À propos de cet hébergement

Super location avec quatre chambres et trois salles de bains sur 4 hectares dans la belle Chanhassen, Minnesota. Moins d'un mile de Paisley Park. Seulement 3 miles de Hazeltine Golf Club, très proche du transport pour le PGA Femmes.

Cette maison a 2 chambres à coucher principales et une cuisine mise à jour avec les nouvelles armoires et les comptoirs en granit. Cuisine à aire ouverte, coin repas et salle familiale, ainsi qu'une salle familiale supplémentaire. Toutes les salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées. Réduction pour les locations plus longues, jusqu'à un ou deux mois. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 adultes dans des lits et deux enfants (sur un futon).

Il y a une terrasse avec barbecue, un foyer et deux acres d'herbe, le reste est boisé. L'allée dispose d'un grand parking. Profitez du foyer et les enfants peuvent courir dans les bois.

La maison a deux marches pour accéder à la maison et sept marches pour aller au niveau principal à l'intérieur ou sept marches pour descendre au niveau inférieur.

Nous sommes à 19 miles de Minneapolis / St. Paul International Airport et à 16 miles du centre commercial Mall of America. Près du centre-ville de Minneapolis, à environ 30 minutes en voiture.

Perfect for family gathering

Plenty of space for 4 generations to stay together. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. There were enough kitchen items for us to prepare and serve a meal for a large family gathering. Communication with the hosts was great! They provided little things (cookies and sleds) that added to our experience. Highly recommend!!

Amazing property

We booked this for our family Christmas. Terri and Dave were not only extremely professional and helpful, they also made the home feel like Christmas. The home was large with many spaces to gather. The home was extremely clean and there were so many things supplied so we could cook and play games in the home. We were so impressed. We could not recommend this home and its host enough!

Perfect Home for Sibling Reunion

Clean and Spacious inside and out. We enjoyed sitting around dining and deck area visiting with family. The spacious back yard was great for yard games. The patio below the deck was great for sitting out when it got a bit warmer on the deck. All was clean, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Quiet neighborhood. Fantastic communication with the host. Seven family members stayed at this house but we had up to eight others join us from another rental for a few hours each day. The open living room, dining, kitchen, patio was perfect for this.

Great Place to Stay

We came up from Iowa for the Renaissance Festival. Six adults. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. House is set off the main road in a beautiful wooded area. Lots of turkeys! About a fifteen minute drive to the festival or Valleyfair amusement park. Also, not a far drive to grocery or convenience stores. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely rebook this property again.

Perfect for a Relaxing Family Gathering

When our family of five was looking for a spacious, attractive home close to my daughter who lives in the Twin Cities, Terri and Dave's home stood out because in addition to meeting our housing needs, it is located on a beautiful 4-acre property, and we like to bird-watch and wander about. Everything inside and outside the house was comfortable and perfect, with spaces for gathering and for alone time. The kitchen had everything (and much more) for easy food preparations, and closets were stocked with extra blankets, board games, and puzzles. We felt quite at home the entire time. Terri and Dave were gracious hosts who let us know to contact them with any need. We knew when arriving we would be very late, and Terri gladly met my daughter in the afternoon so she could drop off food for our breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect!

Super clean with big yard!

We have traveled and stayed in several VRBO's over the years and this is one of the cleanest!! Terri was easy to work with and quick to respond if we had any questions! The house was extremely clean and well stocked! They also have kept personal knick knacks to a minimum and do just enough to make it feel homey while still giving you plenty of space for your own items! We had a great time playing games in the yard and relaxing on the large deck!

PERFECT in every way!

The home was comfortable, beds so nice, fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, everything was very clean, lots of space, yard is amazing with variety of wildlife, and home-made cookies the Best! We prepped for a wedding, it was nice having iron and board, blow dryers in bathrooms, and lots of big mirrors a plus. And, they were awesome hosts!

Family Holiday

Terri & husband were responsive, met us onsite and walked us through the home. We were only 2 adult couples and were very comfortable, but the home is family friendly. The kitchen was well equipped and there were movies, toys and games. My daughter was able to bring her toddler over to visit because there was a gate for the stairs. This was a very cold weekend and the great deck and outdoor firepit were unused, but I would love to return during spring or fall months. Lastly, my son carelessly left property behind, but I was able to call Terri and she took it in stride, allowing him to return and retrieve it. I was mortified. Mary from Chicago

Country setting in city.

Stayed for a small family reunion. Home was very clean, with many amenities. Huge fire pit, wildlife, outside patio and large inside dining table for us all to gather depending on weather. Owners were very hands on and available. Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants very close proximity.

Amazing place to stay while in Chanhassen

A wonderful, clean, peaceful home and property to stay at! They had everything you needed and then some. Very helpful and provided great information on things to do. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. Loved it and would highly recommend if staying in the area!

A beautiful suburban getaway

We enjoyed the whole month of July in this beautiful home! The space is comfortable, well-equipped, spacious and accommodating. We experienced lovely meals on the deck and evenings around the firepit. Our hosts were most communicative and accommodating! We will definitely return!

Our 3rd or 4th time here. Always clean, well stocked! Works perfect for our family! Highlight may have been sighting of several albino squirrels near-by. A first for some family members, in their 60’s, that grew up here!! Thanks again ☺️

Wonderful spacious home

We had a wonderful stay at Terri’s beautiful home. Plenty of space for the entire family to relax and gather together. Terri and her hubby were very attentive even coming by frequently to remove the snow so we could get in and out safely!

Great property ... perfect hosts!

The house is super nice. Clean, well stocked, comfortable and beautiful yard. We enjoyed Thanksgiving weekend at the house with a 3-generation family of eight. The basement family room was perfect for a kids play area and we had big meals and game nights at the dining room table. Three full bathrooms were helpful for getting the whole gang ready in the morning. Terri is the ultimate host, making us feel very welcome and willing to help with anything. Highly recommended property!

Great house and great location! There for our sons wedding in Minnetrista! We had a great time the house was big enough for all of us! Wish we could have hung out outside but were too busy and weather was not that great after the wedding! Terri met us and showed us around with a plate of delicious cookies! We would stay there again! Perfect home base for wedding at the Arboretum

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable furniture. We slept great - quality mattresses, no outside noise, and room darkening blinds. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely home and property. We stayed at this home the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. Being just 10 minutes from the Arboretum, it was a perfect location. Two large gathering areas indoor and at least 3 outside made for easy family time. Terri is a great hostess and the tips about the house that she provides at checkin are super helpful.

My husband and I live in Chanhassen and the property listed is our second home. We have two grown children and five grandchildren. We are both retired from the financial industry. We have lived in Chanhassen since 1991 and love it here! We enjoy renting to others and making their stay the best possible.

Chanhassen is a great community, near everything in the Minneapolis area. Enjoy time on the deck overlooking the wooded lot, sit by the firepit at night and relax in the open concept living area. Close to Paisley Park, Mall of America, three lakes and much more.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Very private large property. Great layout for families of 8 to 10 people. The lower level master bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size bed works great for couples with kids or teenagers. Sleeps 10 adults (1 bedroom has twin sleep number beds.)
