Spacieuse maison de ville de style villa (environ 1200 pi2 / 110 m2) avec 2 salles de bains attenantes + toilettes en bas, jardins avant et arrière (avec barbecue) avec parking directement en face de la propriété. Situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Lagos, à 15 minutes à pied des belles plages de criques au sud de Lagos ou de la plage plus calme de Porto de Mos. Paradise in Lagos

We were two couples sharing this condo for 4 weeks. The condo is very well equipped and the host is very responsive to all inquires or concerns. The outdoor space is a real bonus where we entertained and had some of our meals weather permitting.The condo is situated a short walk from the coastal board walks, 20 minutes from the old town, and 20 minutes from the large grocery store which we did all on foot. At the entrance of the complex there is a great grocery store that has everything you need. We had a wonderful time.

Great Experience

From booking to the end of our stay, communication was clear, detailed and excellent. The property is very comfortable and very well equipped - great for our week-long stay. And Sharon is an absolute gem - loads of helpful information and and a pleasure to work with.

Convenient location

Very nice condo that is conveniently located with an easy walk to restaurants and the old town. Condo itself is large with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely private terrace.

Amazing Stay in Lagos

An amazing property - very spacious and welcoming. Excellent location to walk to all the beaches, boardwalk, and old town. We cannot wait to come back and stay again! Only thing I would change is the comfort of the mattresses :)

Nice property, good location

Very nice property in a good location. Close to shops, restaurants. Nice pool. Has private garden area. Property itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Free parking outside. I believe property will be refurbished this winter. Which will move it from 4 stars to 5. Lovely holiday here. Thank you.

A pleasant stay

Ideal for a week in early October for some Autumn sun. Clean and quiet with all facilities including fridge/freezer, sound system and TV (with Netflix accessibility). 2 minute walk to the pool(s), 5 minute walk to supermarket, 20 minute walk to Lagos Old Town.

Excellent villa quiet location

The Villa was spacious. The property manager Sharon was friendly, attentive and responded very quickly. It’s a bit dated in areas but this didn’t affect our stay. There’s a local shop 3 minutes away on foot which sells essentials (biggest supermarkets a short drive away) the bar by the pool is a lovely Italian restaurant now but it doesn’t sell snacks. The pools are lovely. Would definitely reccomend.

Great Location

Great location, quiet except for the seagulls. Parking our rental car was easy and right outside our door. If you come in March the place can be quite cool but they had heaters that worked quite well. Bathrooms are dated.

Perfect Location

Richard’s villa was exactly as advertised. The reservation process was smooth and we had a warm welcome with keyless entry. The Villa is equipped with everything you need and everything works well. It was extremely clean inside and the outdoor garden area is lovely with an eating area and comfy chairs. The location is central to everything in and around Lagos. We hope to be back soon!

An enjoyable stay

We stayed at Vila Branca for 3 weeks. The location is away from downtown Lagos and quiet. We didn’t have a car so we walked into town daily about a 20 minute walk to stores or to the marina and beach. Had the weather been a bit warmer we would have used the patio more and even the pool. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby which made life easy. Would we stay at Vila Branca again? Yes! Only suggestion we would make - perhaps an Espresso coffee machine!

Nice and spacious House

We had a wonderful time at Harvey‘s Place. The House is spacious and well equipped, the pool a highlight for the kids and the location very nice. 10min walk to Dona Ana beach, 20 min into the old town. The walk is a bit up and down hill though, so we took a taxi a few times. For the sake of transparency, there was a construction side just right beside the house, but the noise was okay. Seagulls are also living and nesting in the complex, they make real noise, but hey - it’s seagulls. Overall, great value for money, easy onside support by Sharon - we might be back in 2025 ☀️

Lovely villa close to centre and beaches

We really enjoyed our stay at vilabranca. We stayed 2 couples, it was really spacious and it was nice to have en suites per room, the garden /BBQ area was good for breakfast although didn't get much sun in afternoon/evening. The free shuttle buses into town and the beaches were handy but you could also walk to most places in under 20 minutes, we used Uber a lot in the heat - very easy. The shop over the road seemed to have everything and the 2 pools on site were great with a little drinks bar at one of them. (We had a terrible experience for lunch in the on site resturant, can't recommend) Lagos has beautiful beaches, friendly relaxed atmosphere and amazing food, hopefully will visit again!

March in Lagos

We had a super time at the Algarve. Villa was quaint and very clean with all that we needed on hand. Our property manager greeted us on arrival and said if we needed anything to give her a call. Our first time in Lagos was excellent and we able to experience the city by enjoyable walks along trails and city streets. Harvey’s property was well looked after and we would gladly return. The Algarve towns were beautiful and we look forward to-seeing more of it in the years to come. Steve

Lovely house in quiet resort

We had a lovely time at vilabranca villa. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and toddler friendly too! It is located 15 min walk to most places (beautiful beaches, the ponta de piedade walk and Lagos city centre), and the corner shop just outside the villa is really well stocked and provided wonderful pastries (pao de Deus being our favourite) and bread. The resort was v quiet so this meant we had the pool to ourselves. There were just a couple of things that could have been improved: we couldn't find any way to switch the job on and thankfully realised before the shop closed so we could get matches in time otherwise we wouldn't have been able to eat. And I would probably welcome blackout curtains as the shutters let light in and there is a light right outside the villa. Overall a lovely stay:)thank you!

Great Location

To be clear and fair, this rating would be higher 9-10 months out of the year. Unfortunately we stayed during a cold snap (January/ February) and were quite chilly much of the time. Bathrooms and kitchen are unheated. Brrr. Tile floors are cold. Sharon did her best to heat the place, however, adding two area heaters. And she was responsive to our requests. It was great being walking distance to so many restaurants, beaches and conveniences. It was nice having an on-site restaurant for when we didn't feel like going far. The villa was clean and fairly represented in the listing but we used the space far less than we might have, due to the chill.

unexpected surprise

when we opened the door for the first time we ware really surprised by the size of the property and how spotless the property was throughout.We had everything that we needed in the kitchen if you wanted to use it.Outside space was very good and if you wanted a bit of shade late afternoon it was a good spot.Outside dining was well catered for with a good size table and barbecue unfortunately we did not get a chance to use it.A great Italian restaurant in the complex very inexpensive.Across from complex a small mini market which stocked most items you would require if you did not want to do a big shop.A 15 minute walk led you to a a big supermarket complex (Intermache) also a 15 to 20 minute walk to the town center. The property was in a good position and beaches ware only a short walk away.All in all the property exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend this property to any one that wanted a clean spacious property within easy reach of everything

Ideal condo

The condo was well equipped clean and comfortable. The linens were new but maybe needs new softer pillows. The court yard with the BBQ was ideal for those meals at home. Thanks for the restaurants recommendations. We walked to old town and used either taxis or the local bus to get back. We really enjoyed the town especially the beaches.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Lagos and the surrounding area and we like our villa's perfect location. You can easily walk to town in the evenings for a meal and have all conveniences nearby, yet are away from the main hustle and bustle of the town centre. We contemplated buying a more centrally located townhouse but were concerned that we would struggle to park our car and would be disturbed by passers-by late at night. Vilabranca also has 2 swimming pools so we are always able to get a swim whenever we wish!
