"My family and I stayed Sayulita for 3 weeks and got to call Casa Compadres our home for that time. We loved it there - the location can’t be beat. 2 blocks from the beach, within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, the best ice cream and a few bars. It was perfectly placed, just close enough to everything to do in town yet not loud.

Our Host was there to welcome us and help us with anything we needed!! He helped with transportation to places around the area and got us a golf cart for our time there and anything we had questions about. My husband worked from there during the week and used one of the bedrooms as his office. The Internet and lack of noise were perfect. My kids and I loved the pool, the perfect amount of shade and afternoon sunshine. House was equipped with all things we needed and we felt TOTALLY safe.

We cannot wait to go back and will definitely stay here again in the future!! Highly recommend"

Enjoy this luxurious vacation villa just a 3-minute walk from the rarely crowded north-end beach and “left” surf break. Offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean to the west during the day, spectacular sunsets in the evening and the serenity of swaying palm trees of the jungles and Monkey Mountain to the east.

This 3.5BR (.5 is a den with a double bed, A/C and walkout deck with oceanview)/4 bathroom house is an ideal design for families or couples looking to enjoy an incredible Sayulita vacation. Acclaimed architect Jose Enrique del Valle designed Casa Compadres with both “form and function, " allowing for indoor/outdoor living, sweeping views, and ingenious architectural creativity.

Upon entering the antique-designed front door, guests are greeted by a magnificent open stairwell with three large hanging chandeliers, lighting the way to the two primary bedrooms on the top floor. Both air-conditioned bedrooms open up to an expansive terrace with fantastic ocean and village views.

From this floor, guests can continue up the staircase to the rooftop patio, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the ocean, set up a workstation for your stay, or sit and enjoy a margarita while watching the sunset at night. You may even glimpse the dolphins jumping and breaching whales in season.

The kitchen, dining, and open-air living room make up the off-street level of Casa Compadres and are beautifully furnished with hand-selected artwork, lighting, and furnishings from throughout Mexico. In addition, a large digitally controlled refrigerator and stocked kitchen ensure guests can create fabulous meals from ingredients purchased in the local markets.

The lower level offers a tropical oasis with a gorgeous pool with a waterfall, lounge chairs, tropical plants and palm trees. A large garden area with a palapa provides a private escape to enjoy a book in the shade. Adjoining the pool area is the “Stone” bedroom, appropriately named for the beautiful stonework wall. This bedroom has a private marble-tiled bathroom with a unique indoor/outdoor shower.

Due to the location of Casa Compadres, a rental car is not necessary.

A whole-house water purification system is in use for your convenience.
