El Rancho 12 est une belle villa individuelle de plain-pied avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains à La Manga Club - pour 4 personnes (ou 5 avec un canapé-lit).

La communauté populaire El Rancho est située à quelques pas des restaurants, des supermarchés et de nombreuses installations. Situé au milieu de jardins bien établis, dans une position centrale fantastique sur la célèbre station de La Manga Club.

Lors de votre séjour à l'El Rancho 12, vous bénéficierez de réductions sur les green fees, le tennis et les clubs de football pour la famille. Nous vous aiderons avec les réservations et pouvons également organiser des transferts aéroport à prix réduit de Murcie ou Alicante.

La villa dispose d'une terrasse sur le toit qui reçoit le soleil toute la journée du matin au soir offrant une vue sur la station balnéaire de la mer Mar Menor. L'arrière de la villa mène du salon à une grande terrasse où vous pourrez manger en plein air avec un barbecue intégré.

La terrasse arrière est adjacente à l'une des 9 piscines communautaires El Rancho qui dispose d'une pataugeoire séparée pour les enfants, des parasols, des chaises longues et des douches sont également disponibles autour de la piscine. Vous pouvez sortir de la propriété et directement sur la terrasse de la piscine. Sur la terrasse il y a 2 stores électroniques pour votre confort. L'entrée principale de la villa dispose d'un joli coin salon.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision connectée murale de 40 pouces avec un grand choix de chaînes de télévision anglaises, dont BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, BT Sports et Netflix. Les poutres en bois dans le plafond voûté du salon ajoutent du caractère. La villa bénéficie de wi-fi gratuit et rapide. Il y a une belle table à manger en verre avec des sièges pour 6.

La villa est entièrement climatisée avec des unités de climatisation dans chaque chambre et le salon.

Il est parfait pour des vacances en famille ou un voyage pour adultes seulement pour profiter des formidables installations de La Manga Club Resort qui a quelque chose pour tout le monde. 3 parcours de golf de championnat. Un superbe par 47 pitch and put bien sûr. 24 courts de tennis avec des frais de scolarité de première classe, beaucoup sont éclairés. Un gymnase, un spa de luxe, un sauna et un jacuzzi, un terrain de boules, un minigolf et un service de location de vélos et de quads sont également disponibles. Il y a aussi un mini-club pour enfants qui fonctionne pour les enfants de 6 mois à 12 ans ainsi que des académies de tennis, de golf et de football.

Autres équipements: Dans le club il y a un grand nombre de restaurants ou de bars à choisir et un hôtel 5 étoiles Príncipe Felipe offrant des divertissements jusqu'à tard. La plage privée avec restaurant en bord de mer est à 5 minutes en voiture de la Villa.

À 5 minutes du club de La Manga se trouve la petite ville espagnole de Los Belones avec un certain nombre d'excellents restaurants et bars.

What an amazing villa! We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at El Rancho 12 and will certainly be back! From initial booking to during our stay, Alan couldn't have been more helpful. The facilities were brilliant. We sat in the shade on the veranda whilst watching the children play in the pool. I wish I could get out of bed every morning and jump straight into a warm pool! We walked to Bellaluz for dinner most nights and drove 4 minutes to the private beach. It really is a lovely villa situated in a fantastic position.

Quiet, great location

Comfortable villa, fantastic outdoor terrace overlooking the community pool, which we had to ourselves most days. Modern bathrooms, with great showers (although would benefit from some where to hang towels in main bathroom). Location is in easy walk of La Manga club shops and restaurants. Would booked again.

Great location - near shops, restaurants, bars & golf courses.

Second time of staying. Detached property (so none of the usual issues of noise nuisance through walls without acoustic insulation) with three lovely outdoor spaces - front, back and a spacious roof terrace so all day sun (and a sea view). Shared swimming pool (with a small number of other properties) a step away. Very well tended communal areas. Indoors good sized rooms with updated bathrooms. Wi-fi stable but no HDMI slot on TV (so couldn't watch downloaded films/TV from laptop). For our next visit it would be good to see an update of the kitchen as well!

