for bringing your belonging up and down; 2 elevators kept wait time down. You get a code so you do not have to keep up with a key. The location was wonderful- very close to grocery, dining, the marinas. I recommend the Surfside Pizza located across the street. Coastal was delicious also. You could technically walk to both but we drove. The appliances and TVs could use some updating.We will definitely book this property again!

The property did have a great view. The toaster needs replacing. It burns the bottom half of the toast and doesn’t brown the top half. It would be nice to have has some salt and pepper and maybe a few spices available. Not a ton but just some basics. Thankfully I brought salt with me. The management on the property was very helpful

Sunswept

It was a great property and exactly the space we needed for our group. This is an older property that is a little less updated than some others; however, everything you needed was there. The lockbox check in process worked perfectly.My only complaint is that you were required to clean and put away all dishes, cups, and kitchen items before you left. Normally, beach houses only require you to run the dishwasher and then they’ll put up the kitchen items when the cleaning crew comes to prep it for the next guests. It was both slightly inconvenient to hand wash everything and get packed and checked out for 10 am, and also made you wonder how well the previous guests washed the kitchen items.

Good however…..

Great location, clean, excellent parking and street access, simple and very friendly check-in. TVs are tiny;the largest is about 25” diagonal. The dryer only gets warm and needs repair as it would take hours to dry a load of clothes. Discovered this at 7pm the night before we left the next morning for a 11 hour drive home. I did call the emergency number however didn’t hear back for 40 minutes and by then we were at a laundromat drying clothes.

Definitely will come back

The staff was very welcoming and kind. They even called to check on us and made sure we were on track. The room was beautiful. Very clean other than the fact that there was a package of rolls in the cabinets above the microwave that had been there for a while. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb, but they had one above the fridge so it was a quick fix. The sink stopper had a huge hole in it, so washing dishes in the sink wasn't possible. The view was amazing and it only took a short walk to the beach. The location was perfect. There was a Walmart across the street, plenty of souvenir shops, and several restaurants to choose from. Definitely will come back in the future. Very, very pleased with our stay.

Relaxing break but disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent. The access to the beach & restaurants was great. The outside appearance could use some updating (dated or aged). The room we were in needed a deeper clean & quite a bit of maintenance. The fridge was missing a handle, the tub faucet dripped continuously, the kick plate on the vanity was falling off, the walls had quite a bit of scuff marks. I would look at other options before staying here again
