Villa calme en pierre récemment rénovée sur deux étages (80 mètres carrés) avec une grande terrasse panoramique (25 mètres carrés). L'étage principal, face à la terrasse, est composé d'un salon avec canapé-lit (1 lit simple), d'une salle à manger avec cuisine, d'une chambre double et de deux salles de bains. À l'étage inférieur, il y a une grande chambre double juste au-dessus du niveau de la mer avec une splendide vue panoramique.

La villa bénéficie d'un accès privé pratique (30 marches) à la mer sur une plateforme de 80 mètres carrés partagée avec 3 autres villas familiales privées.

La villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il est idéal pour une escapade romantique ou une lune de miel pour profiter de dîners aux chandelles ou des après-midis paresseux sur la grande terrasse panoramique.

La Casetta di Marmorata est une villa exclusive avec accès privé à la mer située dans l'une des zones les plus suggestives de la côte amalfitaine, Marmorata di Ravello (jument Ravello), à environ 1 km du centre de Minori.

Idyllic location

This is a hidden gem along the Amalfi Coast! The view from the terrace is spectacular and the closeness of the swimming platform is fantastic. It was an easy walk to and fro Minori and Franco was helpful with check in and with any questions we had.

Amazing Stay close to Minori

My husband, sister, and 18-year old niece stayed here for 3 days and we loved the Villa and especially the easy water access. The views were outstanding and the Villa was comfortable and a quick walk to town. There are a lot of stairs but they are manageable. Lovely place and host was gracious.

The listing accurately describes accommodations. Property Manager provided excellent prompt communication and helped us with private car driver from Naples airport directly to VRBO and provided us great dining tips. Enjoyable 10 min walk to town. Our family of 4 would definitely stay here again.

Most beautiful spot

We were here on our honeymoon, and I cannot imagine a more tranquil and beautiful spot. The views are just unreal, and we could jump into the sea whenever we wanted. Rooms were clean and lovely, it was a place I would stay again in a heartbeat. Valeria took great care of us❤️

What a marvelous place

What a beautiful location and apartment. The photos do not give it justice. Just a few minutes out of town of Minori. There are a lot of stairs, but this is par for the course on the Amalfi coast. The patio is picturesque.

Great location that provided privacy while allowing for good access to the ocean and easy walk into town (just took a while to understand that drivers and walkers share the road equitably) - met expectations. Property has a great aspect from the deck.

Location! Location! Beautiful sea view and close to town

We enjoyed our stay very much! The patio was great overlooking the sea and we were able to even enjoy it with the rain as the porch was covered. The local towns hospitality and restaurant selection were very good. The local merchants could understand some English. The Ferries were great for travelling to the other towns that lined the coast. The Villa was comfortable and allowed some privacy between us two couples. Lots of hot water and comforts of home.

Perfect View

This is a great house in a fantastic location. The views from the outside deck are spectacular. The semi-private swimming deck is just a short walk away. Beats battling the crowds at the beaches in town. Minori is accessible by walking. Only negative is no air conditioning. The fans in the bedrooms made sleeping comfortable even without the A/C.

Beautiful!!

We stayed here for 6 days while on a trip from Tennessee. This was the most beautiful location! We were here in July and the semi private swimming platform was amazing. The water was crystal clear, and felt wonderful. The house was very unique and comfortable. We loved the town of Minori. The people were friendly and welcoming. As others said there are a lot of steps, everywhere!! We definitely worked off the delicious food. This is the most beautiful place and we hope to return someday.

All good Francisco the gate keeper was amazing! He made it all work as we are in our 70 ages and it was Great, my only concern was beds are firm! Making sleep a issue.

Wonderful spot

The apartment is fabulous with amazing views. We enjoyed the deck by the water each day and it is a perfect place to snorkel. The stairs up and down to the apartment will get you in shape quickly. This is not a place for people with mobility issues. I saw others had issues with parking but it was quite easy. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely view and clean property!

Property was as listed-very clean and comfortable! Valeria communicated well prior to our arrival. Property manager was only around for our check-in. Was not friendly and made us feel unwelcome. We were not certain where to leave the keys at departure as we didn't see him during our stay (four days). Other than that, we very much enjoyed our time at this beautiful property!

