overall great, but don't need the cleaning lady for multiple hours every day. just send them away, every other day

Great location next to beach club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Bellavista and this condo was nicely remodeled and updated. The floor plan is great for kids + grandparents, uncles, friends or others as the master is separated from the other two rooms and all three rooms have large bathrooms and closets. Josue and team are responsive as there were a couple of issues that needed to be solved and they were quick to tackle and make sure all was handled in the right way. Much appreciated!Los suenos is a great stay, awesome restaurants, views, numerous pools and an easy drive to beautiful beaches and marinas nearby. HRG check in check out was simple as the office is right by the entrance to the Los Suenos community.Optional daily cleanings were appreciated as well!Will stay again

I Always Feel Like I Am Back Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Los Suenos for over 7 years. I am also a Travel Advisor booking my customers with HR. Everyone at HRG always makes the process of booking the beautiful condo a smooth process. Don't hesitate on choosing what you see in the pictures because unlike other companies the condo are exactly what you see on HRG website. To me the best part about booking with HRG is their staff! Ricardo , Harold will help you with anything you need. HRG is also so lucky to have such a wonderful employee Nancy, she is a prompt responder to messages and can help you with absolutely any thing you need during your stay including dinner reservation, excursions etc! She is truly one of the top reasons I always come back to HRG, she make you feel like royalty! Bella Vista E may not have a view but it is a beautiful fresh well appointed spacious condo close to the marina, beach club and has a nice more private pool right out your door nestled in a well maintained garden. It was perfect.

The unit was mediocre at best.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a very welcoming experience upon arrival. Seems like it’s just about the money and not about customer service nor experience with HRG.The unit which we rented had several issues, namely air conditioning not working in several bedrooms, WI-FI and router not working, and patio door locks were in need of repair and very hard to lock/unlock. Also upon arrival we found all of the patio doors unlocked, which after reporting to HRG, I was told that the maids normally leave the doors unlocked. This sounded rather strange to me on account if I had not checked all of the patio doors, which there were at least 5 in total, the unit would have been accessible to anyone. Since the unit was on the first floor, this left the unit vulnerable to left from the outside. Clearly the explanation made no sense to me.Los Suenos is a spectacular property, but moving forward I will find another means of securing a property at this resort.Sorry HRG...you used to be great to deal with, but really failed this time.

Josue and Nancy were phenomenal. they set up activities before we arrived and dinner reservations. They were always available to answer a question or to assist with any other requests. I can't thank them enough for making our trip seamless.The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well appointed. It was a great location. Close to restaurants, marina and beach club. I took Josue advise and booked a golf cart. Definitely would recommend having one while staying in Los Suenos.

Fishing trip Costa Rica

Location of property was awesome. Close to marina, close to pool club and 2 other pools. The pool club at Los Suenos was 5 stars. The grounds were beautiful. The concierge was very responsive and helpful. I gave the condo 3 stars for cleanliness because it had a “old person” odor, had mold in shower, weird odor in refrigerator, one of the spare bedrooms bed was so worn it was miserable to sleep on and the towels smelled so musty I washed them in my detergent so they would smell fresh. They were clean, I just think the condo owner must want organic cleaning solutions or ??

Best location for fishing and a guys trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BELLA VISTA:We really found the relaxation and fishing on our vacation that we were looking for. Our condo had the best location! Closest to the marina for our early departures and we grabbed breakfast preordered from the hookup each morning in our way. We had a pool right outside our garden patio and our rooms we cozy and very separated from one another for privacy. Basically each one is it’s own private suite with en-suite bathroom! We had a private chef one of the nights and they cooked the fish we caught. We the food was delicious and the chef entertaining! They also did our grocery shopping, our only task being to enjoy. A big thank you to all the staff at HRG for making this a special and memorable vacation for us! We’ll be back to fish again.
