Not What Expected....
Upon arrival, the apartment wasn't ready due to electrical issues. We were told to drop our bags at the office, go to lunch and come back to retrieve our things. Once we were able to check into our rental, we were there about 10 minutes and all the electric went out. After a few hours, an electrician was supposed to come fix the issue, but unfortunately, we came back home late that evening to no functioning lights. We had to function by cell phone light and a lamp. When contacting the property management, they did nothing except say it was unable to be repaired. After going in person to their business office the following day, they agreed to bring in lamps. The apartment was not what was described, as it had multiple exposed wires throughout the space, non-functioning tv and internet, the refrigerator door would stay shut, the ac worked only part time, no light switches worked, due to the electrical issues we did not use the kitchen appliances or washer and dryer, and did not appear very clean either. Still waiting for a reply from the management company regarding a credit, but still no response.
