Donnant sur la rue Augustine Beach, vous pouvez vous reposer confortablement dans ce condo de 2 chambres Ă  coucher. Les chambres contiennent 1 lit king size, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapïżœïżœ-lit gigogne. Il y a 2 salles de bains pour l'occupation maximale de 6 Ă  partager. Les deux chambres ont Ă©galement une tĂ©lĂ©vision pour votre plaisir. AccĂšs facile Ă  la plage Ă  quelques pas de votre porte. Ceci est une unitĂ© au 3Ăšme Ă©tage avec accĂšs Elavator fourni.

Ocean and Racquet 8304 est dans un excellent emplacement central avec St. Augustine Beach au nord et Crescent Beach au sud. À quelques pas de la plage et Ă  quelques minutes de tout le reste. Cet endroit a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour bien profiter de vos vacances Ă  la plage. Had a great stay this past week, lovely unit steps from the beach, only slight downside was very strict staff (e.g. wouldn’t let kids have pool toys in pool when only our family was in pool at 830 pm)

Girls getaway

The condo was immaculately clean , spacious and adorably decorated! It was beachfront with access to the beach, pool and jacuzzi. The resort next door had a restaurant that was so good! It’s minutes from downtown and close to everything! I highly recommend Mango Mangoes restaurant as it was within walking distance and ridiculously good!

Great Family Trip

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed. Our family of four greatly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The pools were great and were never really crowded. Easy access to the beach and 15 minutes from the historic downtown area. We would definitely stay here again. Great condo and location! :)

Anniversary at the Beach

great location, right on the beach and close to old St. Augustine. Unit was clean and modern. Hall bathtub did not drain but there was another shower. Kitchen could use a non stick frying pan:)

Great Little Condo

Condo is perfect for a young family (kids 5 and 7). These units are pretty small so it would feel crowded with anymore people. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Not a lot of room to put groceries away as someone else had mentioned. Condo felt clean and updated. We found the king bed to be super comfortable, it's very firm. Could see ocean from balcony. Short walk to beach and pools. Beach did not feel very crowded. Location pretty central to shopping and activities. Had everything we needed. Will definitely seek this unit out to stay in again.

Spring break vacation

Our first time visiting St. Augustine but not our last! The condo was very clean, cozy and accommodating. Exactly as described on Vrbo. I was very pleased with the array of cookware/dishes as we prepared several meals there and had everything we needed! We plan on booking this condo again next summer as we loved the location , ocean view and ever turn it had to offer!!!! One thing I would like to mention however , we didn’t feel like the parking fee was warranted by the resort after paying all the fees up front to stay.

Beach Front and Amazing Location

Had an initial issue when we arrived as there were no keys. Had to make several calls to the emergency number where David helped. Once that issue was resolved our stay was amazing. The beach was 50ft from the apartment and that's was what we wanted. Downtown St. Augustine was 5-7 minutes away. Apartment was clean, well stocked with everything needed. Amazing place to stay.

Short stay

Property was smaller then expected but fine for short stay. No beach chairs which would have been nice for out of towners, outlets didn’t work, master bed sheets needed replacement. We had to go buy a wine opener as the one in the drawer didn’t work.

Property was clean and stocked well enough. Amazing ocean view. Booking and check in clearly communicated. Beds could use an update. Twin beds were creaky but decent. King bed well worn divers. A few minor issues: sent wrong code to beach gate, two of three TV didn’t work overall would stay again.

Peace and comfort

I enjoyed the sunrise from our balcony, the convenience of ramp and elevator and the fully equipped condo. We did have trouble with all three tvs and had to wait till office opened after the weekend to get them fixed.

Long Weekend Getaway

My husband, in-laws and I traveled to St. Augustine Beach recently. A friend's wedding brought us down to the area and we knew we wanted to stay beachfront, even if it wasn't hot and sunny. Our weather was very nice, but our accommodations were amazing. The condo is so bright, warm and beachy. Everything was updated and very comfortable. It was a perfect setup. We were hoping to stay here again over spring break, but it looks like someone else already scooped it up. Bummer. We hope to stay here again sometime in the future! We also love how easily accessible downtown St. Augustine was. Great condo!

Nice stay in St Augustine

Our condo was comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Weather did not cooperate but we still enjoyed the area and had plenty of things to see and do. Not happy that the internet did not work and we were told we had to call comcast and wait. We didn't bother because we wanted to be free to go when we wanted. Also the extra charges by an outside rental firm used by the owner were unexpected at the time we signed on for the rental. Otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.

The location is good and the unit is OK but small. The problem with this place is the HOA and old grumpy people that live there. The tried to take our bikes away which were on a car bike rack. They said that if they saw our bikes they would kick us out of the unit - which we had for 2 weeks. I am a senior and a vet and I do not need this aggravation. Stay away

Loved the unit very clean an nicely decorated.The couch in the condo was unexceptable to sit or lay on cushions flat an like siting on concrete. King bed was at one time really nice but due to rentals its left side sinks in. The right side was fine. Our unit would have been perfect if only these things were corrected.we hope to make St Augustine and the Ocean n Raquet Resort our destination every year so we are hoping these two things will be fixed so we can come back for our month long vacations every year

Beautiful Beach

The condo is nice and has everything you need in a kitchen. However the condo should not be rated highly for cleanliness on vrbo. We found a dirty bathing suit hanging on the back of the master bathroom door. Crumbs on the kitchen counters. Mattresses should be upgraded. Bathroom exhaust fan needs a thorough cleaning. The front door lock is challenging and the blind in the master bedroom is broken. All that being said the beach is beautiful and the condo is located in a great spot. Thank you

Great Location, Great Month

This condo has a wonderful location with great views of the Atlantic and access to the beach via the private walkway. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and was well appointed. We spent the month of March, 2023 in this condo and enjoyed the resort, amenities (pickle ball especially), met new friends and it is convenient to restaurants, grocery, attractions, etc. The host, Marty, responded quickly when we needed some minor repairs. It would be nice if the owner installed a sliding screen door to the patio as we were unable to let fresh air into the condo on cooler days. We also had a broken screen on the front door that was not repaired before we left but it was a minor inconvenience. The only other issue is that the cabinets in the kitchen are over stocked with glassware, plates, etc. and there is little room to put one's own food. Overall we would recommend this condo highly and would be happy to return.

Condo nice but amenities lacking

The condo was nicely decorated and updated, but the amenities at this complex were not very good. There is one heated pool and one not. The un-heated pool is the big, nicer one but it was SO cold you could not swim in it (even though it was in the 80's outside) and there was nobody ever in it because of that. The smaller pool was heated but was so small and crowded you couldn't really swim. The hot tubs are scattered throughout in the courtyards of the buildings so a little strange, but they were nice. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and great for kids - nice and wide, soft sand and shallow water. Awesome beach and location is great, near all conveniences and super good restaurants. All in all we loved St. Augustine but would not stay here again because of the amenities lacking. A little $$ for what you get.

Wonderful Time!

It was well located close to the walkway crossing to the beach.. The two bedroom condo was clean and nicely decorated. It had no pantry which wasn't a problem. We stored food on the counters. It had nice appliances and was well stocked. It could have used more cups and pizza pans. The main bathroom was tight but had a big walk-in shower with a grab bar which was much appreciated! We also loved the hot tub downstairs in a nearrby building! Overall we were very happy with our stay!!

Spring break 22

Everything was great, complex is pretty quiet for the size. Unit was clean and had all the comforts of home. Only item that could have been better was the code for the beach gate changes first of the month, which should be advised ahead of time to avoid being stuck getting through if you aren’t aware.
