Appartement sur la deuxième ligne de la plage de Levante, Benidorm, dispose de 2 chambres et capacité pour 4 personnes.

Logement de 80 m² extérieur, avec vue sur la mer et la ville.



Il dispose d'un ascenseur, terrasse de 10 m², fer à repasser, accès internet haut débit fibre (Wi-Fi), chauffage pompe à chaleur, climatisation, piscine communautaire en saison, parking extérieur dans le même immeuble sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée, 1 TV .

La cuisine indépendante, avec plaque vitrocéramique, est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four, congélateur, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire et presse-agrumes.

Fantastic! Will stay again

Great location. Apartment was clean and well equipped. On the booking it stated the pool was shut for our dates but it was open so very happy with that and the parking was a great bonus. Not much to not like. Maybe just prefer air con in more rooms. The bedrooms didn’t have it but you do get a fan. Luckily we came end of October so wasn’t too bad but in summer it would be very hot

Great apartment, very tidy and just as described when booking. Service for collecting keys was great. The location of the apartment was also fantastic within a few mins to the beach and bars nearby. The only very minor issue we had was with the front gate, the lock on the gate at times was difficult to operate but other than this everything was great. Highly recommend.

We would definitely recommend a stay at the apartment, felt very safe and secure living there.

The location was very good, ie beach, transport, shops bars and restaurants 👌 There wasn&#39t much that we didn&#39t like apart from not having British TV as we stayed at the flat for 5wks, overall we were happy with our stay. I&#39d say that the apartment does need a slight refresh, ie the shower,leaking washing machine, settee and maybe a wee touch up of paint. But these a minor issues. Also not having somewhere to leave our cases on the day we checked out at 11am , that was very disappointing.

Great apartment in great location

Lovely apartment oven not working properly as rubber kapt coming off and took longer to cook food no information about wear to put rubbish as there a shout as I am 70 I was carrying bags down until a woman staying there told us should be information on this situation over all is was a lovely apartment Oven not working information on rubbish not written somewhere in apartment not writing in emails on apartment facilities duvets wear summer ones but they brought down extra only 1 pillow each as all needed 2 but they brought them down to us as well

Whenever I book for benidorm I always try to book with this company, I have always got great service, If anything needs doing I just go to the office and they sort it out ASAP. the apartment is one of the best we have used.my wife needs a certain diet and the kitchen was great, air con was good and has a cut out so it is not left on while we are out. The wi fi was good but ask at the office for the password, the photo,s are as it is in the apartment with a great balcony that gets the sun about noon till sunset. The tv is in spanish but if you can work the source menu button it will get english speaking programmes The only let down was the size of the shower, the cubicle was about 700 x700 square but it was powerful enough. The balcony looked over the main road but the noise of the traffic did not bother us , we slept o.k. and we found the beds very comfortable, if you need a change of bedding you must inform the office when you pick up the key,s . We discovered that the office is open through the night on certain days which was great for us with a ten o,lock pick up. My wife needs a mobile scooter and we found a place opposite the office called butterfeilds that does a great deal and you can charge it up there. Ken Stobbs Nothing, everything is just great for me and I look forward to booking with you again

We vonden dit een geweldig appartement, we hebben elke avond heerlijk gegeten op het grote balkon. De keuken was perfect om te koken, en we hadden een wasmachine. De woonkamer was gezellig met een prachtig uitzicht. De Supermarkt was 3 minuten lopen, en het was vlakbij de zee. We waren ook heel blij met de parkeerplaats. De service was ook prima, heel vriendelijke mensen. We komen hier zeker terug! De liften waren niet fijn
