A great property with stunning coastal views

A great property with stunning coastal views from the front room and especially master bedroom the property was of an above average size for a family holiday the property was clean had a good range of equipment and had parking (a must for a cornish holiday!!) it also benefited from being in a quite location but with an easy level walk from looe and all its amenities a most pleasant holiday and would not hesitate to return/recomend this holiday home

House With A View

After staying in various accommodation in different countries Seascape Looe was one of the best. Lovely and clean . Everything you need like home from home. Amazing location . Walking distance into the town.. The best sea views. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

It was absolutely incredible!

Sea Scape is so lovely and special spot with stunning view of the sea . We have a wonderful 3 days here and definitely recommend it to everyone. Victoria is so lovely women when we had any questions she answered and help us . So it was really so good . If you want to have an incredible days , I highly recommend you this cottage !

Half term in Looe

Pleasant stay in this property. The house was in a good clean condition. Wifi is very weak but had good strong data signal so used that. Other than that happy.

100% Recommended

Wonderful clean comfortable beautifully placed property. lovely quiet neighbourhood . Superb space and facilities, great lounge looking out to sea, comfortable beds, lovely shower, modern kitchen, all very good indeed. Close to walk to some lovely cafes overlooking the island, and also a little car train does 40 minute round trips down to the harbour for those not wanting to walk. Lots of shops and cafes in the town for anything that is required. A wonderful holiday - highly recommended to all!

Very comfortable stay

Had a great time in Looe over Christmas and Seascape is perfect, in that it overlooks the sea, close to the beach to walk our small dog and 10 minute walk into West Looe and a bit further to walk over the bridge to East Looe where the majority of thepub/shops/restaurants are. (In the Summer there is a ferry). The house is a little dated, but very home from home. The electric is paid by meter, but considering we went at Christmas time, we really didn't spend that many pound coins! The showers could do with updating, but were suffice for the week. All in all,I would definitely return to Seascape.

Perfect holiday

Looe is one of our favourite holiday destinations and yet again it did not disappoint. We were lucky enough to find dog friendly accommodation this time and it was perfect and made us feel like we were in our own home. We normally stay in west looe by the harbour, but much prefer this as it’s quieter and we had a garden to sit in. The host is very informative and responded quickly to any questions asked, a high chair and travel cot were supplied for our Grandson. We ate in a few restaurants, but pre booked them before we arrived as they get booked up quickly. Our favourite was at Portbyhan hotel. We took a boat trip to see the island and spotted a few seals along the way, the skipper told us information about it and another trip to Polperro which is lovely and quaint. You can play bowles and tennis both great fun, as we’re not that good at it. Another perfect holiday can’t wait to go back.

Lovely comfortable clean cottage in great location for all amenities.

As above. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only complaint that the WiFi was non existent and we both had to rely on our phone data when in the cottage. Even sitting next to the router it was weak and intermittent. It meant I was unable to FaceTime my elderly Mum on my iPad which I do every day at home. As suggestions - It would also be useful to have more information in the folder such as Drs , Dentist, vets, local supermarkets etc. No dishwasher for cleaning (and sterilising) dishes in today’s Covid safe climate. It’s also the first time we have stayed anywhere that did not provide towels. To be fair this was mentioned on the info but I missed it. I rang and the towels were dropped off immediately so there was no problem.

Looking at your review suggestions - Wi-Fi I will call an IT engineer to take a look at the Wi-Fi tomorrow, as none of the guests have mentioned an issue with it. So, many thanks for letting me know. Emergency Contact Details - There should have been a page in the information folder at the cottage with all emergency contact numbers locally - I will check to see whether it's been removed, and re-print it if necessary. We also send emergency Vet contact details in our Pet Policy when we confirm a reservation. Dish-washer The kitchen at Sea Scape is not advertised with a dish-washer - But, we thoroughly clean everything prior to each guests arrival in compliance with COVID clean procedures. As you noted, it's an exceptionally clean property, thank you. We are planning to have a new kitchen fitted this winter, and will include a dish-washer for next season - and adjust our advertising for the cottage accordingly then. fantastic home by the sea

Firstly , great communication with Victoria - she always answered emails quickly and was always helpful. The house was perfect for our use , exactly what we wanted . First impressions were very clean , well appointed , homely and warm with a great view across Looe bay . As the road up to West Looe is a dead end there was very little traffic and its lovely and quiet . The location was pretty ideal for us and made a great base with which to explore Cornwall with the Eden project , the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Tintagel Castle around an hours drive each and Lands Ends , the Minack theatre and Plymouth with the iconic St Micheals Mount less than 2 hours away . Looe is a great village with good places to eat and do some shopping - we would recommend the glass bottom boat trip and hiring a dingy for a self drive trip up the river and . Would recommend this property.

First Uk holiday

After a long drive getting to Looe. The cottage is lovely, it's clean and tidy which first impression always count. Everything in there you need for your stay, I had one complaint which I spoke to Victoria about, which was DVD player not working, the following day there was anew one there. Excellent. The views from the front are absolutely stunning, plenty to do around the area., plenty of places to dine out. All in all for our first holiday in this country excellent.

