The villa features 8 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests

Nice vacation with bumps in the road

The description of the house fits. nice and spacious. Close to shopping is right next door. Garden furniture needs an upgrade. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of space. We perhaps needed some chairs to sit all together at the table by the barbecue. The house was clean and welcoming. We had a little difficulty figuring out the washing machine because if we were not at the machine when it stopped it started again but it was probably just a setting thing. What we were not particularly happy about was that there were wild cats that the landlord asked us to feed if we wanted to. They ran around and whined if they didn't get food. As my daughter is hypersensitive to cats, we would have liked to have known this before we entered the house.

Excellent large modern villa

Very easy to book this villa, communication with isabel was prompt, impressive villa, modern,clean, lots of space for us, we were a family group of 10 adults age range 10mths to 74! A little further away from everything than we expected so it was uber for getting around which was easy to do and about €6 into town or you could car hire. The villa is in a very quiet location which was lovely and relaxing. Its lay out is on 3 floors with a well equipped gym in basement. Amazing kitchen area and laundry room ( although we couldn't find a washing line we could of done with one) leading out to pool and bbq area which was lovely and well used. You have the option to have pool heated or not we never but on reflection we probably would. We went mid sept weather was good although had a few days of rain. Overall impressive villa would definitely stay again.

Amazing Villa

Fantastic villa, we all enjoyed the stay there and will be booking again next time we go to Portugal. The downstairs area is great for the kids and the pool is lovely. A short taxi ride into town as well so the location is great.

Lovely, Spacious, Clean and Quiet

6 couples, 40-60, really enjoyed this villa, quiet location, plenty of space for the 12 of us, well equipped. Good comms and easy check in/out thanks to Isabel. It is a good walk (30 mins) to the strip / old town if that’s what you are after, get the Uber app for reasonable and quick taxis if you don’t fancy a stroll. First time to Portugal, sure to return at some point.

Amazing villa, great holiday!

Very BEAUTIFUL and nice villa. Everything that you need is there, inside and outside the house. It's a great villa with a lot of space. Equipment in the villa is good and works. We would recommend a heated pool, when you are there in april/may. Isabel en Carlos are nice and very helpfull!!

Amazing Luxury Villa!

What an amazing Villa! stayed here for a week in August as a family group of 13, age group from 11 - 77. Such a spacious villa with great amenities. Isabella and Carlos on hand for any queries and super helpful. Decided against a car, not an issue as supermarket/ town only 20 minute walk (past the hospital, down hill all the way) or €5. would highly recommend downloading the Uber app as prior to this was waiting quite a while at a taxi rank. Would highly recommend this villa and hopefully will be returning again in 2019.

Amazing modern Villa - beautifully furnished. Excellent responsive service from the letting agents

8 Adults, 3 children and 1 baby and we had lots of room. Very clean and superbly equipped. In a quiet spot 10 mins drive from the town centre. The only real issue we had was the hot water system which is apparently solar powered and didn’t supply enough hot water after cloudy days. Can’t really understand why there isn’t a back up for the solar (gas or electric) - if there was it didn’t work - we did call out the letting agents on this but apparently the system “was working”.

Amazing holiday

We had a week in the villa with a group of friends and family. The villa is absolutely stunning! There is plenty of room and every provision catered for. Carlos and Isobel were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble! I would recommend paying the extra for the pool heating when in the earlier months of th year ( out holiday was at the beginning of May).

Dream vacation house

The house is amazing. Brand new with all you think of and more. From the rooms to the living room, pool, kitchen and outdoor dining room. Everything was stunning. The playroom was also one of the highlights. The service we received was great! Quick and professional. Isabel handled everything perfectly. I would definitely go back there or use their service again.
