Villa de luxe de 4 chambres en bord de mer dans le centre de Sayulita

Thank you carolyn. Glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again.

Thank you Helen. Glad you enjoyed your stay at the Buddha beach villa. The bars on the beach are so sporadic? Now there is no noise.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the villa charming and enjoyed the unique wildlife—our resident iguanas are definitely a favorite with many guests. We’re sorry to hear that the noise and temperature made parts of your stay uncomfortable. As the villa is located in the heart of a lively beachfront town, certain holiday periods and busy seasons can bring increased activity and nightlife. That said, since your stay, the nearby nightclub has made significant changes to their sound system following community concerns and is now much more respectful of volume levels and quiet hours. We appreciate you bringing the refrigerator to our attention. Since your stay, we have replaced it with a brand-new unit to ensure a much better experience for future guests. We also apologize for the temporary water outage and are glad it was resolved quickly. Thank you again for your honest feedback—it helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under more comfortable and quieter circumstances in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your stay coincided with Easter week, which is one of the busiest holiday periods in our town and can unfortunately bring increased nightlife activity and noise, particularly in beachfront areas. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as you were hoping for a relaxing family gathering, and we regret that this was not the experience you had. We do appreciate your kind words about Sandra—she is indeed wonderful, and we’re glad her hospitality helped in some way. Since your stay, the nightclub you mentioned has made significant changes to their sound system after strong concerns were raised by the community, and they are now far more respectful of volume levels and quiet hours. In addition, we have taken further steps on our end by providing sound machines and earplugs for guests during peak holiday weeks, and we are working to ensure clearer communication about local holiday activity so guests can plan accordingly. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under quieter circumstances in the future.

Hi Peter. Yes unfortunately mexico can be challenging at the best of times. The town often runs out of water. We ordered a pipa and you had water within I believe an hour. There was a problem With the boiler but it got fixed as well. Sorry for any inconvenience. But glad you had s good time overall.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry that your family vacation was impacted in several ways and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were hoping for a relaxing stay together. November is typically a quieter month, and we regret that the week you visited experienced unusually consistent noise. Since your stay, the nearby beach nightclub has made substantial changes to their sound system following community complaints, and they are now far more respectful of volume levels and quiet hours. While our location is central and lively by nature, the noise issues you experienced have significantly improved. We also apologize for the water-related issues during your stay. The hot water heater has since been secured and upgraded to prevent wind-related disruptions, and the water supply issues have been addressed to ensure better reliability going forward. Regarding the hammock, we are very sorry for that incident. Guest safety is extremely important to us. The hammock and all balcony fixtures have since been fully replaced and inspected to prevent anything like this from happening again. We truly appreciate your kind words about the home itself and about Sandra. She is an incredible part of our team, and we’re so glad her care, cooking, and warmth left such a positive impression on your family. We understand that this particular location wasn’t the right fit for you, and we respect your honesty. As you mentioned, we do offer other properties in quieter, more secluded areas, and we’re always happy to help guests choose a location that best matches their vacation style. Thank you again for your feedback—it has helped us make meaningful improvements for future guests.

Thank you William!! We really enjoyed having you at the Buddha Beach Villa!