Beautiful place on the water, close to Minori

The blue-tiled terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was our favorite place to spend our time - morning, afternoon, and evening. The rooms were lovely too, and the property is just a short walk from neighboring Minori, which is such a sweet little town. Yes, there is a climb to and from the highway above, and walking on the highway can be a bit sketchy. But it's worth it! Franco was very helpful, assisting with carrying our luggage and rebooting the WiFi after a storm. Would definitely return here!

Fantastic property with amazing views

This property was perfect for our family of five. The very best thing (in our opinion) was the access to the ocean! There are probably 20 steps from the house to the platform, which was great for swimming. In addition, it was just a short walk to Minori which is much smaller (read: fewer people!) than the nearby Ravello or Maiori. The house is approximately 174 stairs from the road, just to note for people bringing roller luggage or for carting groceries! But the views are fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular stay

This is an beautiful property on the hills of Marmorata with a incredible swimming platform. Franco was amazing and arranged for pickup at the ferry, boat rental and taxi back to Amalfi. The views are incredible and it worked well for our family of four with two teenagers. There are significant stairs in and out of the property and about a 10-12 minute walk to town so not a place for someone with mobility problems. We enjoyed the privacy of the property and the beauty of the setting. Franco arranged for a golf cart service to bring and our bags to the property and they were also available to bring us to town one evening. We hope to be back one day!

Amazing property and experience!

Our family of four (17 and 18 year old daughters), stayed four nights and just fell in love with the property and location. The view is stunning, and the balcony was our favorite place to sit and soak up the expansive, breathtaking view. Easy steps down to the shared swimming platform. We did get used to the walk into town, but the steps leaving the property are no joke. But we felt it was worth it for the location and view. Minori is a lovely little town with good food and gelato. We were able to pick up basic groceries for our stay. Franco was easy to contact and always pleasant to work with. He set up our transfer back to and from Salerno and gave us quick tips about the house and area. Beds are very firm by US standards, but the air conditioning in the bedrooms work very well to keep us comfortable. We would all definitely stay here again!

Amazing View

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay here on the Amalfi Coast! We were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but this place was the highlight of our trip! The home was clean and the pictures don’t do it Justice as i think many things have been upgraded in the home. We loved sitting on the deck playing cards and drinking wine and falling asleep listening to the waves lap against the rocks. Waking up each morning and looking out the window was such a treat too! We used the swim pad often and always had it to ourselves. The stairs were not that bad and Marco greeted us and even helped carry a bag for us! He was fantastic and arranged for a driver to pick us up for a very early departure. The walk into Minori was quick and easy to get groceries, have dinner, or grab the bus. I would 100% recommend this home and we hope to come back in the future

Amazing views and swim pad, short walk to town; lots of stairs!

Absolutely stunning views and majestic swim pad for relaxing and swimming. The gardens are beautiful with flowers and lemon trees. There are a lot of stairs! Then again, what would one expect for a home built into a cliff? The parking spot was 20 Euro a day and the spot is very challenging to enter and exit given the spot is very tight against the road and one has to back out. The property manager was prompt, factual, and works hard to maintain the property. The extra charge requested after we booked to keep our reservation did not feel great. The home worked well for our family and would return. In fact, the people we shared the swim pad with at the house above have been coming for the last many years time and again. Minori is a hidden gem on the Amalfi coast.

Perfect location on Amalfi coast

My 18-year-old daughter and I stayed here for 8 nights in May/June 2022. Communication was excellent prior to our stay, and Franco (the property manager) met us upon arrival and was easily available to help with anything we needed for the duration. The villa was clean, the beds were firm but comfortable, the ACs in both bedrooms worked fantastically, and the terrace was amazing. There was plenty of space for 2 women to spend some time apart when they needed it- 4 people would be totally comfortable here. The terrace is where we spent the majority of our time when we were at "home". The swim platform was awesome and we used it daily. It was never crowded, and we usually had it to ourselves. The stairs are no joke- we counted 177 from our villa to the top. There are more leading down to the sea. I am a fairly fit 45-year-old and my daughter and I had no trouble (and decided it was a great way to work off all the pasta!) but if you have any mobility issues this isn't the place for you. We LOVED the location. We walked the 10-15 minutes to Minori every day, where you can find the ferry, taxis, markets for groceries, an ATM, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. We liked that Minori is smaller and quieter than many of the other coastal towns. I was extremely happy with everything, and felt I got a great value for my money.

