Cabine Lake House nouvellement construite. Disposition multifamiliale parfaite!

Cette belle cabane de maison au bord du lac a été récemment construite en 2016. La maison dispose d'un magnifique salon avec des baies vitrées de 2 étages du sol au plafond qui donnent sur le lac avec un grand porche enveloppant, des canapés confortables et une télévision connectée à écran plat de 49 ". L'intérieur est joliment aménagé avec des murs / plafonds à rainure et languette, des comptoirs en granit, une cheminée en pierre empilée du sol au plafond, beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et une grande salle familiale au sous-sol avec une grande Smart TV à écran plat.

Il y a 4 chambres (1 au sous-sol, 1 au niveau principal et 2 à l'étage). Trois des chambres ont des lits king avec des matelas posturepédiques haut de gamme et la 4ème chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés et dormira 10+ très confortablement. Chaque chambre, à l'exception de la chambre du sous-sol, dispose d'une télévision connectée à écran plat de 32 ". La chambre du sous-sol dispose d'une télévision plus petite mais également d'un accès à une Smart TV à écran plat de 49 "dans la zone de loisirs. La salle de loisirs au sous-sol dispose d'un canapé et d'une table confortables pour six personnes pour jouer aux cartes, aux jeux de société ou pour préparer de la nourriture pendant le grand match. Netflix gratuit est également disponible sur chaque Smart TV.

La crique est calme avec peu de trafic de bateaux et est en eau profonde permettant beaucoup de plaisir de nager pour la famille. Vous pouvez également attacher votre bateau au quai. La promenade vers le lac est assez plate avec une décente progressive. Il y a aussi un canoë à disposition des clients.

Un joli foyer dans l'arrière-cour est disponible pour de merveilleuses soirées avec la famille au coin du feu pour rôtir des guimauves et profiter de bons moments.

La cuisine a beaucoup d'armoires avec des armoires rustiques sur mesure et des comptoirs en granit. La cuisine est bien aménagée avec beaucoup de casseroles, poêles, vaisselle et autres fournitures nécessaires pour cuisiner pour toute la famille.

Exactly what we wanted

We had a wonderful stay. The dock is very nice, water is deep but not busy with boat traffic. The view from the living room, kitchen and main bedroom was like being in a tree house. All of the bedrooms are huge. We would definitely stay here again.

Dream lakehouse with plenty of room.

Booked this for my gender reveal/babyshower. I had family come in from 5 other states. Most family stayed with nearby family members but this beautiful home housed the rest of us. Very stunning when you come in. Every room has its own bathroom plus an extra half bath in community area. Owner was very responsive and pleasant. Id definitely return for another gathering here. Dishes and utensils were plenty. Minimal on towels and extra blankets so if you need extra, bring some. Loved that they offered games, and kayaks.

Very nice and plenty of room for a large group. Owners had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us, which was a very noce surprise. Owners were very responsive and good communicators.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

Home worked perfectly for our group of 3 couples and 5 kids. Dock was awesome-parked a pontoon & 2 jet skis with no issues. Quiet deep cove with great space to swim from the dock. A great trip!

Hidden Gem on the Lake in Anderson, SC

I booked the house for family to celebrate our son's Clemson graduation. The check-in was very easy and the check-out as well. One tip, ensure you have the WiFi name and password before you arrive - we had no cell service at the house and had to drive up the road to get it from the listing.The house was a perfect size for our 9 people! It definitely could hold more!! They even had a pack and play if you have an infant.The kitchen was large and roomy and had everything we needed. The dining room sat our group easily.Loved the beds!!! Everyone who stayed said the beds were very comfortable - which hardly ever happens.Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom with an amazing shower!! We didn't think we would get to use the firepit as it was May, but we were wrong. Mother Nature gave us very cool weather, so we did enjoy at least 2 nights at the firepit. It was quiet and peaceful.We didn't get to use the lake unfortunately due to the cooler weather, but the dock is so nice!! It's large with a party deck. There are stairs down into the water. A kayak was at the dock and there was also one at the house - which again, we didn't get to use. :-( But you do need to bring your own lifejackets - which we did.The house is 30 minutes from Clemson campus and is a very easy drive. Ingles grocery is very close to the house (maybe 5 miles) and the BBQ at Fork Grove is AMAZING!!!!We really couldn't believe the house was as perfect as it was. Highly recommend.

Clemson Game

Layout of the house was great! My husband and I were up there with our kids and their friends, and it was so nice that we each had our own space. The location was excellent, too. We were close to the grocery stores and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our time at the lake. The house is nice and has a lot of space for our big family. The house had everything we need for a quick getaway. The house is on a cove with deep water good for fishing and swimming.

