Bring your family and friends for a fun relaxing getaway to the country. The Combo is a full 2 room getaway consisting of our two rooms, the Grande & Piccolo. Accommodating a total of 8 people, this spacious deal encompasses all the services of both rooms, including access to the Piazza, 24hr hot tub use, hiking on our spacious 33 acres, and much more.

This two room package sleeps 8 (2 Queen Memory Foam mattresses, 1 Queen Memory Foam in Loft, 1 Queen Memory Foam Sofa bed, 1 foldout chair), and is perfect for your large group getaway. The Grande includes a full kitchen, both rooms have fireplace access, as well as access to the private saltwater hot tub off the Grande.

Tuscany Inn Tennessee:

Situated adjacent to an Old World, Tuscan style renovated Tennessee barn. We offer a unique studio, set on a “piazza” with hot tub, fire pit and relaxing seating areas. It is surrounded by amazing views reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside, featuring vineyards and sheep. Next to the Piazza is The Trattoria, our in-house bistro featuring homemade dishes crafted by Chef Esther. Enjoy a full breakfast (including our traditional English Breakfast), or a quick bite, before enjoying a hike on our 33 acres, or visiting any of the amazing waterfalls and scenery surrounding the area. Finish the day with a delightful dinner and a movie around the fire. We do allow pets, however we have 2 dogs that live here (Maggie & Sydney). They protect the property and are very friendly with people.

- Check-in is anytime after 3PM
- Check out by 12PM (noon)
- 2-night minimum on the weekends
- Self check-in with lockbox/keyless entry
- Smoking only permitted in outside areas (includes vapes, CBD, any substance)
- Alcohol is permitted, however, you need to drink responsibly.
- Please refrain from using inappropriate language and rude behavior.

Notice: Please be aware early Autumn is “stink bug” season in Tennessee, especially rural areas. They can fly in when the doors open, and will buzz around the property.
