Un bijou déco au centre de Budapest. Appartement situé au 4ème étage d'un immeuble historique (Viktoria Palota) avec une vue panoramique sur la Grande Synagogue de Budapest et à deux pas d'Erzsébet tér.
L'emplacement de l'appartement est central et proche de tous les principaux monuments, magasins, bars et restaurants. Le bâtiment est situé entre la place Deák Ferenc tér et Astoria avec plusieurs lignes de métro, bus et tramways pour rejoindre n'importe où dans la ville.
La vue depuis le salon pour des raisons de force majeure n'est pas assurée en cas de travaux sur la façade ou une publicité, causes qui ne dépendent pas de nous. La seule vue assurée, telle que décrite dans l'annonce, est celle de la Grande Synagogue.

Trip in Budapest

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The location is also very central and convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance to major tourist sites, and 1 minute walk to subway line and buses. Krisztian is very good in communication. He took care of many of the requests we had. We stayed for 4 weeks and Krisztian went out of his way to install Netflix for us to enjoy. Overall, we had a great trip!

Absolutely Fabulous Stay

We LOVED this property! It looks as though it was designed by an architect. Such beautiful, artistic touches. The location was great. We loved the cappuccino and pastries that was just next door. It was near many wonderful restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

We loved the apartment—it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was the large windows, which were covered by an advertising awning not shown in the online images. It masked the city view and remained lit in the evening, but we had seen mentions of this in other reviews. That said, the blackout blinds worked perfectly at night, and the double glazing kept out all the inevitable city noise. Beyond that, the apartment was a fantastic base for our week-long stay. The location was ideal—easy to explore the city on foot or via public transport, with plenty of cafés and a couple of convenience stores nearby. The 100E airport transfer bus stops 5 minutes walk away and runs every few minutes, which was ideal. All in all we had a great stay— I would recommend you give the apartment a go.

The property is beautiful & looks exactly like the photos. It was clean & warm. The location is excellent and easily walkable to main tourist areas. Lots of excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Spacious, clean and well located

Loved staying here. The apartment is very spacious and the bedrooms are on separate sides which my teenager loved. There is also bathrooms on both sides so that was super convenient. You have everything you need to be comfortable and a full kitchen. The location is great, you can walk to pretty much everything. We recommend!

Great location

The apartment design is great (Comfort perfekt). Many attractions are within walking distance. The nightlife in the area is great. The landlord is helpful and accommodating. Only the parking situation could be impoved.

Fantastic

Llorenc's listing is beautiful and perfect for our stay in Budapest. The location is very central, walkable to most parts of the city and about 5-10 mins from the trains. Additionally, the space is designed and decorated exquisitely, with lots of space and very clean. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for 5 nights. It is in an excellent location--we walked everywhere, even to Heroes' Square. Really, it is close to just about everything a tourist would want to visit as well as to some neighborhoods in which to meld with the locals. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, and the double-pane windows kept out any street noise. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it seemed fully stocked should we have wanted to. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location

Great location in Pest that enables access to multiple districts within 15-30 minutes walking (and close to the metro and multiple bus/trolly lines too). Pictures are accurate, host is lovely, and yes there is a billboard over the main windows, but its semi-transparent and doesn't hurt the view. Ensure blackout shutters are closed and the bright lights highlighting the advert arent an issue. Clean, quiet (with the exception of the occasional siren which is expected in a city), this apartment sets you up well for a comfortable trip. Yes, the master shower might be slightly different than what you're used to, but it works well and if it's a real problem for you, the second bathroom has a rainshower head. There wasn't a plug for the bath that we could find, but if thats something you need, a quick note to the host will give you a quick answer. There is an elevator on site, extra throw pillows in the closet, kitchen is set up well. Would stay again.

Glorious apartment, glorious views, glorious sunsets....

I have visited Budapest for the last 8 years, normally in July, but also this year in October..I'm so glad I did and so glad I found this superb apartment on the 4th floor with amazing views of Karoly Korut and the big wheel....very quiet apartment despite the location, the metal shutters really did there job but don't the Budapest police have noisy sirens!!..I like a lot of space to move around, so this was perfect. I could go on but look at the photos and make a reservation, its the best apartment I've stayed in, by far. Looking forward to Oct 2018 already...

Spacious Apartment with Character

My husband and I stayed at this grand suite for 5 nights in September. First, the apartment was spotless, and the soaring ceilings spanned the entire flat. The views from both the living room and bedroom were immense, and we were fortunate to have a few beautiful sunsets to watch during our stay. Although we did not use the second bedroom, the master bed was very comfortable, and the blackout shutters and shades kept it peaceful and dark in the bedroom. Also, despite being at the intersection of two bustling streets, we heard no traffic noise and slept soundly every night. To top it off, the couch in the living room was actually really comfy as well. There was great water pressure for the shower (we used the guest bath because of the rain shower head), and the kitchen was well stocked, with complimentary water, coffee, and wine to get us through our first few days. Within quick walking distance was a Spar grocery store, which made it easy to replenish what we needed. Krisztian, the manager, was easily accessible and extremely accommodating as well. Our travels this go-round spanned 5 countries and 7 hotels/VRBOs, and I have to say that this accommodation was one of the best! We would definitely stay here again and will easily recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful!

