Holiday apartment in a fantastic location in Paphos, 10 minutes walk to the old town, 600 yards from Tombs of the Kings and great bars and restaurants. 1km stroll to Venus Beach (door to sea 1000 paces)! Walkable to the harbour or a short car journey, yet tucked away in a quiet location!

Your price includes everything - air conditioning, wifi, tv, bedding, towels, cleaning. No extras, no hidden charges. You'll find a variety of books and videos in the apartment as well.

On a complex of just 10 units with lovely heated communal swimming pool. Huge roof terrace with great views including the ocean, guaranteed sun all day round.

Perfect for two people, two couples or a couple with a child or a friend. Two bathrooms for convenience, privacy and comfort. One bedroom with Double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bath as well as it's own private balcony. Second bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Balcony off the dining room / living room in addition to the roof terrace.

Own private entrance with lockable gate at the bottom of the steps. Spiral staircase to the roof terrace, which is fully equipped with patio furniture and loungers for sunbathing and great views.

Full air conditioning with separate controls in every room. Pressurised hot water system provides amazing showers. Cream leather corner sofa and 46" tv should you ever wish to stay in. Fully equipped kitchen.

Bus service every 15 minutes to Coral Bay or the Harbour from stops just at the bottom of the main road, though Venus Beach on your doorstep is amazing.

Absolutely everything you need for a perfect vacation in the sunshine on the Mediterranean.

Hi marie I do wish you'd left some comments to explain why only 4 stars. While this is a very good rating, both my apartments generally get 5 stars. Everything is included, from superfast fibre to uk tv, new ac, great washing machine, new reclining lounge suite, roof terrace, loungers and a heated pool - in a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. If anything is wrong i'd like to know, to put it right. Thanks for visiting.

It's s small complex and everyone is very friendly - and has nothing to do with me being the chairman, honest! Long time since i bought the first unit and a number of years now since i added 202, and they are 2 of the best things i ever did. This two bedroomed property was everything we needed for our needs, it was clean and welcoming and the neighbourhood was quiet and we will be returning next year for another holiday in this wonderful apartment.

Amazing apartment photos do not do this property justice massive inside, the kitchen even has an air fryer everything is clean and well appointed excellent location and we hope to return next year. Views from the roof terrace is amazing. I can not fault the whole experience thank you to the host 😃

Othello Gardens

An extremely well maintained and presented property. Close to nearby restaurants, bars and supermarkets, but far enough away to be non obtrusive for those seeking a peaceful break. Hot tub was included in the original advert, but no longer available and if it has not already been removed needs to be. Still excellent value for money and the owner is easily available and sends a comprehensive welcome pack to make first time visitors feel as returning friends.

Thanks for your nice comments. You were great guests. However, I'm sorry, but my hot tub has never been included in any advert. It is my own personal hot tub, which my info pack says very clearly, not available to guests for health and safety reasons in particular and empty when i'm not there. It has never been mentioned in any advertising, nor shown in any pictures.

Our review

The property is easy to find and being upstairs is very secure. The shower is powerful due to the property having a water pump. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic due to the heat and most welcome after a day out. The internet was ok and I managed to use YouTube without any problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to return especially in September or October when the weather is a little cooler especially in the evening.

Thanks Kevin. Yes, pressurised water for showers in Cyprus is a must in my opinion. Neither apartment had one when we bought them and the water came out like a dribble. A small expense on a couple of pumps on each of the hot and cold supplies in each made all the difference. Hope to see you again

Beautiful apartment, highly recommended

Communication from the moment of the booking was exceptional, VERY informative and friendly. Accommodation itself was outstanding with everything available that we could think of needing. Location very quiet, a little walk into the harbour area but plenty of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes and supermarkets very near by. We had a small problem that needed some support from the local agents in Cyprus BUT they dealt with immediately and superbly, which only underlines the confidence you should have when booking a property such as this one. Martin was also always on hand if we had needed. Paphos has a lot to offer, give it a go!

Home from Home

On arrival, easy to find via directions from host , Entered apartment , clean tidy and well equipped with everything we needed for our self catering holiday. Very Quiet location, central to walk to beach /shops /restaurants/Bars . Pool area nice and clean ,saw the pool maintenance man at least 4 times through our holiday doing his stuff . Roof terrace a big bonus ,very warm with a lovely cooling breeze . Fly screens in the apartment a real bonus at night so as not to have air con on , first holiday not woke up with dry mouth / thick head from A/C . Washing machine to freshen up bedding and towels , Also going home with minimal dirty washing , bonus for my wife (she is very happy ). Didn't use tv ,so cant comment on that . Thanks guys. Yes, I just answered someone on 201 about fly screens and ceiling light fans. Of course we have ac for when needed, but you've picked up exactly why you should have the other stuff so you can wake better. As I said in that one, we have the gate at the foot of the stairs, so you can close that and leave the front door unlocked too, for a great breeze. Look forward to having you back Kind regards Martin

Top mais bémol sur la propreté...

Je vais commencer par le point négatif. L'appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé il y avait la crasse par terre, des déchets dans la poubelle, la table de dehors était pleine de chocolat... un coup d'aspirateur et de serpillière est le minimum surtout en pleine pandémie ! La cuisine est bien équipée mais aucun accessoire, seulement 2 verres, 2 tasses etc. Le frigo était très sale et du café à eu le temps de moisir dans la cafetière. En revanche, l'appartement est spacieux climatisé dans chaque pièce et il est très bien placé. Pas loin du centre ville de la mer du tombeau des rois etc. La piscine est un réel plaisir, c'était calme et vraiment plaisant. En fait si le ménage était fait au préalable je n'aurai rien eu à redire. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. A noter la réactivité du propriétaire et sa disponibilité :)

Sadly because this was only booked late the night before arrival we were unable to get our cleaners in other than to empty bins and make beds and change towels. We were told by our previous guests they had cleaned the apartment but that would not be a professional job. Obviously this is not an ideal situation but we wanted to accommodate. In future we will only accept bookings with the 3 days notice our cleaners require to avoid the risk of a repeat. Reviews of my other property confirm what an excellent job they do. I communicated all this to mouhamadou and explained the situation. He did tell me his stay had been fantastic and he was a great guest. The property is fully equipped with plenty of crockery etc for 4 people so i am surprissd about the mug comment. I shall review this when there shortly in case there have been breakages we have not been informed of.

Semi retired professional and just love travelling. Fell in love with Cyprus many years ago and love to spend autumn and spring there. In the UK I own a golf course.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I bought the apartment beside it (201) in 2016 and it was the best thing I ever did. The location and roof terrace are amazing. When our neighbours wanted to sell the apartment next door I didn't hesitate. Having the 2 side by side is perfect for friends to visit when I'm there and if you're a larger family or group of friends you can rent the pair and have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and the whole roof!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Location, locatio, location. 1000 paces (I've measured this many times) from the front door to the edge of the water at Venus Beach. Beautiful sandy beach and bay with crystal clear water perfect for swimming and playing in. Short stroll to all amenities, but tucked away at the end of a cul de sac so no passing traffic. Best fish taverna in Paphos 200 yards from the property. Complex of only 10 units, 2 of them mine and one a beautician, sharing a heated pool - now that's rare.
