Villa de 2 800 pieds carrés magnifiquement aménagée, prête pour votre séjour. 10 personnes avec 1 lit king, 2 lits queen, 2 lits jumeaux + lit queen dans un loft surdimensionné. Électroménagers en acier inoxydable, véranda grillagée, terrasse avec foyer au gaz, gril à gaz, deux téléviseurs intelligents de 60 ", foyer, laveuse / sécheuse, bibliothèque à l'étude avec puzzles et jeux familiaux. Sentier de vélo / marche à droite par la porte arrière avec vue sur l'étang. 4 vélos adultes disponibles. Piscines, crabbing, kayak, centres de fitness tous à quelques pas. Chaises de plage, jouets de sable prêts à l'emploi - allez à la plage avec la navette gratuite! Un nouveau club-house, des piscines, un centre de remise en forme, des jardins et un espace de loisirs intérieur ont ouvert l'été 2018, à quelques pas de notre porte arrière! Jusqu'à six laissez-passer d'agrément inclus avec la location avec la possibilité d'acheter 2 laissez-passer supplémentaires pour la semaine.

Fantastic Home

This is our 2nd time staying here and loved it yet again. The hosts are nice and super communicative. The home itself is well-appointed, large and clean. The community is beautiful and the two pools are very nice. I highly recommend this property!

Family Vacation

The rental was extremely clean and had everything you would need for a family vacation. Loved the screened in porch and fire pit. Living room and lofted den meant ton of space for our group. Board games extra bonus!

Great House, Neighborhood Not Very Friendly

The house was very clean and beautiful. Pretty much every amenity you could need, was there. We had a slight issue with the water heater, but the owners were prompt to help us figure it out. The 4 bikes that were provided we so fun and we all took turns riding around the neighborhood. Both pools were just a short walk away from the house. My son had a blast fishing in the pond behind us. It was nice that everything had a place and was labeled in the kitchen. Made clean-up & finding everything much easier. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs and toys. The few drawbacks I have are surrounding the neighborhood. We very much felt like we were in a retirement community. The pools closed at 7:00pm which was a major drawback for our 4 teens. The passes for the pool and facilities are bright yellow for renters & differ from the resident passes which are white. We definitely felt "different" being a renter. My kids were approached in a manner that was less than kind when they were using the facilities. It was actually quite rude. They were following the rules and not being unruly in the least bit. Even on walks or bike rides with my husband throughout the development, no one seemed to return smiles or "hello's". We just really felt like fish out of water. But the house itself and the owners were wonderful!

What a great stay!

What a beautiful home! Our family of 5 LOVED it! The house was huge, everyone had their own space to relax but the common areas were also a big hit. The master suite was amazing! The loft area upstairs was great to chill out and watch tv. I sat in the screened in porch every morning and afternoon with my coffee. I could spend hours there, with its gorgeous views. The bbq area and Adirondack chairs was perfect. The kids took the bikes out around the community. Bay Forest - what a beautiful community. 2 big pools, one with slides and a lazy river, tennis courts, walking paths, indoor recreation barn, friendly people. And a short ride from supermarkets and restaurants. Bethany Beach is a short ride away and Rhehoboth and Dewey just a little further. We really enjoyed our week at Amy and Shelley’s!

Beautiful Big Condo & Complex

We really enjoyed our stay!! Condo was roomy and nicely decorated. Complex had great amenities. Condo included 4 bikes and there are great, easy to ride trails around the complex. Location was just a short drive to Bethany Beach. Only negative was that the condo's pictured firepit wasn't working.

Great Family Vacation Home

We have been staying at Amy and Shelly's beach home for the last four years and continue to love it. The neighborhood is great for families with bike trails and 2 pools! We hope to continue to keep coming back every year!

5-star villa in Bay Forest

The villa is beautiful! It's so much larger than it appears from the outside. The furnishings and decor are high-end and beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised how many little extras they provide (hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods.) They even provided a little welcome basket with things for the grown-ups and my son. The location of their villa is superb. It's walking distance to both pools. We enjoyed the fire pit every night and the screen-in porch at lunch. Amy and Shelly were very easy to get in touch with during the booking process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their unit. We will be booking another summer week there!

Comfortable and well-equipped home

We had a wonderful week visiting Bethany Beach with Amy and Shelly's house as our home base. Our group consisted of three generations... five adults and our five- and three- year old grandsons. The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is very well stocked... pots and pans, spices, crock pot, cookie pans... just like home. The dining room table fit all seven of us easily. The screened in porch was a great place for social time. Our children and grandsons loved the outside patio where they were able to find at least a half a dozen toads, stargaze, blow bubbles (provided to us in a basket from Amy and Shelly upon arrival) and play games like Candy Land and Connect Four (just a few of many games provided in the home). They even saw two shooting stars! The loft area with the yogibo was the perfect place for the boys to rest in between pool and dinner time. The bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us our own space to retreat to at the end of each day. The two pools were very conveniently located, just a short walk from the house. Everyone loved the ability to walk over after a full morning at the beach, which we did every day. The beach is an easy 15 minute drive from the house. We're already looking forward to coming back in 2019!

Amazing Home!

My wife, I, 3-year-old son, and mother-in-law staying here for a few days, and it was amazing. From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had found a gorgeous vacation home. From the overall size of the home, to the first-floor master bedroom, to the ceiling height, to the screened-in deck, to the patio with gas fire pit, to the water views in the backyard, to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, to the bikes and beach chairs and toys, we loved everything about this home. Oh, and the owners are very responsive and go the extra mile to ensure a welcoming stay. We cannot say enough about this home. It will be our new Bethany Beach vacation rental well into the future. And the home is very CLEAN! Thank you to the owners!

Whole family loved this house- young to old!

