Ce grand condo en bord de mer est parfait pour des vacances d'été en famille, un week-end romantique pour une escapade ou un voyage de dernière minute à la plage! Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un canapé-lit et d'un accès au balcon face à l'océan. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris une cave à vin! Dans la chambre d'amis donnant sur la rue, vous trouverez deux lits jumeaux et un accès à la salle de bain complète avec une baignoire. La chambre principale en bord de mer a un lit queen, TV écran plat, salle de bain complète et accès au balcon en bord de mer. Le balcon en bord de mer donne sur la piscine et la zone de grillade commune. Cette unité a également la particularité d'avoir un parking couvert, pouvant accueillir trois SUV! Réservez votre séjour aujourd'hui dans cette merveilleuse unité.

We checked in after office hours- was an easy process. The place was nice and the view was amazing! The kitchen was cute and well stocked. Had a small issue with the sliding glass door not locking and also a remote to the tv but they were so attentive to our needs that they came right out and fixed them. Gosh, we had the best time and I would absolutely book with them again!

Best Beach Vacay

Enjoyed this condo and all the amenities this weekend so much. Unit was clean and very accessible to the beach. We were able to rent an umbrella, table and chairs while there and didn't have to worry about lugging a bunch of stuff down to the beach. Close enough to leave and come back as needed. Also, the boardwalk is just a short walk, and we didn't need to drive anywhere while we were there. You can walk to everything you need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The pool was perfect as we had a 4 yr. old grandson with us, and it was perfect that it was only 3 ft so the stress was gone. Enjoyed it so much that we are looking at rebooking again soon.

Ideal Location

Overall stay was great! The condo furniture needs to be updated. The sofas appeared stained and dirty and need to be cleaned. The master bathroom shower curtain is moldy and needs replaced. It would have been nice to have access to the storage unit in the garage to place beach chairs. I realize you can’t control who rents above this condo. We experienced very noisy renters above us with children running around late at night and a renter with a dog that was left alone for hours barking.

Beautiful views

The views of the ocean were spectacular. The trip to the beach was easy and quick. There were great pots and pans and other kitchen items that made cooking a breeze. That said, the property has great potential but is in need of a deep clean. The property smelled musty and the Air ducts on the wall were in serious need of attention with a thorough cleaning. We took time to clean the ducts- but not as well as we would have liked since we lacked proper equimpent. Many areas in the living space, were not as clean as would have been expected at this price point.

Closest I've been to the water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo. The owners are not cheap in decorating and it was literally right on the water. The cleaning crew needs a scolding. Two pr. of shoes, Leggos and Cheerios were found, along with a dirty kitchen floor (our guess-trash juice)so the smell when we walked in was very unappealing. But once I cleaned, which no one wants to do on vacation, we could settle in. Loved being able to walk to local attractions too.

For the most part, we absolutely enjoyed our stay!! Check-in was easy!!! The 2nd floor unit gave us many opportunities to get our steps in!! (LOL!!) The kitchen was fine. Good supply of dishes, pots/pans and utensils. We brought K-cups with us thinking there was a Keurig, but there was only a coffee maker. Make a quick trip to Walmart to purchase a "cheap" Keurig. Lots of towels/face clothes were provided, which was nice. The balcony was our favorite part of the condo!! We spent lots of time out there playing games, listening to music, watching sunrises and the ocean!!! Loved the very short walk to the beach and the approximately 12 minute walk to the boardwalk!! Also loved the art work/decor on the walls! The first few days we had to deal with running and barking dogs over our heads...then a day of quiet before the running children came. Also I feel that the beds (mattresses) need to be updated as well as the living room furniture (couch/loveseat). It felt damp and had a "musty" odor. Wifi signal was not good per the millennials that were with us. Their room didn't have a TV, so we brought one with us. Lastly, the dryer had to be run 3 times to get clothes dry. Plus there was an issue with the lint catcher. When we did our first load we saw that the lint catcher was full from prior occupants. We cleaned it and then it snagged on our clothes and broke!!! Completely out of our control! But again...other that the mentioned "issues", we enjoyed ourselves!

Garbage disposal backed up, two different plumbers a day later fixed. Then the toilet wouldn't flush. Expecting a nice break in the sun, but got stress and a ruined expensive stay. I asked for compensation for 1 and a half days, but Ian, manager? said the owner would only agree to 250.00, not for the time I was inconvenienced or my stress. following up with cc company and reviews.

Great condo and location

We enjoyed our vacation very much and the condo was nice and has easy access to the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants. We did not allow the rude people that were staying above us with young kids running nonstop or the adults purposely being loud to ruin our vacation. The tv in the bedroom needs to be addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful rental in a fabulous location. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Apartment was clean and well stocked with dishes. A few updates are needed. A twin bed had no feet under the frame at the bottom, so the bed was on a severe slant. Both twin mattresses need to be replaced. They sag and are uncomfortable. The toilet in the master bath rocks and should be secured to the floor. Several light fixtures needed bulbs. Other than these needed updates, we had a wonderful vacation and hope to rent again in the future.

The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous, and the balcony was a great size as well! Our only complaint was that the furniture and TV were dated: drawers got easily stuck on dressers and mattress tended to sink in the center in the master bedroom. The TV has basic cable and a Roku remote, but was not a Roku TV or did not have a Roku adapter so you could only watch a handful of channels. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Great location and Condo

Condo was wonderfully clean and well cared for. It isn’t near any large motels so the beach area isn’t crowded at all. Also a very short walk to the boardwalk and other local restaurants. The sound proofing between the unit above and or unit was less than ideal. You can easily hear walking and furniture moving from above. This didn’t have a negative impact on our stay thankfully. Though it’s possible that had there been smaller children and young adults above us I would have felt differently. WiFi was sub par. Again not an issue for us, but if you needed to do some work while away from home- it would have been difficult.

Great location

The condo was very clean. There were definitely some maintenance issues that should be addressed. This is a 2nd floor condo so there is one condo above this one. If someone is staying on the 3rd floor you can hear them walking around at all hours. There happened to be young kids when we were there so there was lots of running around upstairs! I would not rent again unless it's the top floor but if noise from others doesn't bother you, then it's a perfect place! We have rented on the 3rd floor of the same property many times and loved it!

I was very disappointed.

Oriental decor was scary for the kids. Wine cooler did not cool enough. No broom Dryer did not work, took 4 hours to dry a load. Kids room blinds broken. Master shower not big enough for adults. Pool was 3 feet. Would not stay again Called office and left messages but my calls were never returned. Was not properly cleaned.

Our friends at Adams’s IV had shared parking spaces and had problems being blocked in. Perfect location! Close boardwalk and restaurants. The condo was nice. Beds were comfortable. Could use a tad updating compared to some other condos in the area. We would definitely stay here again!! Realty company was great to work with!

Reviewer Comments: This condo was, although one of the most expensive we have rented, not the best.There were empty bottles left on floor in living room and candy wrappers in bedroom. Condo was small, TV's were horrible, very limited stations in living room and no sound in bedroom - "pool" was unbelievably small. The sign for pool said maximum eight but I doubt you could fit eight in that pool. People above us were the rudest you can imagine- from stomping back and forth constantly to dumping something over their balcony and on cars below. Beach access was through public entry way.
