Entièrement rénové maison moderne! Vélo vers les plages de Crosby Landing ou de Skaket Bay, distance de marche des étangs d'eau douce et du parc d'état de Nickerson qui se connecte au sentier ferroviaire de 22 km de Cape Cod pour faire du vélo! Accès notarié à l'étang de bouilloire! Emplacement! Emplacement!

Bienvenue à "Cape Dream" - Une maison récemment rénovée à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur! Ce 4 chambres, 2 1/2 salle de bain maison (plus douche extérieure!) a deux belles chambres au premier étage, une avec un lit king, l'autre avec deux jumeaux et un lit gigogne double portable. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète au premier étage. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez une chambre lit king-size avec une demi-baignoire et une deuxième chambre avec deux lits doubles. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète au deuxième étage. Vous pourrez profiter de matelas moelleux dans toutes les chambres. Tous les draps sont fournis ce qui est rare sur le cap! Sont également inclus les serviettes de bain et de plage.

La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils et est entièrement équipée et stockée avec tous les éléments essentiels de cuisine et de repas dont vous aurez besoin pour créer de merveilleux dîners ensemble. La maison dispose de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et de l’espace de vie principal, du Wi-Fi, d’un téléviseur à écran plat HD 55 pouces dans la salle familiale, d’un barbecue, de parasols, de chaises et de jouets de plage, le tout pour votre plus grand plaisir. Après une journée à la plage, rincez-vous du sable de la douche extérieure et faites un barbecue sur la terrasse arrière ou détendez-vous au coin du feu!

La maison a un accès privilégié à Owl Pond pour la baignade, le kayak ou la pêche, et des sentiers de randonnée à proximité du Nickerson State Park où vous pouvez faire de la randonnée, du trail, pêcher, nager et profiter de l’un des nombreux étangs et plages. Le meilleur des deux mondes: vous pouvez aller des plages cristallines aux étangs d'eau douce de Nickerson State Park aux eaux salées rafraîchissantes de Crosby Landing ou de Linnell Landing à Cape Cod Bay. Nous sommes également à 5 minutes en voiture d'Orléans, où vous pourrez profiter de la plage Skaket et du parc Eldridge pour les célèbres matchs de base-ball de la Cape League!

Ayant loué un certain nombre de maisons sur le Cap avant d’acheter celui-ci, nous sommes conscients de ce qui fait de bonnes vacances: emplacement et super équipements! Great Home Base for a Family Trip

The home was a good fit for us. Slept 6 with beds to spare. Hosted a family dinner, enough kitchen supplies to get everyone fed. Brewster is as usual, lovely. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Great spot on the cape

We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Dream. Kelley was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen and living areas. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The outdoor space was an added treat with a great deck and fire pit. Overall a great trip to the cape.

Relaxing and fun!

We had a blast here! Close to a perfect beach for kids and a fun short walk to a state park with a beautiful lake! Close enough to town for all necessities but in a quiet area in a great neighborhood, good for walks. The house was clean and exactly how it is described. We would definitely come back and visit, very family friendly!

A group of 7 people stayed at this house for a week and we all really liked it. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, and there was enough room and spaces for everyone to hang out together or have some privacy/quiet. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, there are outlets everywhere for charging things, and the back porch/patio was a great spot to wind down at the end of the night. We had some hot days but the ac units took care of us. I definitely recommend this house for large groups. I guess if I had little kids I'd want to know that there are stairs to navigate, and the backyard isn't meant for toddlers, but otherwise, the perfect vacation house.

Great house, great location

So close to everything yet so quiet and peaceful. Home is lovely, we loved Owl Pond and Flax Pond which were both very close. Beds are very comfy, there is plenty of storage space in bedrooms and kitchen. Kids loved the tv room in the basement. We will come back to stay again.

Great all around

We had seven people staying there and never felt on top of each other. Very clean, charming and well equipped with everything we needed. Owner was pleasant and easy to work with. Everyone agreed - it was a great vacation. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Two families together

This beautiful home is well laid out for two families of 4 to share. First floor bedrooms are well away from evening activities, so little ones won’t be disturbed. Everything was well decorated and complete, with everything we needed (right down to the marshmallow sticks). A lovely week!

A Cozy Home Away from Home

The property is situated in one of the best area in Lower Cape and is accessible to many points of attraction in Brewster and Orleans. We are frequent visitors to the area and this is one of the best homes we have stayed. On one of the rare days when the weather did not allow us to enjoy the beaches nearby, we had fun playing foosball and board games offered by Kelley. The home is big enough for seven of us but still maintain some coziness. Overall, we had a great stay and Kelley is super responsive whenever we have questions.

Cape Dream is Wonderful!

Excellent stay at Cape Dream for Memorial Day weekend 2018! This house is updated, clean, bright and has all the amenities you could want. Easy access to 6A and beaches while located in a quiet neighborhood that is great for running and walking. We stayed with 6 adults and 1 baby and there was more than enough room for all of us, it was great to have a full dining table for us all to sit around! We enjoyed having an updated kitchen and bathrooms, definitely a plus as compared to many other rentals available! Kelley was extremely responsive, helpful and pleasant to work with leading up to our stay. We look forward to planning another stay soon!

Great House - Great Location

We've been renting houses for years on Cape Cod and this was hands down the best one ever. It's the perfect location for the beaches (Crosby 5 min.). Nauset (15 minutes), Golf (Captains 12 min.) Chatham Seaside Links 20 min) Shaw's supermarket was only 5 minutes away. You can literally walk to Nickerson State Park and there's a small pond a very short walk from the house. The rooms were large and fully stocked with everything that we needed. We did have a few questions that were answered promptly. I've already requested that we rent the same house next year.