Delivers in spades

Great property in a good location for restaurants, bars, supermarket and golf on the La Manga estate but at the same time very quiet. Externally three areas to enjoy the sun and internally well set up with a good sized living area and master bedroom. Large TV really does have Sky Sports and the wifi really does work! We stayed over the new year when the temperatures drop considerably in the evening and we did find it cold in the flat before we found the right combination of portable electric radiators and air conditioning to heat the flat to a comfortable level but the two bathrooms were freezing (no heated towel rail). Aside from that thoroughly recommended - will be back for sure.

Peaceful haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa has everything you need and is well laid out. The terrace overlooking the pool is great. A little further out from Club centre than we normally stay, but it’s very tranquil and relaxing and we would stay again.

A lovely little oasis of calm. Far enough away from the usual Club madness, but close enough to walk there if you want it. Immaculately clean and a super host, would highly recommend.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful spot on the resort

This is a lovely villa with so many extras provided making for a very comfortable holiday. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate the kitchen has everything you would require, never seen as much delph in a rental. The lounge with a great tv and all the channels you need. Outside there is furniture everywhere, back, front, and upstairs on the terrace with a beautiful view of the mar manor. The pool which is only a few steps away is just lovely to cool down in. Overall a wonderful villa that we cant wait to return to and would highly recommend.

Excellent villa

Super location, pool rarely used and very quiet. Villa looks over the poolside but there is also privacy if required. Villa itself well appointed, perfect for a family. We were two adults two children 17 and 12. Wi fi and sky sports. Supermarket 5 mins walk or 20m walk to a much larger one. Restaurants within walking distance. Quiet location. I would definitely go back. We loved it. Recommended.

The property was extremely clean and very well appointed with one of the many swimming pools backing on to it. There is air conditioning in every room as well as All the TV packages. We stayed elsewhere at la Manga the week before and this property beat it hands down for location, comfort and price.

Fantastic holiday

This property was ideal for our young family. The pool was a stones throw from the balcony with direct access from the balcony. We practically had the whole pool area to ourselves the whole time. The villa is easy reach to shops/bars/restaurants whether that’s a quick 2min drive or a 10 minute walk. The owner Alan was extremely helpful with any queries and made us feel very welcome. I would love to go back to this property.

Perfect Villa Retreat

We chose this lovely villa for a special family vacation week for five adults and a toddler and we were not disappointed. Two good sized bedrooms, the master has a full on-suite, and both have plenty of wardrobe space. The family (2nd) bathroom was equally good as both fitted with duel shower system. The sofa bed in the lounge is a double and very easy to open and close with one hand and was very comfortable. Air-conditioning throughout the villa was a real bonus. The kitchen is also fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer and unusually, more than adequate quantity of crockery and glasses etc. The terrace is a good size with views over the pool and has two privacy areas when seated. As its less than 2 metres to pool, extremely convenient and it felt like it was our own private pool as only two other couples used it during our stay. A quaint square less than 10 mins walk called Bellaluz has a few restaurants and bars plus a mini supermarket with a larger supermarket a selection of bars and restaurants only a short drive away in the centre. Great location, great villa, we will definitely return and book this again

This was a very well appointed villa well located with all the amenities to hand or close by. Community pool was only a few steps away and was hardly used by other residents so it was like having a private facility. Would book again without question.

Ideal Family Holiday

We have 2 young children (5&1) and El Rancho 12 was absolutely ideal. It was very well appointed, extremely clean and with the secure patio area was an ideal little play area when we were not using the pool which was a great size and right on the doorstep. Alan could not have been more helpful both prior to our trip and during our stay. A cot bed was provided and made up for our daughter which was great and there was a highchair which just took away further worries and made the stay easier with less to pack and think about. Any questions we had were answered really quickly and additional helpful information was provided from activities both for us adults and our children, areas/places of interest, recommendations on taxi's to use for collection and drop off from the airport, making this a very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable trip. Whilst we went out of peak season there was more than enough both at El Rancho 12 and within La Manga resort to entertain our children and allow us both to relax. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at El Rancho 12 to friends and family and we hope to make a return booking again. Thanks again for a wonderful family trip. Alex

Excellent in every way.

Truly amazing service and communication from Alan the owner. He went out of his way to sort all sorts of extras I needed for my baby. He was always quick to respond and answered all questions throughly. The villa is the perfect size and gorgeous setting with a view over the pool. Perfect holiday rental.
