Cette maison de famille dispose d'un jardin privatif, piscine chauffée et des vues du pont Cortez, sur la route IntracÎtiÚre. Maison décloisonnée et spacieuse avec salon, table de billard et fléchettes. Prenez le café du matin à cÎté de la piscine en regardant les dauphins et la grande variété d'oiseaux. La suite principale se trouve au deuxiÚme étage, avec terrasse pour prendre le soleil, lit extra large et douche double. La chambre 2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d'un lit double et d'une salle de bains attenante avec douche et baignoire. Ch. 3&4 au rdc, accÚs direct à la piscine, lit deux places et deux lits jumeaux et salle de bains avec baignoire/douche. Une cuisine tout équipée et une salle à manger. Salon avec TV par cùble, lecteur DVD et systÚme de son. Internet Wifi gratuit. Parcours de golf et courts de tennis à votre disposition. Reserves naturelles et balades au bord de mer. Peut accueillir au max. 8 pers. Il est interdit de fumer. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

The patio door was boarded up on our arrival and glass fragments were on the patio area, heavily stained carpet,air con extremely dangerous, full of mould to a dangerous level, according to service record not serviced in past 8 years, family members became unwell, our American family left early due to feeling unwell, symptoms of bad air con ,property smelt of wet dog and had to hoover everyday to remove dog hair, stated no pets allowed, no kayaks at property as on listing, front door didn’t lock had to get maintenance out to repair front door and replace some air co filters, host did respond quickly whilst we were staying there however nothing since returning when I put the issues to them, towels provided not clean, socket hanging off wall, neighbour walking into pool area like he owned the place, extremely unhappy considering how much it cost

Holmes Beach Stay.

Our stay was as good as you could wish for. The property is spacious and had everything we needed as a family. The beach was a short walk away, all facilities needed were no more than a short drive away. The outside space was excellent. Being able to watch the bay and it’s wildlife was fabulous. We would definitely stay there again! The hosts were exceptionally helpful.

A great stay in a wonderful property

Our family just returned from 2 weeks at this wonderful home. Plenty of room for 8 adults. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was a very hot 2 weeks and the awnings were awesome. The beach was a short walk and beautiful. We had no issues and any questions prior to our trip were quickly answered by Caroline. This property is on our list for a return trip!

Perfect Holiday Home

Superb Bay location with great aspect highlighted by stunning view from main bedroom. Perfect pool and outdoor setup including awnings

 Also try a little fishing off dock - use live shrimp for best results - I caught a fine sea trout! We saw Dolphins everyday off the dock There nearby beach is perfect. Owner was very helpful - including fishing advice!

What a wonderful home and in the perfect location. Couldn't recommend highly enough. We had a slight hiccup at the start, but John and Caroline resolved our issue without delay. Brilliant destination for a family break, Anna Maria was just beautiful and everything we had hoped for

Location, views and owner who cares

Fantastic location and outdoor area. Short walk to nice beach area. Plenty of room for large families. Had issue with initial cleaning of home. It was a miscommunication with cleaning service. While this was not an ideal start it was an honest mistake and the owner and cleaning service were very responsive and fair in handling and resolving. Their handling of the issue, location, views and outdoor area are all reasons for a repeat visit.

Great experience!

We fully enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was excellent - wonderful views of the intercoastal, short walk to the beach and very short drive to the grocery store. The property was clean, well-stocked and comfortably appointed.

Beautiful House and Location

We were very happy when we walked into the house. Very large rooms. The photos don't do it justice. A beautiful stairway leading up to another beautiful view and a master suite. The pool and the view of the intracoastal were amazing. We saw dolphins pretty much every day next to the dock. I even saw a 4 ft shark swim by. The awnings helped with the hot weather. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The house and location was amazing! The house looks better then on the pictures. Walking to the beach 8 minutes and many shops and rentals within 5 minutes driving. The oven was not working and we tried to contact the property manager and never got a respond. However, everything else was great, pool, the pier and water view and house! Definitely coming back!

Bayview vacation

The house was charming on the outside and comfortable on the inside. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated. The house had all the amenities mentioned on the Homeaway listing. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Our family enjoyed the pool, especially our granddaughters. They were in the pool all the time. We loved the view from the dock. The view from the upstairs bedroom was beautiful and so relaxing. I may miss that the most. We walked to the beach most evenings to watch the sunsets. Our family agreed that being right on the inter coastal was really great because we saw dolphins everyday and even saw manatees a couple times. We had a wonderful vacation that came to an end too soon.

Great trip!

We stayed at the home in early June and had a great time on our first-ever visit to AMI! The home is just as pictured and has more thoughtful additions than any other rental homes we have used in the past. I don't believe there is one kitchen tool that is not available for use! Communication with Caroline was always prompt and she took care of the only small situation we had within 30 minutes once I emailed her. I would totally recommend this home, and have already, to friends and family!