Annual family vacation

Ages 9-70 enjoyed this great location on beautiful Lake Hartwell. We had a large pontoon boat and spent everyday on the water. My only suggestion is for the Lower area to have an activity like ping pong, Foosball or a pool table.

Perfect for Family with Boat

The property was so perfect for our family! Son and Daughter-in-law in basement, Mom and Dad on main floor, Daughter, Son-in-Law and kids on third floor. The covered boat slip for guest boat parking was greatly appreciated. Great Property!

GREAT PROPERTY WITH GOOD SETUP FOR TWO FAMILIES

Centrally located for family coming from Birmingham, Charleston and Spartanburg. Remote but close enough to run to the store in town. beds were comfortable, house had good kitchen utensils, and an overall quality to the property. Will be booking return trip.

Fabulous Stay !

We were down with family and friends for our son's graduation from Clemson. The house was fabulous, clean, and exactly as advertised. The dock was amazing and was perfect for our large group. We will be back. Brian was just fabulous and so timely with his response to questions. Boat rental was close to property also.

Lake Hartwell Family Vacation

We had a great week at the house. House is very nice. Lake access was good and the boat dock was very convenient. Must have been some heavy rains before our arrival that lead to some washouts on back yard and path to lake. Great lake location away from big water, but not far too get there. Neighborhood location was a bit more rural than we anticipated, but pretty short drives to Anderson or Hartwell for all the non-lake activities.

Nice house and location

It’s a beautiful house but it is in need of some TLC. The floors had sand and dirt on them need cleaned, the fire place is full of ashes the trash can in the kitchen still had trash in it from the previous guest. The refrigerator and oven were absolutely filthy. The house like I said is beautiful just needs cleaned.

Perfect Location

This is our second time renting this home in 2022. Perfect location for our local family gathering. Updated refrigerator, bed coverings, and landscaping. The last time we stayed in February the A/C didn’t work, (needed for SC Weather- 79 degrees in February), and this time it was still not working correctly. We bought box fans for the first night until the heating and air company was able to add Freon to both units. If the units are maintained and are working properly, this is an awesome lake front rental. This will not deter us from renting again in the future if available.

Could have been much better

Property was dirty. Found many roaches. AC unit upstairs was broken and was 80* in the upstairs rooms, horrible for sleeping. Downstairs rooms were controlled by main floor unit where main floor stayed about 73* and the downstairs stayed at 67*. Walking from downstairs to upstairs was quite bizarre feeling a difference of about 15 degrees? Redeeming qualities were the the dock and the lake access. Fix the cleaning and the AC units and it’s be a 4.5 star experience. Instead was more like a 2.5.

Good From Far (real far) But Far From Good.

We met family from PA for a Thanksgiving get-together and a Clemson game. We’ve stayed at several lake houses around Clemson over the years, but this one definitely stood out. There was no soap...anywhere, 1/2 roll or less of TP in most bathrooms, used bars of soap left in showers, trash/hair in the showers, MB door doesn't stay open or closed, upstairs shower didn't drain, so ankle deep water the entire shower, no extra towels and ones provided were the size of a floor mat. The place was filthy, the sofas had food/hair/dirt under the cushions, and the supports were gone, there was opened ice cream left in the freezer and it had melted to the shelf, ice makers made about 3 cups of ice in 4 days, many (opened & perishable) items left in refrigerator, etc. cheap flooring is buckled everywhere. saw roaches in the pantry, pots and pans had the coatings completely worn off, the driveway is not functional for a 2 WD car, we had to push them up the hill due to steepness and loose stones. But, the worst part is the unphased owners...after we notified them of some concerns they simply responded 'thank you, we'll let our cleaners know" and after we voiced more concerns about the ice makers and shower not draining Etc. they decided not to respond and haven't since. This is the first time I can remember that my family cherished a vacation departure day more than our arrival day.

MIdwest invasion

Four couples and one single made their way to Anderson SC to play with boats on Lake Hartwell. The weather was not initially kind; some rain, then cool but sunny. Once the weather warmed up, we did take advantage of the deck on the back of the house. Most of us found the beds suitable, one couple found them too firm, but beds are a personal choice. All bedrooms had a bathroom, so no sharing of bathrooms, that was great. Room enough for all nine of us at the large dining table. The living room accommodated most of us with a few using some extra chairs. Washer and dryer is always a plus. The covered boat dock was great! It served our three boats, a 15' Lyman, a 16.5' Lyman and a 15' Thompson, well. One boat was in the covered slip and one on each of the outside docks. There was a bit of a walk to the boathouse from the house, but doable. All things considered, a great stay!
