Nous avons une belle maison à un étage de 3 chambres à louer qui est située dans la région de Treasure Valley, à proximité du couloir I-84. C'est à moins de 30 min. de presque tout dans la région de Boise. Planchers de bois franc dans l'entrée, la salle à manger et la cuisine complète qui a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un grand réfrigérateur. Salon confortable avec écran plat de 55 ", TV satellite, DVD, Internet et WiFi. Il y a deux suites parentales (chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complète) et une 3ème chambre (avec salle de bain complète séparée partageant les espaces communs) avec des lits Queen Size pour dormir confortablement 6, baignoires profondes, carrelage design et douche à l'italienne. Grand garage attenant pour deux voitures et cour clôturée avec meubles de patio. Settlers Bridge (HOA) possède une piscine communautaire (ouverte du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail), des rues bordées d'arbres, des passerelles et des terrains de jeux, y compris un Tot-Lot à environ 100 mètres de la propriété. Nous fournissons des serviettes de piscine pour votre commodité. Le quartier est proche d'Eagle Road avec des magasins de détail, y compris une épicerie.

A Great Place to Stay

Great Vrbro in great location and was very very nice. We had 3 couples in our group and this place as perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Highly recommend this Vrbro in you are looking in the Boise/Caldwell area.

Pleasant home in Meridian

Very pleasant home nicely set up for multiple guests/couples. Was really good to have garage access in the winter. Plenty of bed and bath supplies available to be very comfortable.

Perfect!

Thank you, Danny for a stress-free staycation. Your home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed and cared for. Of course we three girls were over the moon each having our own beautiful and bright bathrooms. The neighborhood is convenient while feeling like a retreat. Loved everything!

Perfect house to visit with family

The house is perfectly described and the neighborhood is wonderful, quiet and walkable. The pool was an added bonus. Everything you need for cooking is present and master bed was comfortable.

Beautiful home, well maintained, safe neighborhood!

We were very pleased with our stay! I do like to cook for my family and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The beds were comfortable, neighborhood very quiet and close to everything that we needed to do. Thanks again for the use of your home!

Wonderful house

The house is beautiful in a very nice neighborhood. The house was clean and close to shopping, restaurants etc. It was the first time for us to visit the Boise area and we hope to return soon. Highly recommend.

GREAT RENTAL!!!!

This is a great rental!!!! Nice location...safe neighborhood and beautiful home!!! The kitchen was stocked with all the things needed for a long stay!!! Beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were awesome!!! I would highly recommend this place!!! We loved the walking path by the nearby park!!! Very close to a nice grocery store. Loved our stay in Meridan!!!!!

Best VRBO Ever

We rented JoAnn's home while in Boise to visit our son. This property was absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a place to stay in Boise look no further! Location, comfort and amenities. Wonderful kitchen, 2 car garage and a great neighborhood. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a plus. If ever in Boise again we will rent JoAnn's home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your place had all the comforts of home, plus everything we needed to stay connected. Bedrooms and living areas were so easy to settle into for a short time. Quiet neighborhood, would stay again.

Good location, seemed to be a safe area, clean house, everything worked, owners were great at communication when we were blind and could not find the garage door remote.....lol. I even left my watch there and they mailed it back to me! Thank you, we would totally stay again!

Beautiful community

Lovely VRBO in a wonderful community with nicer homes and a community pool with waling trails. House was clean and well stocked with essential items. Beds and linens were top quality. Mauds need to clean patio furniture as part of process but that was an easy fix with a hose. Excellent property! Thanks for having us!

Great property

The house was great, it had everything we needed. There were 3 of us at the property and I tell you having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! Having everything on one floor is also a major bonus as 2 of the people in my group have trouble with stairs. The one thing is that the area is so quite that at night in the master bedroom I could hear the humming of the electrical plant just outside of the back yard. Overall I would recommend this house to everyone.

Modern and very comfortable home in a great neighborhood

We stayed 4 nights at this house located in a quiet neighborhood and found it was the perfect place to relax, but located for easy access to downtown Boise and to Meridian. The newly built home has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a great open kitchen with bar sitting area and small patios front and back. A great plus is the neighborhood pool which was available for use. The neighborhood is a modern sub-development with a mix of families and children and older adults. It seemed very secure and was a great place for a run or to use the pool.

Thank you!

We were having our house renovated, which required us to leave for 5 days. The Koester’s allowed us to bring our dogs and stay at their beautiful home. This was a very easy transition as they had all the supplies for us to continue with our daily lives which made our stay so comfortable. Thank you for making the exception with our dogs and we really appreciate your hospitality! I am definitely going to recommend your home when our extended family comes out to visit.

Great communication with Owners

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our stay in-which we’ve never had to do before. The owners, JoAnn and Danny, responded very quickly to our email, we’re very polite and courteous in not only explaining the process but helped walked us through it as well. What was a rough, sad and stressful event for us in not being able to make our trip the owners made the cancellation process as smooth as possible. Being that we come to Idaho often, we will definitely be using these owners and their properties as a place to stay in the future. If their properties are indicative of how they treat their customers, then am sure they will and our stay in them will be exemplary. Thank you again Danny and JoAnn for all you kindness and help.

The Boise Area is beautiful and the weather is mild. It is a good ski area in the winter and has a very nice river walk (Boise River Greenbelt access 2.8 mi. on Eagle Rd.) as well. The Boise Area also boasts Live Theater, Museums, Zoo and Botanical Garden.
