The Uncorked Cottage est un sanctuaire de Rosemary Beach, qui saura satisfaire vos attentes les plus élevées en matière de maison de vacances idéale à la plage! Vous trouverez des couleurs claires et des accents de plage modernes comme du bois flotté, du liège et des coquillages.

Le Cottage Uncorked dispose de 3 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Le premier niveau offre une cuisine, une salle à manger et un salon à concept ouvert, baignés de lumière naturelle par les nombreuses fenêtres et les hauts plafonds. Profitez de la commodité d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer tous vos plats préférés de la famille. Le porche arrière donne directement sur une petite pelouse verdoyante, idéale pour prendre l'air. Au deuxième niveau, vous trouverez la suite principale, la suite pour invités et le placard à linge. La suite dispose d'un lit KING, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une salle de bain privée et d'un petit balcon privé donnant sur la cour.

Il y a largement assez de place pour 2 personnes dans la suite principale avec un lit KING, un coin bureau, un dressing et une grande salle de bain privée. Prenez une pause sur le balcon privé avec une balançoire et un coin salon surdimensionnés, ainsi que des coussins et des volets personnalisés que vous pouvez laisser ouverts ou fermés pour un peu plus d'intimité. Nous recommandons de laisser les volets ouverts, car le balcon donne sur une belle verdure avec une fontaine et de grandes branches d’arbres suspendues au-dessus de la tête. En montant au troisième niveau, cette chambre de style loft peut accueillir 4 lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain complète.

Lacking enough hot water

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If not for the hot water issue I would have given all 5 star reviews. Beautiful cottage with great furnishings and fantastic location. Rental company responded promptly to our calls concerning the hot water. Unfortunately all they could do was turn up the temp on the hot water heater. It was just 2 staying and we barely got through 2 QUICK showers a night. Hopefully the owners will address this as this is the only reason we would not return...

Beautiful Home - Tiny Hiccups

The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well outfitted. There were a few hiccups - the electronic bolt didn't work on the front door, so we could only use the back door - and this prevented us from getting in the house by about an hour.A few of the appliances need to be updated - the coffee maker is just about ready to go and required finese and patience to operate, there is only one "very old" hair dryer in the 4 bedroom house, and just 5 hangers in the entire house.There are no beach towels on property - which is odd given this a a vacation beach house. Travel with huge towels is inconvenient.A normal car is difficult to park in the garage with extremely narrow door opening, and the second parking slot is unusable as loaded with storage from the house. No remote garage door opener provided, so someone always needed to jump out, run around the house to open the garage door. When other guests arrived for carriage rental, they blocked us in by simply parking on the pad outside the two garage doors.When I offered these suggestions to the management company, they responded that we should have called to let the company know while we were there. I say, you should have the house ready for guests before they arrive. (Come on, reviews going back years have the same comments and complaints).Don't be deterred from renting this wonderful home, just set expectations properly with the management company right away. (They were very prompt to respond).

Lovely Rosemary Home

We have stayed in many homes in Rosemary and this one didn’t disappoint. Was nice have two bedrooms with king beds on the second floor. Master bedroom is great with tons of space, storage and big closet. The second master has less storage with small closet and dresser but it worked. The bunk room is on the 3rd floor. Super spacious with 4 twin beds. It has its own mini split AC which was running a little got the first night but the repair guy came first thing in the morning and it worked great after that. It was nice having a house with AC in the summer as it can be a little humid. Appreciated having 4 bikes available to us. It would be helpful to have a keypad on the garage or an opener so someone doesn’t have to jump out and open it every time you come and go but not a huge deal. Only negative I will say is the 9am check out. Little too early in my opinion. The cleaners arrived at 830am and we had tell them we would be out at 9am, which we were. This is a beautiful home! Nice quieter location in RM but close to everything. Home is well stocked with starter supplies. Love the decor and love the flag on the front porch! Would definitely rent this home again! Thank you for sharing it with our family.

