Good morning Lori, sorry for the delay in answering, due to Covid and reforms in the complex we have been closed. Indeed, the apartment is not suitable for four, so we advertise it for 2 people, especially with a small child. We are in the process of renovating furniture and menage. Good morning, First of all, sorry for the delay in answering, but we have been closed due to Covid and for remodeling of the complex, for 6 months. We welcome your comments and suggestions. The studio already has wifi. Indeed it is a study for 2 people, with its limitations depending on the space, since it does not have a room as advertised. The terrace enjoys more or less hours of sunshine depending on the time of year, but the sunsets are spectacular in any season. We are in the process of renovating the furniture and equipment, studying to change the trundle beds for a built-in double bed for greater comfort and gain space, especially since we have clients who come for long periods (one to two months) every year. All the balustrades in the apartment complex have been replaced by glass giving you even greater access to the views. As for parking, it is a street with no traffic, except for Christmas or August holidays, there is usually no parking problem. We hope you are well, best regards,
