Ce condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est situé au Simons Beach Club - la plus grande communauté de condominiums en bord de mer sur l'île.

Les jardins superbement aménagés sont ornés de chênes majestueux, de la végétation luxuriante ornant la cour et d’un grand gazon en front de mer.

Au coeur de la rue Le Simons Beach Club possède une grande piscine en front de mer, un bassin séparé pour enfants et deux bains à remous. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent un accès direct à la plage, des barbecues, un centre de remise en forme et un centre d'affaires. Spring break

The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and right on the beach. Checking in and out was easy and the condo had everything we needed for the week.

Fall Break Family Beach Trip

Great place for a family! Location is perfect due to proximity to eating places and entertainment. We have stayed in this complex many times and this unit was by far the nicest we have ever been in!

Perfect Everything

Great location, loved the cleanliness and layout of the condo, easy walk to restaurants and beach access, and perfect pool. The room location was quiet and convenient to stairs and elevator. Grounds well manicured and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this condo for the past four summers. It is perfect for our family of six. We usually have no issues. This year we had a roach problem. I called the management and they sent someone to spray which was a bit helpful. Will stay here again in 2026.

Nice Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The locations great. This is the first time we’ve been to SSI. The pool was shut down while we were there which was disappointing however they arranged for us to be able to use the adjoining properties’ pools which we appreciated. Also, the dishwasher stopped working in our unit while we were there and wasn’t able to be fixed until after we left. Despite those two things we would return to this property. It worked well for our family of 4.

Cute Condo, but Smaller than Expected

The Good: The location was perfectly located next to lots of restaurants. The split-bedroom plan is great to maximize privacy. We loved sitting on the big balcony, too. The Not-So-Good: The beach is a cumbersome walk away. The condo building does not have a boardwalk, so you need to be prepared to walk through water (ankle deep in some areas), dunes, etc. It’s a nice walk, but it was difficult with the wagon we brought. Also, the condo wasn’t quite as big as I thought it would be, but still a nice size, especially with the big balcony. Overall, we had a great time & enjoyed our stay!

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us! The Beach Club is in an ideal location! Unfortunately, there is a tidal pool that during high tide can be difficult to walk around. Over the past few years between storms and hurricanes this natural occurrence has formed. Thankfully, the county will be placing a floating crossover in some areas to make walking over the tidal pool a little easier! We do hope to welcome you back again soon!

Fall break trip

We stayed at this property back in 2019 and fell in love with the big beautiful beach at St. Simon’s Island. We were able to walk off the pool deck and boardwalk right onto the beach. I had read about the tidal pool that now covers a large part of the beach but did not realize there was no access to the beach at our beach front property. Not only was the tidal pool a problem, but also the path that led from the property to the tidal pool was filled with black murky water that was almost knee deep. We choose beach front property because we do a lot of walking on the beach in our tennis shoes. We had to walk about a half a mile to the park access just to get to the beach with tennis shoes on. The condo was nice, but we were very disappointed because our beachfront property did not have access to the beach. Fortunately, we did not bring a beach cart like we normally do because we could not have gotten it to the beach.

I do apologize that beach access has changed. We are actively working with the state, county, and Department of Natural Resources to help develop a solution that is convenient for our guests and protects the environment and natural beauty of our coast! Beautiful condo

Very well appointed and clean. Many fixtures seemed relatively new and everything worked quite well. Appreciate the flooring vs. rugs for keeping sand out. Spacious showers with great water pressure. Rooms were spacious and easy to settle into. Very much enjoyed our stay and would return.

Family Fun on the Island

Great location, condo was nicely updated. Wonderful cozy comfortable beds!! Check in was very detailed and easy. Only two minor complaints was no light over door for evening entrance , and need more umbrellas out at the pool area lounge chairs

Great stay and location

The condo was clean, and nicely decorated. Great location, ocean front. Fully stocked with kitchen equipment. Only thing was the coffee maker was not clean had a lot of build up. And there was hair in the bed. But nothing that we couldn't clean ourselves. I would definitely come back.

Updated Condo

This updated condo was the perfect size for our family of four. We loved the walk-in showers in both bathrooms with the cute murals. The Beach Club is on the beach and has a nice pool. The only thing we missed was a pool bar and restaurant on property. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a long weekend

Lovely condo! Furnishings are a bit dated but very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family. Parking was difficult, as we arrived around 10pm. Pool area is really nice and beach had plenty of room to spread out (during Labor Day). We didn't cook so can't speak much to kitchen accommodations except that glasses and cups had some residue in them. Balcony was nice but cushions on seats were all torn; also, the bars on the railing were spaced widely, enough so that one of my small children could have fit through...so we kept the small kiddos off balcony but this was a concern. I noticed the properties on either side of this resort had balcony railing bars that were closer together, so perhaps the Beach Club needs to update these.

Relaxing stay and great location!

The condo was perfect for our family of four! The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Condo was well equipped and cozy with a great beach vibe! Would definitely recommend!

Great Quick Vacation Spot

Everything was nice when we arrived. Beds and pillows were comfy. Check in being 4pm is a little difficult with an infant but we made do. We would definitely come back for another visit/longer stay. Pool access and beach access were easy and location was great.

Items needed repaired but had a good time

Dishwasher was broke whole time we were there. Reported to property manager and she had someone look at it . He said it was running, he was correct but no water ever came into dishwasher. Reported burned out/broken light bulb over range, never repaired. Couldn’t change channel in bedroom on tv, lights would come on in night when everyone was in bed. Some sort of timer issue???No sure. Still had fun and property itself was great.