Beautiful comfortable house! Plus well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach chairs & toys, games etc. Loved the firepit on the patio. Ate breakfast in the screened porch watching the egretts at the little pond. Grandkids loved the pool complex and the beach. Rather than take the shuttle to Bethany Beach we drove 20 minutes to the Delaware Seashore State park beach which has bath houses & concession stands for our little ones. Nice to stay in a much quieter area than Ocean City itself but close enough to drive there!

Perfect vacation home!

This is our third year staying at Amy and Shelly’s beach house. I always love the personalized welcome basket and the kids enjoyed their little goodies as well. The weather was not as great this past year but the house has many amenities to keep everyone comfortable. My boys always enjoy the giant blue bean bag. Thank you again for a great family vacation and making wonderful memories. We hope to continue to vacation at your beautiful home for many years to come.

The Perfect Vacation Home

This house is great for family gatherings. It was fully equipped & well decorated. Every cabinet in the kitchen was labeled which made it very easy to put items back in the correct place.The screen in porch with a ceiling fan was my favorite. The open floor plan made the first floor spacious. We had bikes, beach chairs & kid toys available for use in the garage. The location was a short 5 minute walk to the pool complex. My children & grandchildren loved the water slides & the lazy river. Its the place to create family memories. We will be back

Fantastic experience, with absolutely everything you need.

Spacious, extremely clean,beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and the owners are organized, helpful and delightful. We love Bay Forest and all its amenities, and would definitely select this great villa for a relaxing, beach vacation again!

Great place for family vacations

Amy and Shelly thought of everything from the fully stocked kitchen to games for the kids. We have been vacationing at Bethany for a couple of years and this place is by far the best rental. The house is beautiful with lots of room. We will definitely come back next year!

Fabulous Summer Rental Near Bethany Beach!

We have stayed at several locations in the Bethany Beach area while visiting family and this by far has been the BEST! Amy and Shelly responded quickly to my request for information during the inquiry process. Their home is located in the "newest" build area of Bay Forest. There is on going construction in the complex but this did not hamper the beautiful surroundings. FYI -The driveway is a little tight for two large cars. The photos they attached to their description are accurate but in person the decor and furnishings are OUTSTANDING! We appreciated all the fine details that they considered in making their home a family vacation rental. The kitchen is well stocked with every kitchen tool you could imagine! Washer and dryer is an ex-large capacity, helpful when you have a big family! The screened in porch has modern furniture and the patio has a gas fire-pit and a gas grill - perfect for family gatherings! I would describe their home as a middle unit townhouse with 2 floors and high ceilings! The first floor has a den (large closet has tons of family games), 1/2 bath, large modern kitchen with granite counter tops and pantry, laundry room, dinning area (table seats 8 comfortably) and a large living room with sectional sofa and 50" tv above a gas fireplace and a large master bedroom/master bathroom. They have a single car garage that is used for storage of beach chairs (6), beach toys and bicycles (4) - which are all available for your use! The second floor has a large loft area with two couches (one folds out to queen bed) and a TV, middle bedroom has two twin beds with glass french doors and there is a full bathroom off of the loft. You step up two steps from the loft and there's two additional large bedrooms each with a queen bed and a jack/jill bathroom between them. Our stay included two families of 4 for a total of 8 people and this was a perfect space for us! Beds were very comfortable and it was a perk to have the clean linens available from a drop-off service! You only need to bring beach towels and bath towels! The Bay Forest community has several amenities which include a club house, tennis courts, playgrounds, exercise room and large family friendly pool complex. We loved the lazy river! Amy and Shelly provide 6 passes to use the facilities and additional passes can be purchased for $3 per person per day - which is very affordable! Perfect 10 out of 10 vacation rental! Highly recommended! Plan to stay in their home in the future!

New to the area!

We arrived shortly after 4pm to the house. The development is still under construction so parking was tough. The extra space that should have been available to us was taken up with materials the builders had left for the weekend. That finally cleared up on Tuesday. We entered the house, BEAUTIFUL!!! Loved the wide open layout and airy feel. Unpacked and off we went food shopping which is very convenient to the house location. We head back to the house after dark and find that there are no street lights installed yet, kids were bummed out about not being able to head outdoors to play but given the construction equipment and lack of lights we didn't have much of an option. They opted to play games from the game room which was stocked nicely. Next morning we head off to check out the development, kids rode the bicycles that were provided, and adults walked. The "sister" development is complete so that is where the pool, club house, and activities center is located. Very nice and plenty to do. Came back later that night and grilled dinner and made s'mores on the patio firepit. Very relaxing as we watched some deer hop around the back. We had tons of little frog friends come visit every night, the kids loved it. The week went by too quickly but we had a blast. Great home and looking forward to next season when the development is complete. Great owners and great prices. Highly recommend for family vacation spot.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We were a family of 3 couples and found this home to be very spacious with a great floor plan that made cooking, dining, and relaxing so easy and pleasant. The bedrooms are very comfortable. We used the gym and pool facilities. The home is well situated and we were able to easily explore the nearby towns of Bethany, Rehobeth, Lewes, and Fenwick. There is plenty to do in the area including biking, kayaking, and going to the beach. We wish we had had more time. Thanks so much.

Beautiful, spacious, brand new vacation home

This brand new home was perfect for our family of six adults. The house had more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to host big evening meals. Grocery shopping was very convenient. Shuttle service to the beach was nice to have. There were plenty of beach chairs and bicycles for our enjoyment. The three TVs were great to have and easy to work with. The keyless entry to the home took away the worry of having a key for everyone. Amy and Shelley were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with! It was nice having bed linen service and not having to bring linens with us. We enjoyed the club house amenities from the tennis courts to the swimming pool. This was a great home away from home!
