Fabuleux, exceptionnellement spacieux, appartement du centre-ville de luxe, Ă  proximitĂ© des attractions touristiques, des restaurants et des centres commerciaux de Liverpool. Seulement 5-6 minutes Ă  pied de l'Albert Dock et Liverpool ONE et une minutes Ă  pied de la station de la rue James, ce bel appartement ne pouvait pas ĂȘtre mieux situĂ©. Notre charmant appartement est offert comme une deuxiĂšme maison. Nous sommes idĂ©alement Ă  la recherche de clients Ă  rester pour quelques semaines plutĂŽt qu'en quelques jours. Les gens d'affaires travaillant dans le domaine, ou tapotements ex qui aiment Ă  revenir au Royaume-Uni pour un certain temps dans l'annĂ©e. POUR DES RAISONS DE SÉCURITÉ, NOUS NE PROPOSONS PAS DE COURTES SÉJOURS DE MOINS DE 3 NUITS. L'emplacement est une zone assez calme qui dĂ©ment sa position si proche de tous les principaux sites touristiques. À seulement 1 minute Ă  pied de la gare de James Street, et 15 minutes de trajet en bus de l'aĂ©roport (3 euros par trajet) Pas besoin de chalut autour du Royaume-Uni dans le trafic, votre famille peuvent venir Ă  vous! Vous pouvez ĂȘtre dans le centre de Londres en un peu plus de 2 heures, Chester en 40 minutes, si vous vous lassez de Liverpool qui est peu probable. Que vous soyez une culture vautour, musique fanatique, amoureux de la nourriture vorace ou king dĂ©tail ou la reine, Liverpool ne vous dĂ©cevra pas. Et cet appartement est de 25 minutes porte Ă  porte Ă  de golf Royal Liverpool Hoylake de golf. Parfait aussi pour les visiteurs du Grand National sur le circuit d’Aintree. Un parking sĂ©curisĂ© sous le bloc est disponible moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires (nous devons facturer lorsque nous transfĂ©rons notre propre voiture dans un parking public pour accueillir le vĂŽtre).

A comfortable property within walking distance of all the many attractions that Liverpool offers. Situated equidistant between the shopping centre of Liverpool 1 and the waterfront museums, restaurants and galleries this is an ideal base to explore the city.

The apartment was ideal for 3 friends - very well equipped, clean and spacious. Good location for sightseeing and restaurants. Prompt entry information 3 days in advance, with Manager checking everything okay while there and responding quickly to queries. 2 keys provided too.

Short break

Apartment was very well located for many of the attractions, we were able to walk to most of them. Bed extremely comfortable. Shame about the building work and scaffolding, it made it tricky to find the entrance! Apartment was tastefully decorated and we enjoyed the Beatles memorabilia and theme throughout.

Spacious apartment

The space was great and clean. It was very cold in Liverpool during our stay and we struggled to keep warm. The small space heater helped, but the radiators in the master bedroom and the living area didn’t seem to keep the temperature up. And, we could not find any extra blankets for the beds. Otherwise, a great location in Liverpool very close to lots of shopping and dining.

Arrived to a apartment that looked great on reviews.Communication was very poor by owner and felt I always had to chase for information even from the beginning of booking the rental.Not happy that was charged for parking for four days and didn't even have a vehicle.Owner said she would refund but didn't. Cleanliness to be desired and I HAD to pay a cleaning fee as well!! Go figure! If I could add pictures I would but disappointed that it wasn't what we expected.Was a nice condo but getting rundown.

While well located and Leanne as host was great the property needs repairs to the toilet in the ensuite & the badly cracked tiled floorIt was very hot in the middle of the day (in April) & the air conditioner didn’t work. There were limited windows to open. The property needs a bit of maintenance

Perfect Location, we had a great stay

This apartment is spacious for 2 couples and the location is unbeatable. Parking fab too and communication with the host and getting access on arrival all smooth sailing. Lovely and clean The apartment is lovely but does need a little maintenance in some areas (eg loose floor tiles in en suite could be issue for someone who is unsteady on feet) but this didn’t bother us. The lady greeting us on arrival was really helpful thank you, would certainly stay again x

Close to city attractions.

We loved the property. Very clean & tidy. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and wifi. The lounge/dining room gets very hot during summer. Fabulous location, close to pubs, restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking is only ÂŁ10 per night. Leanne was lovely giving us clear instructions to get into the building etc.

Great location but unnecessary stress

Location was great. Reason for low ratings, is due to very disturbing communication with the owner few days prior to arrival. She was having a dispute with VRBO and threatened not to hand over the keys to the apartment, even though it was paid in full. In the end everything went well but it was an unnecessary stress.

A former director of medical suppliers Consolidated Supplies, I worked in overseas health care management for 27 years. I was contracted to a hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE for many years. I first came to Spain to check out the building progress of the Hospital Director's new villa. A favour that resulted in a complete change of life for me and my family. I now live, for most of the year, in Spain and part in Liverpool

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I am in love with Liverpool! The city is so full of life and there is so much to do. Culture, shopping , and entertainment just about sum it up. There is something for everyone here and I have always wanted an apartment right in the centre of it all. There are pop concerts, orchestras, museums, historical architecture , art including the modern Tate gallery, comedians, restaurants galore, pubs, bars many with fabulous live bands, the Cavern Club , home of the Beetles, events like "the Giants are coming" in July 2014, football, you name it, Liverpool has it all. What makes it for me though are in indigenous population of Liverpudlians that just make the whole place special. They are warm, friendly and funny. (Even the miserable ones are funny!!)

If you like lots of space, you'll love this apartment. Its over 120 square meters. Larger than most houses. It is light and airy and very comfortable. But the location is what makes it 5 star!