Good and Bad

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family rented Uncorked for a week this summer. The home was laid out well for a family of five and the construction is very tasteful. For the price point, it is within expectations for the property.When we rented the property, I was somewhat concerned about the distance from the beach. However, it is a great location. It is one block from a pool and the fitness center, a near direct shot down a boardwalk to the beach for a bike and a nice stroll into town and a great ice cream spot. It was also nice to have the garage in the alley and a park view off the front porch.This house is heavily rented and some of the wear and tear shows that. The trash can bin in the kitchen island didn't have a panel on it when we arrived and parts of the stairway runner were pulled up as well from wear and tear or damage. Several towel fixtures consistently fell off the wall. The maintenance crew requested access to the property several times during our stay. They were very courteous and quiet but it is a demonstration that a) the house needs maintenance and b) they have zero downtime when guests are not using the property. If you have a maintenance issue, you might as well request it because they have a number of technicians about during the day.The property has a carriage house over the garage. The night we arrived was surprised to see a family of four coming through the backyard and going up the stairs to a one bedroom carriage house. I called the managemenet company and they noted that it rents seperately and "they try to be transparent about that" in marketing the property. That is misleading at best as our executed property agreement states we leased the property at the address listed. Not part of it, ALL of it. This was very dissappointing but little could be done. This is a great family vacation and we will return. We had plenty of options for renting in Rosemary. Had I known a few of these things in advance, I would have opted for anoth

Very beautiful house that is the perfect location!

This was our first visit at Rosemary Beach and we loved it. Shopping/restaurants are all a short walk or bike ride from the house. I think it’s one of the prettiest houses around the area. Loved our stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Uncorked Cottage! The home was beautiful and clean, and the location couldn’t be better. The hosts were super responsive and helpful, sending someone to help us and respond to our requests quickly! We would 100 percent stay here again and recommend this property to anyone! The only improvement I could say is that having beach towels available would be helpful, as well as standard pantry items (salt, pepper, extra paper towels), but otherwise was a 10/10 experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect getaway! The host were so friendly and accommodating. Actually I feel like they went above and beyond. We arrived early from the airport with several large suitcases.. We had several hours before check-in and the host not only let us keep our luggage at the office, but they even drove it to the house so that our luggage would be there when we were ready to check in. The house was so beautiful and the area was perfect! Everything was clean and inviting. I couldn’t get over how charming and grand the house felt. The architecture was like a mixture of New Orlenas, European. It was just a short walk to all the restaurants and boutiques. We took advantage of the bicycles and enjoyed exploring all around. There were plenty of swimming pools available and I think we tried every one of them! We hired a mobile message therapist to come to the home and she set her table up on the covered porch upstairs. This was a perfect location! The therapist had calming music playing in the backgroud and the entire expierence left us in a state of serenity. During our stay we took an Airboat adventure tour. This too was well worth the expierence. The scenery was breathtaking and we were able to see an alligator and a dolphin. We were dying to try some crab cakes and heard lot’s of great reviews from a nearby place. During our stay the place was not open and we were so disapointed. We called to see if they would be opened at all during our short stay and the owner came to open it just for us to get their famous crab cakes! Unbelievable! The crab cakes were AMAZING! Trust me! We honestly felt so pampered by everyone from the moment we arrived. This was a vacation that we will not forget and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great house but needs some updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself, room sizes, and location were great. There are things that are broken from wear and tear that I think property management needs to fix and update. The kitchen sink faucet completely fell apart at first use, all kitchen cabinet hinges are very loose and are about to fall off, and one actually did in the middle of the night. There was a missing cabinet front for the pull-out trash, just general maintenance issues. It is also time for the kitchen and bathrooms to be updated. The master suite was a good size and the porch was lovely. Also, be aware that there is a garage and carriage house above that rents separately so during our stay there was someone else coming and going from the back. The grill and back area are shared.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very pretty with a great layout and great location. We were a little surprised that a house managed by Rosemary Beach Luxury Vacations could be as run down as it was. There were cabinet doors either missing or falling off its hinges. The kitchen faucet fell apart and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. We also had a toilet that wouldn't flush. I know Rosemary Beach Luxury Vacation homes have high standards and the homeowner must stick to strict guidelines so I was disappointed that the house was in the condition that it was in. We did have an issue getting into the carriage house and management responded immediately and took care of it.