Perfect Cape Vacation House for Two Families!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this house. We have been vacationing on the Cape with another family for the last five years, and each year we rent a different house. This is the first house we have stayed in that we unanimously felt was somewhere we hope to rent again. The location was amazing - we typically rent in Orleans and loved the proximity and access to Orleans beaches but the quaintness Brewster had to offer. The house was immaculate, and Kelly was wonderfully responsive. Check in and check out were super easy, and we especially appreciated having linens included - a rare find on the Cape! The bedrooms were super comfortable, all with quiet air conditioning units and very comfy beds. The set up of having a king bed (master) bedroom and two bed (kids) bedroom on each floor was the perfect set up for two families. We loved the deck, the fire pit, and the finishes of the house in general. We definitely hope to return to this wonderful house!!!

First time on the Cape multi generation

Stayed with grandparents down to a 2 year old. It was all our first time on the cape. This location was great as it was central with plenty to do locally and, if you want to explore other towns, nothing was too far away. Provincetown was a 45min drive and Chatham 20min. The bay beaches were great for the little kids and the house was comfortable to all hang out in and sleep. The only concern I had was having a 2 year old, always watching he didn’t get to the basement door as it doesn’t have a lock and the steps are dangerous with only a railing on one side and the back porch has steps to the grass that aren’t able to be gated off. to avoid having to worry, I would suggest if you have kids, best for groups that have infants or kids 6+. The kitchen is stocked well with utensils, dishes, pots etc. and the towels for beach and shower were good to use. The beach chairs and sand toys also came in handy. Overall the house and location were ideal for us and we all have a great time.

Cape Cod week in Brewster

We all loved the house! As a group of 9 we chose to use the towels provided at the house (we did bring our own bed linens). The requirement to have all towels washed and dried by checkout at 10 am we felt to be unreasonable and to possibly promote renters to skip the washing and just dry their towels! The condition of towels upon our arrival was fair - some were smelly and had to be rewashed. We tried to comply but did leave the last load of towels in dryer. I know they were clean and sincerely hope I won’t be penalized for this. Folding towels is not difficult or very time consuming. It would also be helpful to provide a broom or swiffer. We were also afraid there may have been a sewage issue as the upstairs master bedroom/bath had a foul odor when we arrived. It did disappear after airing out and spraying. We did love our week and would consider coming back!

We find it unfortunate we never had any communication from you, even after reaching out to you with our welcome. Had you advised us of any issues, we would have taken care of them immediately. As you can see from our 35 all five star reviews, we truly care about our guests having a perfect, enjoyable stay. In regards to towels, many houses do not offer bath or beach towels. We do provide these as a courtesy to our guests, and in turn we ask they be cleaned prior to departure. We apologize you found this to be unreasonable. Also notable, is we had just purchased 6 new bath towels for the home on August 5th. In regards to a broom, there is one on property, along with a vacuum. Had you reached out to us, I could have directed you to their location. In regards to the upstairs half bath having an odor upon arrival, I'm glad it went away after you aired out the bathroom. We have had no other complaints of a "foul odor" in all our years renting. We are glad you loved your week as you stated in your review.

Beautiful house. Great location.

We loved our stay in this beautiful and well stocked house. The location is perfect to explore different areas of the cape, and the quiet neighborhood and access to the state park was great for daily walks and runs. Highly recommend!

Great property in an excellent location.

We really enjoyed our one week stay at this house. The property is great, very clean, lots of space, - it was comfortable to accommodate our family of 6. The location is also perfect - mid-Cape, close to the number of beaches as well as Nickerson State Park and Cape Cod Rail Trail. It is also close to shopping/dining areas in both, Brewster and Orleans. Highly recommended!

Exactly as described

the house is set up for 2 families and it worked out perfectly for our family. Quiet neighborhood, yard, fire pit, its a great location. Kelley was outstanding! She provided us recommendations ahead of time and was very responsive to any questions.

Great house and location

We had a great stay at Cape Dream! House was very clean and well decorated throughout. We had a smaller group due to grandparents unexpectedly unable to travel, but house is ideal for two families as other reviews stated. Location is great - walking distance to Flax Pond and Nickerson State Park, short drive to the bay beaches, and also central to navigating around the cape. We visited Provincetown, Wellfleet and Chatham, and all were easily reached from Brewster. Owner was super helpful and responsive during our stay, our family had a great time!

A Beautiful Home and Cape Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Cape Dream! The home was beautiful, very clean, situated in the perfect location to beaches, the state park, bike trail, and shops, and the owner was very responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Having traveled to the Cape during the summers when we were young, we returned with families of our own so our children could experience this unique area with so much to offer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After renting homes in the Cape for the past six years, and missing this special area every time we left, we decided to purchase a home to enjoy throughout the year, and also rent for others to enjoy. We looked for quite some time for the perfect place that met our criteria with location and home design being a main priority. This house is the perfect layout for two families. Aptly named "Cape Dream" we believe this home captures the best of the Cape.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is in the perfect location being on the Orleans border close to Skaket and Nauset Beach, and with the extra perk of having deeded access to Owl Pond, you can walk your kayak or SUP board to the water. The home also has trails leading into Nickerson State Park where you can enjoy freshwater ponds, beaches, fishing, boat rentals, and bike trails.