Should be removed from VRBO

I have owned and rented many properties. This should be removed from VRBO site as it is the worst place we have ever encountered. Home has electrical grounding issues and power went out perhaps 12 times during our three days. You have to reset the breaker to restore which means wiring issues. Bathroom has many leaks in the ceiling and buckets are used to catch some of the water but it’s all over the floor and drips while your on the toilet. Both showers leak out into the floor and both wands were broken. I light down the long steps into the bedroom and I fell one night. The only thing this apartment has is the porch with a great view. Getting down to it was a real challenge and trying to get your luggage back up takes some real effort. The owner lives above but never made a check on us. They know of the issues but just don’t spend any money on this. We sure wouldn’t ever stay or recommend this unsafe apt. and wish we could get our money back.

In fact, I am not worried about receiving this unpleasant review because I have been hosting people for many years, many of whom return for the unique beauty of the place and the comfort of the house. You can read reviews not only here but also on major and popular online travel agencies. It was unfortunate for you to stay during such a strong storm. If you had warned me during your stay, I would have been happy to accommodate you in another facility I owned in the small village of Minori, not so exposed to the storm. I am sorry because you had bad weather and perhaps this did not put you in a good mood, sorry also that my house did not give you a moment of relax and you were not being able to look out of every window at the stormy sea which is a great sight, even if it is raining outside.

Wunderbarer Ort - super Unterkunft

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Es war einfach traumhaft. Besser als in den Fotos abgebildet, da eine neue Küche vorhanden ist und 1 Badezimmer auch komplett renoviert worden ist. Es sind ein paar Stufen vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus (ca. 170) und es ist nicht so vorteilhaft mit kleinen Kindern, da zuviele Stufen und das Baden dann anstrengend wäre! Es war eine tolle Zeit - danke Franco!

Fabulous place, poor service

The place itself is just as shown, and really fabulous. The parking situation in unnerving - the garage is on a very narrow and busy street. The passenger has to get out of the car, open the garage, and then stop traffic so that the driver can drive the car into the parking area. And, of course, to get out of the garage, the passenger has to stop traffic in both directions so that the driver can get the car out, the close the garage door. The host was anything but helpful. First, he should have told us that there is no way to find the apartment without help. Second, he got upset when we did not want to purchase any local tours from him. Third, when we mentioned how heavy traffic was, he said " you should have purchased one of my boat tours".

Dear Christina I'm really sorry you had some inconveniences. I sent you maps of the Costa and of the parking lot from which it is understood that it takes a little patience in the maneuvers. Unfortunately on the coast the traffic problem exists and parking is difficult. I also invited you in an email to submit me any requests for information but you did not ask for it. I know that in order to optimize a short-term holiday, you need our help in order to make the most of the available days and we make ourselves available to do so through correspondence and on the spot. This is the reason why the person who welcomes you, on my indication, informs you about the availability of tours and anything else that may interest you, there are no personal interests. I'm surprised to hear that you had a rude answer because usually our guests thank us for the courtesy and availability with which they are welcomed, however, because I do not doubt your complaints I apologize personally for the inconvenience, I will submit the matter to the staff and I will ask for explanations. Perfect holiday home in a beautiful location

This was our second stay at La Casetta di Marmorata and was as good as we remembered. The house is set in beautiful well kept gardens and the views are spectacular. Having direct access to the sea is a bonus and although shared with a few other properties was never crowded and we mainly had the platform to ourselves. Franco is on hand for any issues and during both stays arranged boat trips with pick ups directly from the platform. The nearby village of Minori is lovely and in the summer we preferred it to the more crowded Amalfi and Positano. The walk to Ravello was well worth the effort but best done early in the day. Water taxis are frequent from Minori. The house is very well equipped - but the highlight is the terrace and the views. Hope to return.
