Located in Central Liverpool, this apartment is easy walking distance of the City's best attractions! The famous 'Liver Building' and Liverpool Docks are just a 7-minute walk away.
You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront.
You can also make your way more central and just a 2 minute walk away from the apartment you can find the Everyman cinema, a luxurious hub for a great movie experience! For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is an 8-minute walk away.
Mathew Street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern Club where The Beatles played is only 5 minutes away. Castle Street is also only 6 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal Liver Building and bars & restaurants such as Rudys pizza!

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.

Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 1 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
The apartment is located on the top floor with no lift in the building. You will need to walk up six flights of stairs.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
