Appartement de luxe situé dans un quartier d'élite à proximité de la belle plage de sable de Bačvice. L'appartement a 110m2, 2 chambres séparées avec salles de bains et une salle de bain supplémentaire sans douche. Dans une chambre il y a un sauna finlandais et un dressing. Le salon vous offre une vue imprenable sur une plage de sable et dispose d'un canapé pour dormir. L'appartement dispose de deux terrasses sur lesquelles vous pouvez vous installer confortablement sur un canapé ou une chaise pivotante. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose d'une grande table à manger pour 6 personnes.

Great two bedroom apartment with a Stunning View of the Adriadic Sea! 5 min walk to several restaurants and 15 min walk to the Old Town. We would definitely stay here again!

Superb apartment with stunning views of the water and Split beach. A short 5mins or so walk into Old town. Jasna was a fabulous help - very friendly and informative. Overall the best accomodation we have had in Croatia.

Sunsets in Split

Wonderful stay. Clean, convenient and well located apartment. Walking distance to the beach, old town and the marina to catch boats/ferries to islands. Great viewing window and patio for sunsets :) Recommend for a great vacation experience.

Gorgeous comfortable apartment overlooking the sea

This beautifully renovated apartment is roomy, clean and comfortable. It has incredible views of the sea and beach and walking distance to everything including old town. The property manager is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We (my spouse, me and our 2 daughters in their 20s) had a 5 star experience.

Lovely Stay

First the check in process was perfect. Our hostess could not have been better. The unit is beautiful and very well equipped and the easiest of walks to the beaches, a great bakery and the market. The patio is lovely and made for a perfect place to have a drink at the end of the day. Great way to enjoy Split.

Superb apartment and great location.

I would highly recommend the apartment. Jasna’s communications were so helpful and the apartment was even better than the description. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the views were amazing. The apartment is up three flights of stairs and no lift.

Magnificent

The property could not have been in a better location, it is one mile from the city center, and far enough away to not be bothered by crowds. Jasna, the host, was great; she made the check in very easy and informative. The property cost was a little more than we usually spend, but we all felt it was totally worth it.

Location and View in Split

My wife and loved our stay here! The apartment is very large and updated. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. 2 bathrooms and a laundry room were nice. The sauna felt terrific! Jasna, our host was very enthusiastic and our communication throughout was ideal. She helped guide us to several local restaurants and attractions and met us at check-in and departure. There is a refreshing sea breeze through the apartment with the windows open and the view, location and dedicated off street parking were perfect.Would stay here again definitely!

Great Stay

The property was even better than we expected. Large, modern, very comfortable and great location. Old Town was about a 10-15 easy walk from the apartment with restaurants and beach across the street. We felt very safe walking late night from all areas. Jasna was an exceptional host. She was responsive to any questions we had and ordered our 530am taxi to the airport. She was always available and communicative. Highly recommend this property.

Split Nirvana

Great location - out of the busyness of Old Town but close enough to walk. Ferry terminals very close as well to get to the islands. The residence was very clean, well equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay in Split. Our check in process and communication was truly first rate - nothing left to chance. View was postcard perfect. Kitchen had everything you would need. Very quiet at night and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!!

“Split” Decision

With all the options in Split, how do we decide where to stay? I always say, the success of many things is in the communication. Jasna, property owner, was absolutely wonderful and attentive to all of our needs throughout the process. Wonderful Apartment & Location

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Split! It is right next to Bacvice Beach, a short walk to old town and the ferries for island hopping. The apartment itself is spacious and light filled, the two bedrooms and three bathrooms was plenty of room for our group of three. Jasna was a wonderful host, fast to respond on WhatsApp and waiting for us when we arrived to check in. We absolutely would stay here again!

Lovely apartment, perfect location, just what we needed!

Don’t hesitate to book this apartment if you are looking for a prime beach location, yet within walking distance to the green market and old town Split. And the view was definitely worth the stairs! The apartment had everything we needed, and Jasna our hostess was readily available if we had any questions or required any assistance at all. Thank you Jasna!

The property is in great location. Short walk to the beach and center of the town. With the heat of the summer, the AC units sure makes it so much nicer to go back into. Jasna is very lovely.
