Villa avec piscine privée et belles vues sur la mer - à quelques pas du centre

Villa avec grande piscine privée (chauffée si nécessaire en début / fin de saison FOC), spacieuse et ouverte donnant une excellente vue sur Kassiopi et sur l'Albanie. Un emplacement central idéal à distance de marche de la ville, du port et de la plage. Idéal pour des vacances en famille ne nécessitant pas de conduire. Comme nous le faisons, une fois là-bas, sortez autant ou aussi peu que vous le souhaitez, assis dans le port ou autour de la piscine, de toute façon, très relaxant. A / C partout, chambres et salon.

Very welcoming. Felt at home straight away. Great location, 5 minutes walk from town and beach, situated up a track road so very private.We are a family of six - all ladies ranging between the ages of 35 and 72. We arrange a girls getaway every year and this was the best yet!

Perfect stay at Villa Marian

Our family had the best time here at Villa Marian the location is perfect to walk to the village and beaches. The villa is spacious and very comfortable with a choice of outdoor seating and a lovely pool.

A delightful stay in Kassioppi

Wonderful location, lovely house with everything you need. Pool the biggest we’ve ever had. Brilliant location to walk into town but be prepared for the final few yards that are a bit up hill! Thanks to Julie (manager) and Tom (owner) for looking after us so well. Will be back (fingers crossed)

Excellent property in a lovely location

We had a lovely stay. The property is close to the town but up a small hill which lifts the view and provides a magnificent vista. Lots of space and areas to relax, a lovely pool and very well equipped. Tom was an excellent host.

Everything you could need at this villa, couldn’t fault it. There is a steepish walk from town but you don’t get a view without a hill!

Wonderful week at Villa Marian

Our family loved the week we spent at Villa Marian. It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was amazing with a great view. We didn't have too much need for the air con as we stayed end of Sept, so evenings and nights were cool enough, but when we did use it, it was very effective. We really appreciated the mosquito blinds on all windows and doors. The property was cleaned and linen changed during our stay, as was the pool. A really great location, we loved Kassiopi and how close the villa was to the centre. A really relaxing place to stay, we would love to come back.

A fabulous villa and location

Villa Marian has everything one could want - location, faultless spacious & high spec villa with easy access to the range of beautiful bays in NE Corfu. I fully recommend it to anyone who would like the privacy of a secluded location but within walking distance of the town of Kassiopi.

Perfect villa in a great location

This is a wonderful villa. Gorgeous view, short walk into town yet very peaceful. Sitting on the terrace in the evening with the lights of the town and harbour below with a chilled glass of rose is a memory that will stay with us for a long time..

Super house, super location

Very impressed, excellent location only 5-10 walking to beaches and down-town Kassiopi full of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Great house, clean, spacious, with nice views looking at the sea, Albania and Kassiopi. Can fully recommend the house if you ever want to visit Corfu.

Fantastic Villa...!!

This was just the perfect villa holiday. The place is located in a fantastic place with great views and so close to the town...no car is required. Tom and Julie were so helpful and friendly and communicated in a professional way right from the moment we booked our stay. We will definately re-visit and after visiting Kassiopi for the first time we fell in love with the place...just perfect..!!

The villa, the view and the sea.

The stunning and ever changing view was the icing on the cake for this villa. The villa itself is great with all home comforts and a well equipped kitchen. It was a joy to have sharp knives. We enjoyed every minute despite bad weather for 4 days. The proximity to town was ideal, little noise but, all amenities to hand.

Fabulous family holiday

design and layout of the house well thought out. A house with three equally large bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of outside space, a pool deep enough to swim in, and gorgeous views across to Albania, Looked after beautifully by Julie who changed our beds and cleaned twice during our 10 day stay. Close enough to Kassiopi centre to walk, lots of supermarkets available. Thank you and would go again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay at Villa Marian

Beautiful location which only came up after a last minute hitch with another booking. We couldn’t be happier that it did! Very clean Villa , beautifully proportioned with a lovely pool, wonderful views and other good amenities.. Kassiopi an easy-going base for the scenic joys of the wider area. Tom was an excellent and communicative host and Julie does a great job keeping it shipshape. Would happily stay there again .. any time Tom G

Great villa in perfect location

We had a lovely week at this villa which is set in a great location. Lovely views of the sea and Albania beyond and within 10 minutes walk of the town. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There were lots of additional things like CDs, DVDs, games etc which were all appreciated. The pool was lovely - good size, clean and perfect temperature. The bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was most welcome at night. A great villa that we would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

Kassiopi Holiday

We spent 2 weeks at the villa in May 24 and cant wait to return. The villa is very impressive, really spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. The outside space and pool are fabulous, the pool is huge. Plenty of outdoor seating and.sunbeds. We mostly ate out at all the wonderful restaurants Kassiopi has to offer however the kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking for yourself. Its a five minite walk into the centre of town so location is ideal. The walk up to the villa is a bit up the hill but not far and not too strenuous. My husband has a hip problem and managed it fine. Views from the villa balcony are lovely, we enjoyed sitting in the morning watching the sun rise. Loved the location of the property as so close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. Roll on our next visit!