Awesome first time visit to Anna Maria Island

We rented the Lewin home for a two week family vacation which included a 6 and almost 3 year old and 6 month old baby and their parents. The house could not have been more perfect with separation of master bedroom on the second floor for grandparents! The home had three bedrooms and two baths on the first floor which was perfect for daughters, husbands and children. We rented a crib for baby, rails for 2 1/2 yr old from ABC Rental which was delivered before our arrival when house cleaners were there. The kitchen was overly stocked and even a crock pot! My only negative was that the cabinets had much more than anyone would ever need and made for minimal space for all the dry goods we purchased for a family of 8! When I inquired before we left to drive south in January if there were beach chairs for 6 adults or should we pack them, I was told there were beach chairs. When we arrived, a broken sand chair that sits on the ground was broken and there was a portable metal chair that goes in a bag. With that said, because it cost $150 to rent 6 beach chairs and an umbrella we only rented them for one of the two weeks we were there. I noticed on many sites I looked at, many homes included chairs, bikes, umbrellas and/or kayaks. Being on the bay, a kayak or two would have been nice. We did find fishing rods and rented bait so the kids caught a couple small fish before breakfast which was exciting and one day a dolphin swam close to the dock. Many mornings we woke to a Blue Heron hanging out next to the pool who was very tame as was the White Egret who was also a regular. The pool was awesome and it was hard to get the two grandkids out of it. The temp was perfect and we learned from the pool caretaker it was a new high tech heating system so we appreciated that! After the grandkids were put to bed, we had very energetic billiard and dart completions in the game room which was great fun. And what a view of the pool, bay and wildlife. Wish that was the living room which we spent more time in. I might suggest they clean the stained carpets on the main floor. Another negative would be lack of parking. We had two cars so we were constantly switching cars in and out as we were going different directions. There would have been parking in front of the house but we learned the end of the second week the two cars parked there belonged to the owners who leave them. Aside from negatives, we still gave it 5 stars because the house and location were perfect!

Great House..Excellent Location

We have just returned from spending 2 weeks in this property on Anna Marie Island. The house is as advertised, if not slightly understated. It is very clean and comfortable. The view from the back patio over the water to Cortez Bridge is special. The owner, Caroline , is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. The location, a few walkable blocks to the beach is very convenient for all necessities. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful 2 weeks in paradise

Our family had a wonderful stay from start to our very sad departure.Location is perfect.Breakfast looking out over the water every morning.2 mins walk to the beach for the sunset and local restaurants easy walk also. Our 5th holiday in this area,this has to be the best for location and amenities.The house contains everything you could want for,including the Pool table which was used most days.Very clean.We have booked for next year,cannot wait !!

Perfect

One of our best vacations! This home and its location and Anna Maria Island are wonderful. There were eight of us (4 sisters and their husbands) and lots of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the there were plenty of towels and linens. Having the garage for our bikes and an extra fridge was an added bonus. Sitting by the pool and looking out onto Palma Soma Bay was fantastic. We saw some dolphins a few times and a manatee once. The house had everything you could possibly want. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking your own meals and we used the charcoal barbecue frequently. The nights we didn't eat in, we went to one of the many great and laid back restaurants on the island or just over the bridge to the mainland. Mr. Bones, just a couple of blocks north was one of our favorites. The ribs are delicious and take out is quick and easy if you want to come back to the house and sit out on the patio and eat. Caroline and Colin were a pleasure to deal with. There was one small issue with the pool filter it was fixed in a matter of hours. Other than that everything was great and the house is exactly how it is pictured and described. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Stunning location

We have just returned from our first stay on Anna Maria Island and would certainly recommend it despite our mixed weather!The property location was ideal being only a short walk to the trolley stop and Holmes Beach with Publix Supermarket a short drive away. The villa fronted the waters edge with great views across the bay with an abundance of sea birds and the occassional dolphin to observe.The Villa itself is well equipped with all the home comforts, including a pool table! Would have no hesitation in returning. The owners were particularly helpful and addressed a small repair promptly to the property during our stay.

Great Rental

We have been to Anna Maria Island and stayed in many properties over the years , but this was the best yet. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our holiday. The location is perfect as the Intercoastal is at the bottom of the garden and we did see Dolphins every day. The beach is a 5 minute stroll in the other direction, also handy for Publix and our favourite beach restaurants. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. Hope to go back soon.

Stunning!

We stayed in the beautiful home in April (2014) having rented many homes in Anna Maria Island, Marco island and the gulf costal area this has been a favourite and hope to return soon. Everything was made easy from booking to arriving, the home is spotless and location simply stunning! We would not hesitate to recommend, everything you need is at the house down to the last detail in the kitchen! If your not eating at one of Anna Maria Islands fabulous beach restaurants then BBQ at your own pool overlooking the amazing open water view is just heaven. Not to meant ion the view from the master suite! Waking up every morning to look over what can only be described as a natural infinity pool was just beautiful. Just a short walk to beautiful white sands or a very short car ride in to town. Thank you so much for sharing your home and it's very obviously a beautiful home that's loved not just a rental!