Lovely sea view cottage

Lovely Property

we had a great week at this property even though it rained most days the only issue we had was the back garden we felt it would benefit greatly if there was a hand rail/fence leading up the steps as the garden is quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to especially if you have any mobility issues we were very concerned that one of our dogs would slip in one of the gaps at the bottom bit of the steps and also the patio was very slippery and needs to be powerwashed everything we needed was there plus a nice box of shortbread the garden would also benefit from a tidy up as it is quite overgrown in places

Quality time with family

Accommodation lovely inter net slow teenagers complaining but not a problem single bedroom bed extremely uncomfortable sleeping on sofa 4 nights but lots of good memories

Sorry to hear that you found the single bed uncomfortable - we haven't heard that from any guests staying previously, but will check with the next guests during their stay next week. It's a memory foam mattress with tempura top layer, so should be nice and comfy. Apologies - The Wi-Fi in Cornwall isn't as fast as in cities - But things are improving locally, speeds are better than they used to be.... Hopefully soon our service will be as good. Relaxing in lovely Looe

Love this property, find it v relaxing and all the family (teens) can come and go without major organising as location is fab. Mother in law joined us for few days in B&B (Beach House- also recomnend!) and we were able to use putting green which suited all ages. Walk to Looe, eat drink and be merry.

Beautifully placed house overlooking the sea!

The house is situated at the top of the hill overlooking the sea. It is a short walk into looe! The garden is a lovely suntrap and i enjoyed drinking my morning coffee there overlooking the ocean! Beautiful views from the living room! The house is really well equipped with everything you need! Comfy spacious living area, also lovely dining area! The beds are really comfy with a gorgeous main bedroom at the front of the house! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend! Will defo be back ourselves! The owner is lovely and responds to your messages really quickly (even when she is at an event) and was really helpful! This hoyse is ideally situated for exploring on foot or by car! The walk into Polperro via Talland Bay is a must! Highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely relaxing place to stay

I stayed at Seabreeze cottage whilst working locally. It is perfectly situated just outside of the main village of Looe with stunning views and lots of free parking. It's a big place and spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would expect. Highly recommended

We are more than happy to recommend this property. Everything was clean and smartly decorated. Everything worked and Victoria is always available should you have any issues. The location was perfect for us being so near to a dog friendly beach which was also close enough to launch the Kayak from and just a few minutes walk in to dog friendly Looe!

Seascape is a very spacious well equipped cottage with plenty of storage space

We had a great holiday the cottage was clean and very comfortable on arrival there was a welcoming vase of flowers in the hall We had a couple of minor problems which were dealt with quickly The owners were very friendly and helpful we would definitely visit again

A lovely holiday home with amazing views.

The property is very comfortable and spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is wonderful. We had amazing weather.

My parents bought their first holiday cottage back in 1964. (Wow! - We have been established for almost 60 years now!)
They decided that as they loved the area so much, that they wanted to be able to share the beauty and charm of Polperro and Looe with others too.
I took the cottages over from my parents 12 years ago when they retired, and continue to pride myself on offering dependable - Quality, comfortable, clean accommodation.
We are annually inspected and approved by QIT (Quality in Cornwall) Your guarantee of comfort, cleanliness, and a safe, great place to stay!
We are also delighted to hold a Green Acorn Award, as a sustainable, responsible business.

This beautifully sunny sea side holiday home is spacious and perfectly located for your holiday in Looe. With wonderful sea views and just a couple minutes walk from the beach - You can watch the sun rise in front of the cottage, across Looe Bay from the private balcony. It's also ideally situated for exploring the rest of Cornwall, and south Devon. (With Eden, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Plymouth National Marine Aquarium and lots of National Trust properties all within a 30 - 40 minute car ride away)
With FREE Wi-Fi for accessing emails and social media whilst you're away, and onsite private parking for your car - Everything in the resort is just a short 3 - 12 minute stroll from Sea Scape Shops, Inns, Cafes, Restaurants and Tea Rooms - there's just so much choice - You won't know where to start!
The beach, colourful harbour and entrance to the coastal paths are just a few minutes walk from this super beachside holiday home too, and with boat trips leaving the harbour regularly you'll love everything that Looe has to offer.

Free Wi-Fi for accessing emails and social media during your stay.
We also encourage our guests to eat and shop locally in the resort - as the quality, choice and selection at Looe is superb. We provide a comprehensive list of the cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops in both resorts of Looe and Polperro to our guests.

Looe has two museums, sea-facing outside tennis courts, a pitch and putt course, and a climbing wall.
Glass bottom boat trips, mackerel fishing and angling trips, along with kayak adventure safaris up the Looe River are pre-bookable and depart from the harbour daily - Depending on the tide and weather.
East Looe has a large sandy beach with deck-chair, kayak, and paddle board hire available, Hannafore Beach at West Looe has wonderful rockpools to explore, and a huge variety of sea shells to collect - With two superb cafe/tea rooms, it's a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the view right across Looe Bay.