Not only is this flat in the most perfect location, it is even more stunning in person then the photos. Everything you could need is in this flat. We stayed for over ten days so having the washing machine was so helpful. This location makes it easy for you to get everywhere and the views from the flat are amazing. Lorenzo and Luca are so helpful, even arranging our taxi to and from the airport. Steps from the entrance you have several resturants and cafes. And just a couple of streets away is the famous "ruins'" area with it feel is like a hundred restaurants, pubs and cafes. The flat itself has very comfortable beds, plenty of storage and like I said amazing views. It is decorated in such a way of luxury and impeccable taste. High ceilings , great architecture and beautiful bathrooms. It was very hot in the last week of August so we were very happy to have the air conditioning. We were very pleased with everything. Not one complaint. We have used HomeAway/VRBO all over Europe and the USA and this is one of our favorite flats ever. Thank you Lorenzo and Luca. We hope you have more flats we can stay in. Fabulous apartment, great view, welcoming hosts!

Luca met us at the apartment and even let us in a little early as the apartment was available. He showed us how everything worked and the apartment had everything you needed. The view is fabulous and the remodel they did is exceptional. I almost don't want to say how great it was because I want it to be available next time we go, but if you are lucky enough to book this place you will love it. There are even European rolling shutters so your rooms are nice and dark for great sleeping. They provide you with a little coffee and sugar in the raw to make sure you get a good start to your visit. We had two sets of keys which was wonderful. There is a bathtub in one bathroom and a shower in the other. High ceilings, plenty of closet space and comfortable beds with nice crisp cotton linens. They even had extra pillows in the closet so I switched mine out for one that was not as firm. They really thought of everything. The building entrance is not posh like the apartment, but we felt very safe and were right in a very trendy neighborhood near a lot of restaurants, and the double elevators were quick to get us tho the 4th floor. Thank you Lorenzo and Luca! We will definitely be back!

Luxury in Pest

Wonderful place to stay in Budapest. Large bedrooms, two modern full baths. Clean. Comfortable. Living room has beautiful view down Karoly krt. of trams and Budapest Eye. We take public transport everywhere, and this apartment is a few steps from Astoria, with the M2, buses and tram (six minutes on tram to the Central Market). Take the 16 bus directly to Matthias Church (be sure to tour the inside), get strudel at Ruszworm Confectionery, and then walk over to the Castle. Apartment also is a short walk to Deak Ferenc ter, with the M1, M2 and M3 and more bus routes. Plus so much to do within walking distance. Breakfast at the Solinfo Cafe is a block away, or go a few blocks to Circusz Cafe on Dob Utca. Many restaurants and ruins bars nearby. The apartment is safe on the fourth floor and pretty quiet (only the occasional siren or rumble from the tram). Building has two elevators. Local Korner just opened around corner on Semmelweis utca for good pizza (Google maps still shows it as Whiskers Cat Cafe, which is no more). Luca recommended Ruben Etterem on Magyar utca for dinner, which was excellent (we then walked down to Central Kavehaz on Karoly utca for good dessert). Walk to Varosmarty ter and stop at Szamos Gourmet Has for cakes. Yes, we like our desserts in Budapest. Our aunt who lives in the Buda hills described this apartment as luxurious, and she was right. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous apartment

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much it was well-maintained the staff was wonderful and we would consider the property again if we find our way back to Budapest in the future. Our two concerns that there was a washing machine but no dryer. So, any laundry had to be air dried, which takes a day. With that said, each bathroom was only provided one bath towel and one hand towel per week. We asked for a second set per bathroom so that we could wash the other sets and allow the towels to air dry for the day. We were told NO by the cleaning staff. So, we had to buy our own second set of towels for each bathroom. We hope that Lorenzo will reconsider a second set per bathroom per person due the circumstances of air drying and the amount of time it takes. Unfortunately, a side note is that it seems very popular in Budapest to hang huge 3-4 story tall advertisement banners on the taller building and the large picture window in the living room/dining room has a banner obstructing the great view of the major city street. One can see through the banner but it still obstructs the view. But, it is something we could live with. As mentioned these small issues should not stop you of considering this location. Lorenzo is a great host and we had no issues, so we are confident he would accommodate your needs.

Excellent stay. Lovely apartment exactly as it looks on site. Warm, well equipped and perfectly located to walk to all tourist sites. Also convenient for public transport and many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.Krisztián easy to contact. Also arranged for us to stay an extra night when our flight unexpectedly cancelled.

The interior of this property is beautiful; however, it is in a very unsafe building with broken windows. We rented this apartment from 12/24 to 12/31/2024. We only stayed there on the 24th, 25th and 29th because we did side trips to other countries. On the 30th, while we were out to get food, the apartment got forcibly broken into. All our passports, global entry cards, money and personal belonging, electronic devices and all the souvenirs that we bought on our side trips were stolen. The Hungarian Police was not helpful neither were the property owners. The property does not have any renter's liability insurance. Therefore, all the additional that we incurred, i.e., emergency passport fees, loss of my office laptop, our personal belongs and travel ticket exchange cost have been denied by Generali Insurance. I have escalated this matter to all the highest levels on US and Hungarian governments. The emotional trauma and my young children and my wife are beyond imagination. As a responsible person, i caution future renters of this property to take note of our awful experience. Worse, the property without any remorse, ask us to vacate the location on the 31st without providing us a place to stay knowing that we had no documents to travel back to the US. They told us that there were other renters who were checking in that day without telling them that a crime had been committed on the property the night before. Shameful.........
