We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean, the property was beautiful, and it was so much fun watching our granddaughter run around and visit the animals. The house was very family-friendly and had something for everyone of all ages. Our only wish was that there were TVs in the bedrooms. Overall, we had a great time and made some wonderful family memories!

This house worked great for our annual family reunion of 7 adults and 4 kids under 11. The animals were awesome and the kids loved the chickens and goats. The house was so cool and was fun to explore and play in when it rained a couple days. The pool was so fun and kids pretty much lived in there! Sarah and the farm team were responsive and helpful to make the week great. Thank you!! We would love to come back!

My family booked this property for our annual family vacation. The farmhouse had a lot of history & charm. Besides the views & ample space to explore, we loved the pool, the farm animals, the hot tub & trampoline. The house also has equipment for many outdoor activities, baseball, lacrosse, corn holes, etc. Our four grandchildren (ages 10-3) also had many indoor play options. The downstairs game room was great, but the upstairs playroom was perfect for our toddlers. I also encourage visitors to plan a visit to nearby Manchester, VT. We loved this town & the Northshire Bookstore is a must-visit! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the farm & have made lifelong family memories during our stay. Thank you, Sarah, for making our stay so easy & memorable.

Amazing place to stay!

We absolutely loved this beautiful house, barns, location etc . . . The caretakers are supper nice and helpful. It was so very comfortable to stay here and we are already planning a trip back!

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful property that exceeded our expectations that provided an incredible family weekend to celebrate my dad. The house, pool, fire pit and hot tub were in perfect condition, and the farm tour was the highlight of the trip for the kids

Great time

Perfect base camp

This is a beautiful house on a beautiful property in an idyllic setting. Suitable for just staying put for a number of days with plenty of entertainment options or as a home base to explore the local area. Highly recommended.

The farmstead was perfect for our vacation with a big group of 5 families. Check-in was super easy, the facilities were clean, and there was so much to do on the property both inside and outside of the house. Even with 10 adults and several kids ages 5 and under, it felt like there was plenty of space. The kids absolutely loved the farm tour and seeing the animals. We 100% recommend this place and would come back again!

Best Family Vacation

Perfect for kids and adults. Kids loved the outdoor pool, the farm tour. The kids had fun riding their bikes on the farm and had fun on trampoline. The farm is close to Saratoga, Lake George, Manchester Vermont.

Everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the animals and property were so special! The host was generous and caring and gifted us eggs from their beautiful chickens! Everything was absolutely perfect and made a beautiful weekend even more wonderful. Thank you!

Beautiful and unique property

This was a great house for a family vacation. The kids loved the bunk room and the library playroom. The farm is beautiful and we loved walking around the property and watching the chickens and goats. Sarah was a very professional and responsive host.

Perfect Getaway

We loved staying at BBVF. It allowed us to safely take a vacation and enjoy the peacefulness of the land all at once. The hosts were amazing and provided a farm tour and fresh eggs. Sunsets from the hot tub were breathtaking and there was more than enough room for our party of 11 (including 4 couples). Can’t wait until we get to go back. Highly recommend!

Winter getaway

This farmhouse did not disappoint! Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, and lots of things to keep all ages happy. Sarah the host and Ian were very attentive and kind. We especially enjoyed the farm tour with Ian where the kids collected fresh eggs for breakfast and fed the animals. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful family stay!

The farmhouse was perfect for a family gathering! Indoors the house is warm and welcoming for adults and children alike. The pool, jacuzzi and surrounding deck were perfect for informal gatherings. The highlight, however, was being on a working farm! Our grandson loved the farm tour, and we send a special thanks to Sam for his understanding of children's curiosity. We hope to return!

Wonderful Stay

This was our family’s first time to stay at farmstead and we absolutely loved it. We found the house clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything you could want was available. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool, taking walks on the property, visiting the animals, playing with the kittens, and stargazing at night. Thank you so much for providing our family with lifelong memories that we will cherish forever.

Winter Family Trip

We stayed recently at the farm house and had an amazing time. There were 12 of us and we fit perfectly in the house. One of the best parts was being able to sit at the huge table and ALL of us eat our meal together! Our animal tour was awesome and the kids loved it. The hot tub and firepit were wonderful. We had such a great time and plan to go back in the summer!! Cant wait!

Country Roads Take Me Home

This property was an amazing short vacation for my family. My teenagers become like kids again enjoying the farm animals, the trampoline, and playing games in the pool. The photographer in me relished the beauty of the surroundings. Thank you for allowing us to rent this amazing space.

A wonderful getaway

We had a three-generation family trip at the farm over Presidents' Day weekend. The house was warm, inviting, and well appointed. The kids loved the game room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We skied at Bromley which is about 40 minutes away. Hosts were super responsive and friendly. We'd definitely come back!

Wonderful stay at BBVF,,will definitely be returning

We couldn't have asked for a better rental property. We had everything we needed and more. Krista, the farm manager was great and answered every question promptly. The house was beautifully updated and the outside was where we spent most of our time, was breathtaking. The children loved the animals especially the three kittens. We hope to return again!

Awesome Vacation

Our group was two families, 4 adults, 5 kids. Our kids had the best time at the farm. They loved waking up every day to run with the chickens and feed the animals. Sam and Vlad, who work the farm, were awesome and especially nice to the kids. The house was huge, and easily accommodated our group with extra room to spare. We were extremely happy With our vacation and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful family vacation.
