Awesome view

Location is perfect if you want to get lots of amazing food. The view is outstanding, especially from the shared top-floor area. My favorite visit to Chicago ever!

Worth every penny!

Host was accessible and checkin/out was a breeze. Clean, well appointed, and they’re not lying about the views. The location was premium- 20 uber from all the best attractions and dining. We drove, so having a parking spot was helpful but we chose to Uber rather than deal with parking. We and our two teenagers were very happy to stay here.

Party of 5 just the right size for us

Easy check-in, comfy place and nice view. The apartment was lacking in oven bakeware, but one phone call to the host remedied the situation. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great downtown condo!

This place was awesome! Great location! Near the highway, but never heard it from the 27th floor. Great views, easy walking to downtown and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Did not use the kitchen much, but appeared to be well equipped. Having free onsite parking was a nice bonus! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

WOW! WOW! WOW!

WOW! That's what we say about this place. My family and I loved it! The location and the views-WOW! It is floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the bedrooms. Absolutely so cool. We were met when we arrived, shown the parking space for our car-a great space and totally worth having one. Then taken up to our floor-the elevators are quick and smooth. It was easy to get in and out--we used uber and it was super easy for them-close to everything, a fantastic location. The A/C worked well and there was an adjustable thermostat in each bedroom. There were no ceiling fans in any room but with the adjustable temp made it was comfortable. The beds, the sheets and the towels were all soft and very nice. The beds very comfortable in all the rooms. The washer and dryer worked well. They are stacked so opening the washer lid is restricted due to the dryer but you can get in there enough to use it. They had shelves in the closets for luggage placement and plenty of hangers. The bathrooms are a nice size and the whole apt for a family of 4 was perfect. It could have been a little cleaner in some spots but overall it was a wonderful place. We would highly recommend this place as the location, the view, the attentive owner, the comfort of everything. It was just a great place. We felt safe with the apt, the location, that whole area we felt comfortable. We walked short distances around the area during the day and we felt safe as well. What a place! Thank you for a great stay!!!

A good stay, nice unit, but not exactly as expected

The location was great, especially for restaurants. Walkable to many attractions, but also easy for taking car in and out with included/dedicated parking space. The parking spot and unit had easy access to elevators with no added noise or other downsides. The unit was clean, views were great. But, it was not the unit in the listing. It had a lot of similarities, but also a number of differences. We assume the property manager has multiple units that are similarly furnished and use the same photos for all or that the building furnishes the units and they used stock photos. Most notably, the kitchen and bathrooms were very different and not as well equipped as described. Kitchen is equipped well for eating, moderately for cooking. The bathrooms felt more like basic hotel bathrooms, including the quality of towels, toilet paper, toilet height, etc. The LR layout (and some furniture) was different. The BRs had mostly the same furniture as pictured, but different layouts. Mattresses were high quality, though the primary mattress was a bit firm for our taste (totally subjective). Only two flat pillows included in the primary BR, so we had to borrow a couple from other BRs. Very little info provided in writing for check-in/check-out. Host met us onsite (outside) upon arrival, gave us garage access, then met us in garage, came up to unit with us, communicated other instructions verbally at that time, followed by a short summary text afterwards. Host was easy/quick to text with.

Luxury Living: Unforgettable Stay with Amazing Views!

Exceeded expectations! The Chicago skyline views were breathtaking, especially at sunset and night. The location was ideal for exploring the restaurants and shops in Fulton Market. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, contributing to a perfect stay! We look forward to returning.

Great Location with an Amazing View!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this gorgeous apartment. Great location, easy to get to public transit, bars, restaurants, Whole Foods. Only slightly negative comment - the place could use a little TLC. Several things slightly broken or in need of some attention. Master mattress/frame squeeked. Otherwise had a great experience!

Great Downtown Apartment

A group of us stayed here for my 50th birthday weekend. The host was very quick in responding to any questions and the apartment was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this property if staying in downtown Chicago. It’s close to all the major attractions.

Sarah’s Amazing Place!

I have rented VRBO in many places. Sarah‘s apartment In Chicago is by far the best! The views were absolutely incredible, the amenities were great (pool, gym etc.). The check-in and checkout process was seamless. The apartment was spotless. I plan on renting this place for my two adult sons for a long weekend in 2025.
