Amazing views to wake up to .cottage is so cozy and homely .has every thing you need for a nice stay .Lynette the host was friendly and helpful .
I would recommend this cottage to anyone
A beautiful cosy cottage in a peaceful location, still within a few minutes drive of some lovely local places to visit such a Looe and Polperro.
The cottage had everything we could possibly need and was warm, welcoming and dry (outside definitely wasnât). It was also spotless.
The host was excellent and attentive (but not too much).
We will definitely stay again if we visit the location and would recommend it to anyone.
Also truly a dark sky stayâŠ
Myself, my family and our pet pooch had a lovely time.
We travelled on a single file lane for around 2miles which was ok but if you met another vehicle it was difficult.. as we had a dog there wasn't enough walks as it was all farmland fields that had cows and no footpaths that were highlighted.. A lovely quiet clean and comfortable cottage with stunning views.
Really lovely cottage, good spot, so the kids can wonder as they wish. Sheep are in the back garden and cows are nearby, so can always be seen. Lynette was more than helpful and made the stay special.
The walk into Looe, along the river, was really nice, but hard with very little ones and a buggy. So leave them behind, or take the car ! đ
Will definitely be back, so peaceful and relaxing and catered for family needs.
Spotlessly clean, well equipped cottage in an incredibly peaceful location. Great location to explore this part of Cornwall. Swift and friendly communication with Lynette.
We'll definitely return! - Thank you Lynette.
The cottage was lovely, perfect for my family and I. The views from our bedrooms were stunning! With Looe town being a 10 min drive away it meant that we got the full peacefulness of the country during our stay. The hosts were amazing and so accommodating. Couldnât recommend more! We will DEFIANTLY be back next year!!
We recently stayed in this property when on holiday and it was lovely and the cream tea on arrival was delicious.
The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was modern and new with a really good shower. The cottage is in a really good location, just outside of Looe and works as a really good base for travelling around Cornwall. The kids loved being able to see all of the animals on the farm and our toddler fell in love with the cows on site.
We would definitely re-visit and stay here again.
The whole process was very simple - I booked online and on arrival - had the opportunity to meet the owner at the property, who was very friendly and took time to talk over a few things in the area. The property itself was extremely nice and well presented with a full list of instructions and guidance on the area - it had a beautiful modern bathroom, and very homely feel throughout.. it also had a lovely front and back garden to enjoy the location and views across the surrounding area, which was very tranquil and quiet and only a short drive or walk through the woods and along the river to Looe beach. I will definitely be back to use this accommodation again.
Lovely people, lovely place... simply fantastic.
Never met owner which was a bit odd, cottage was very damp. Damp smell in all rooms and damp clothes in the morning! Not very dog friendly when your dog is not allowed upstairs đ
Lovely little Cornish cottage in a beautiful location with everything you need. Very clean and excellent scones with clotted cream and jam to welcome us. Decent WiFi that was even good enough for our teenagers. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
For the price the cottage was fine. It was quite away off the main road about a mike and a half. We had difficulty finding it our Sat Nav had us all over farm tracks, If you go here get the post code fir the Jubilee Inn, Pelynt, and turn in at the yellow grit box. The bed was comfortable and a nice cream tea was waiting for us on arrival.
The property was exactly as described and Lynette was very helpful including leaving us with a Cream Tea as a welcome
The location was very quiet, just what we were looking for and the scenery was excellent something that couldnât be said about the weather
Overall a great time was had by all

Holiday in cottage
It was a lovely cottage very clean and pretty but I wouldn't recommend for the older generations as my grandparents struggled with stairs and Bath also if you don't have a car it's a long way from looe as it would take over a hour yo walk but for us with a car we thougherly enjoyed our stay đđ
Really cute cottage, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Really tucked out of the way, but only 3 miles to Looe or Polperro. We had a blissful break. Thank you
Very nice little Cornish cottage tucked away in a very peaceful location at the bottom of the farm drive. Stunning views over open countryside and fields. Good local shop and Pub.
This is our second holiday here. We like the peaceful location of the cottage tucked away on the farm, but itâs also within easy reach of Looe, Polperro and other fishing villages and the local beaches which are beautiful. Bernard the owner and farmer is a very good host and a wealth of local knowledge.
We loved our stay at this quant cottage in idyllic Cornish countryside. It is close enough to the main towns and yet far enough away to come back to blissful peace and quiet. The night skies here are beautiful and very easy to gaze endlessly. Bernard and his family are very helpful and at hand if you need them. I commend them also for giving privacy during our stay and leaving us to it. I hope to visit again.
Classic Cornish farmhouse cottage. In a quiet location despite is being on the edge of a small working farm. Owner really friendly. Only 10 mins drive to Looe and an hour to Eden Project or North Coast (Newquay etc). Will be back.
My father has lived on the farm since he was 11 (60 + years) and has farmed the land with dairy cows for many years. He now has South Devon Cattle & two flocks of sheep on the farm. My family including myself have grown up here and love the area. I have recently taken over the letting of the cottages. I live nearby on another farm with my husband & 2 teenage children.