Exceeded expectations

We had a wonderful week’s stay at Villa Marion for my mum’s belated 70th birthday - we were a family of 5: myself and my husband (in our 30s), our 5-month old son, my sister and my parents, both in their 70s. The villa is beautiful and is incredibly spacious - all 3 bedrooms are large and the living space, both inside and outside, is more than enough for the number of bedrooms. It is also very well equipped. The view from the villa is spectacular and looking out from the stunning pool area to Albania across the sea every morning is something I will miss for a while! Tom was incredibly helpful with some extra requests and communication was good from the start. As others have said, the location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and town - so no need for a car unless you want to explore the island. The only thing to note is that a great view obviously comes with a steep incline up to the villa, which may not suit those with limited mobility. We all loved our stay and will hopefully be back in future.

Outstanding villa in wonderful location

What a lovely villa and beautiful location! The villa itself has everything you could want for a holiday, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. There are 3 bedrooms all with private en suite and french windows out to a large balcony which runs the length of the house. Downstairs there was a large open plan kitchen/dinning/living area with lovely furniture and large comfy sofas. Large TV with Sky and DVD as well as lots of music options. The kitchen was so well equipped - absolutely everything you would have at home even a dishwasher! There was also a utility room with downstairs loo which was very handy. Outside the pool was lovely and definitely large enough for 5 of us!! So many places to sit and relax with comfy sofa on the outside terrace and a cute chill out area near the bbq.. And the biggest advantage - the stunning views down to the harbour at Kassiopi!!! Very short walk down to a large selection of restaurants and bars - we ate at a different place every night and all were good! Then after the meal on to Jasmine bar - for scoops of the most delicious ice cream and an espresso!! Our thanks to the owner Tom who was so very helpful at every stage.

The Perfect Location

We were fortunate to be the first guests at Villa Marian, it was fantastic, clean, well maintained and perfectly suited for our family of 5. The photos do not do the villa justice. The pool is very large (and the pool man, who cleaned it twice weekly, very helpful with local knowledge) and has ample space around it for the sun loungers, BBQ and outside dining. At night the pool lights made it enchanting. The location of the villa was wonderful, set in a small olive grove, not overlooked and just a 3 minute walk to the outskirts of Kassiopi with its many restaurants (at "The Old School House" we enjoyed the very greek tradition of dancing and plate smashing), beaches (4 locally) and picturesque harbour (adding to our holiday adventure we hired a motor boat for the day). The Villa itself had ample room in the bedrooms and the open plan living/dinning/kitchen room, with all amenities available. The full length terrace and balcony were splendid to observe the village rooftops, the Ionian sea and the Albanian coastline. Prior to our stay Tom, the owner, kept in constant contact and was always helpful with all questions answered. I would highly recommend Villa Marian for a small group or family. I would like to add that I will definitely return to this Villa one day as Kassiopi is a wonderful holiday location and the Villa Marian quite perfect. Louise Whittenham, Dorset.

Fantastic villa in a great location

We loved our stay in this villa. There's plenty of room inside and out and all the home comforts and conveniences you could need. It's a mere 5 minute walk from the village, and high enough up to provide stunning views and a sense of privacy, but without the climb home being too arduous, even in the midday heat. Music from the village occasionally drifted up to the veranda in the evenings, but was never loud or obtrusive. It's easy to get to by car - we arrived late on a Sunday evening and had no trouble finding the villa following the directions provided. Equally, it's proximity to the village (which is well served by buses and boats back to Corfu Town) means you could easily get by using public transport. The pool was perfect for cooling off on those hot afternoons, and there's plenty of space around it for sunbathing and relaxing. If you prefer a bit of shade, there was always somewhere away from the glare of the sun. The kitchen offered everything you could want or need if you prefer to cook for yourself, but with so many tavernas and restaurants within easy reach, we chose to eat out. Little Italy, Bolero and Petrino Restaurants were the best we found, but we didn't have a bad meal all holiday. For those who enjoy a long sandy beach, Kalamaki Beach - just 10 mins drive up the road - is perfect. With its long stretch of warm, shallow sea, we found it the perfect place for our 3-year old to play and let of steam without Mum and Dad having to worry. Tom, the owner, provided great customer service, responding quickly to emails and helping with additional requests and queries. Thoroughly recommended.
