Une superbe maison neuve individuelle de plain-pied dans un endroit rural fabuleux - parfait pour la paix et la solitude mais Ă  moins d'un mile d'excellentes installations du village. Magnifiquement prĂ©sentĂ© avec des Ă©quipements de qualitĂ© et de grandes chambres lumineuses - toutes bĂ©nĂ©ficiant d'une vue sur la campagne. Position fabuleuse jouxtant une riviĂšre avec un grand balcon avec balustrade en verre offrant beaucoup d'espace et des jardins approchant un acre. Trois chambres doubles - maĂźtre avec salle de douche et balcon, magnifique salon ouvert avec beaucoup de verre et bi portes pliantes s'ouvrant sur le jardin et le pont, poĂȘle Ă  bois, cuisine luxueuse avec appareils Neff et plans de travail en granit, beaux planchers en chĂȘne massif avec chauffage au sol tout au long - alimentĂ© par une pompe Ă  chaleur air source, salle de bains familiale avec baignoire et douche. Beaucoup de parking. Wi Fi, Netflix, machine Ă  laver. S'il vous plaĂźt noter que la propriĂ©tĂ© borde un ruisseau, donc les soins nĂ©cessaires pour les trĂšs petits enfants. AccĂšs au niveau.

A beautiful cottage with three good sized bedrooms and plenty of room for our stay. Host is very helpful and will stay here again. Quiet location, but convenient for Truro and local shops. Recommended.

We absolutely fell in love with the house the moment we walked in. Everything about it was perfect - I cannot find one negative thing about our experience here. Vicki and her husband provided top notch hospitality and quite honestly, we were sorry to have to leave.

Three Aussie girls thought this was perfection...immaculate home in a beautiful setting so relaxing. Perfectly placed to visit all the places we wanted to go. The creekside deck was divine.

We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent house with a large garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is beautifully designed for a comfortable stay. Vicki, the host, was helpful and friendly. Overall highly recommended.

Fantastic!

Our family had a great time here and we hope to return soon! Vicki was very welcoming and was easy to contact when we needed to find out where some of the local bays were , it’s. A lovely property finished to a high standard and always nice to come back to after a long day out , I would highly recommend booking this property.

Cornwall holiday

Superb, immaculate property within 1 hours drive of all of Cornwall’s glorious attractions. Secluded yet accessible with the ‘away from it all’ feel without compromising on every modern amenity. Vicki was a marvellous hostess. No complaints or criticisms from 4 very demanding individuals! Thanks for everything and can’t wait to return

Amazing property

This was easily one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The location is great, allowing access to both the north and south coasts and with local amenities in Truro. The setting is idyllic with a stream running under the balconies and a large sunny garden. The property itself was spotlessly clean and fabulously well equipped and it was clear everything was high quality. The space and light were great and it was a pleasure to come back each afternoon and just relax in the comfortable living area or the garden. We had a small issue with the hot water which was quickly resolved, both Vicki and James were friendly hosts and it was a really nice touch that they came to welcome us on arrival and make sure everything was ok at the end. Communication with them was very easy. We will definitely be coming back we hope

Peaceful Country Retreat in Cornwall

My wife and I spent 5 nights at this lovely home in the Cornwall countryside. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The host Vicki was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular! 10 stars!

What an absolutely stunning home - “Lower Helland”, Cornwall! We had an amazing stay! The house was state of the art, so cool, and the surrounding grounds, magical. Loved waking up to the birds and cows! Lovely walks right on our doorstep and such a great location to get to Dartmouth, Port Isaac, Ewe - just to name a few. Vicki came to greet us on arrival and left a wonderful welcome gift - wine, milk, cookies - fab! Vicki was very responsive and extremely helpful. Beautiful home

The house was spotless, bright, spacious and in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed staying in Probus - it was quiet and convenient to all of the areas in Cornwall that we wanted to visit. I would absolutely recommend this house!

Wonderful peaceful property but convenient location

Wonderful, beautiful and peaceful property a fifteen minute walk from Probus. Although it is a quiet location, Probus has a good Indian restaurant, a pub with food, a well equipped Spar, a shop selling meat, veg and cheese, and a Chinese takeaway. The house is super clean, beautifully presented and the kitchen is incredibly well equipped. The property is a short drive from Truro with Waitrose and other supermarkets and as it is centrally located in Cornwall it is within a 20 to 30 minute drive of both coasts making this a very good location for sightseeing. Our two year old grandson loved the horse in the field next door and playing in the large garden. It was a great place to come back to after a day out. Vicky is a wonderful and helpful host. If travelling from the north we would recommend setting your sat nav for Probus and then for the postcode as otherwise ours took us along a very narrow lane from the other direction.

Amazing break!

Me and my sister have just returned from what I have been can only describe as a dream holiday! We spent the first 30 minutes checking out the fantastic kitchen! Vikki had left us some essentials as well as a bottle of wine! The whole place was spotlessly clean and fresh! We both slept so well in the comfortable beds. The stream that runs just beside the cottage was so relaxing! No need for a sleep app for me! Lounging on the very comfortable sofas, watching the free Netflix and having a the wood burner going in the back ground made us feel so cosy! We will definitely be back! Mel & Nat 😊

Beautiful, peaceful and gorgeous house!

Myself and 4 friends booked this beautiful house for our Cornwall adventure, the house definitely didn’t disappoint. Before we arrived I had lots of contact with the owner Vicky who told me what would happen on arrival etc. If I had any issues or questions she would help or answer without hesitation. The house is well equipped with cleaning products, clothes washing liquid, towels, tea, coffee and can’t forgot the gorgeous bottle of white wine left for us by Vicky. I didn’t get the chance to meet Vicky in person as myself and partner were travelling late in the day, our friends whom arrived before us said she’s so kind and welcoming. A lovely lady all round. Being in the countryside is so peaceful, you really can’t hear any cars go by, just hear the beautiful lake running by the side of the bungalow. Just want to say a massive thank you to Vicky for letting us stay in your perfect bungalow and that we had an amazing time and will 100% come again in the future! Some advice to people not sure whether to book, just do it! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you again! Megan and Friends xx

Fabulous, fabulous property

This is one of the best properties that we've ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. It was delightfully secluded with beautiful views and blissfully quiet but also very conveniently located in terms of proximity to local shops and exploring Cornwall. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon . Our host Vicki was a delightful lady and checked that everything was in order at the beginning of our stay.
