Un autre grand été 2019. Le temps était incroyable, la plage était magnifique et l'eau était chaude. Prendre des locations pour l'été 2020.

La propriété familiale est située à 4 maisons de la plage. Entrée de la plage juste au bout de l'avenue Lafayette.

Nous sommes fiers de posséder une maison confortable et très propre à partager avec nos clients. Beaucoup de mises à niveau haut de gamme trouvées dans les propriétés à des frais de location beaucoup plus élevés. Superbe propriété de deux familles super propre qui a été entièrement rénovée pour inclure des comptoirs en granit, une grande cuisine, une douche carrelée complète, une buanderie. Vous allez adorer la douche extérieure après la plage. Parking pour une voiture avec beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue.

UNITÉ FRONTALE DE DEUX BIENS FAMILIAUX. Détendez-vous à la plage ou sur le porche. À quelques pas de la plage. Histoire unique idéale pour les familles avec enfants et grands-parents aînés. espaces extérieurs et douche extérieure, grill extérieur porche avec terrasse et ensemble de table ..

Un petit animal de compagnie considéré avec l'approbation du propriétaire. Promenade courte o promenade avec les manèges mais assez loin pour sortir de l'excitation. Bons restaurants familiaux à proximité (Saw Mill) (Park Seafood) (Hemingways) ces jours-là, vous ne voulez pas faire de barbecue.

Marchez / courez chaque matin ou soir sur la promenade de 1,5 mile de South Seaside Park et Island Beach State Park pour un excellent entraînement. Pêche à de nombreuses jetées locales ou IBSP. Aire de jeux familiale pour les jeunes à distance de marche. Pas besoin de conduire n'importe où sauf si vous voulez explorer la côte de Jersey.

Je suis heureux de dire que nous n'avons eu qu'une expérience formidable en louant notre maison à de belles familles. Merci à ces familles qui nous ont donné tant de bonnes critiques et de bons souvenirs.

Great place to stay.

Wonderful trip. A very short walk to the beach, as well as shops, go karts, putt putt, and water park. House was well taken care of and was a great place for a family to spread out while also enjoying family time. Owner was great to deal with.

We loved it! Lots of room and walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you would need. We look forward to renting next summer!

Great Week

Had a wonderful week. The house and location are better than the photos. Clean, user-friendly, everything we needed. On a quiet block a half block from a quiet beach. If you need a little action, it's only 3 blocks away. Looking forward to returning.

Most wonderful experience ! House was immaculate and maticulous ! Owner pleasant to deal with , very thorough and organized . Did not skimp on anything . Steps to the beach and shops . Perfect for a family who cares about cleanliness and being comfortable .. Highly recommend !!

Terrific stay on the Jersey Shore

We stayed in the front unit of the home. It was terrific for our family of 5 (wife and I and three kids under age 5). There was also room for my mother and law as well given the three bedrooms and two pull out sofas. The kitchen is clean and well-appointed. House is literally 5 homes from the beach and just around the corner from the Sawmill. Also, Greg was a great host welcoming us to the house and was responsive when we had a question. We plan to come back again next summer, schedule permitting!

Great place to stay!

We were just at this unit (back) for a week and couldn't have been happier. It's a beautiful place with plenty of room. Very nicely finished, and well furnished. And the kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes, about any utinsel you might need, and a variety of appliances and cookware as well. The bathroom looks like the kind you'd find in a high end hotel. The back patio has plenty of nice furniture and a huge grill. Really can't go wrong. And it's a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Greg was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned with making sure we were happy and would be available if needed. Loved it here and would definitely consider staying there again!

Beyond Excellent!!

We just returned home from our outstanding stay at this property. Greg and Lisa are excellent hosts, extremely accommodating, responsive in a more than timely fashion...I could go on. Their home is exceptionally clean, has EVERYTHING you need if you, like us, are a family looking for a home away from home. The location is ideal in proximity to the beach and the boardwalk. Great Family Shore rental!

Rented my families shore house; I live in Florida and I can't say enough good things about the house. Best thing was so close to the beach. I could bring kids back for lunch or to get a break from the sun. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy. Having the house on one level was great for the kids and grand parents. I was able to bring my little dog which was really great not having to leave him home. Really loved sitting out on the front porch after the beach having a refreshing drink. House is super clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend this house and will be back next year.

Family Vacation

We rented both units of this wonderful beach home for a family vacation. We were traveling with our family of 6, grandparents and uncle. There was plenty of space for all including pack and plays and all beach stuff for 4 kids! It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Great location very close to beach and just far enough away from boardwalk (but still can walk). The home was neat and very clean. We felt right at home and Greg was great to work with and accommodating with all needs and questions we had as we were first time vacationers to the shore. We would deffiently rent this home again, highly recommended for families vacationing together, with friends or extended family.

Great Beach House

My entire family just loved, loved, loved, this beach house! Greg and his wife and his entire family were exceptional hosts. I had a pea pod order arrive before we did, and Greg and his family put all of our groceries away for us. When we finally did arrive, Greg and his wife were just so warm and welcoming and very accommodating. They showed us around the home, which had all the the necessities for a weeks stay at the beach. He and his wife clean the house at the end of each rental period. This is why the house is so well kept and is incredibly clean. I was extremely impressed that he washes each of the bed spreads and comforters after each rental stay! Most of the better hotels don't even do that. We rented out both apartments and it worked so well for us. Our party had 3 young girls, so we kept the kids and there parents on one side, and any adults who did not have children separate on the other side. I loved the fact that the house has a front porch. We sat out there day and night. The back of the house has a very large, very well kept patio, which we also used often. Having the beach and the boardwalk just down the street and around the corner made it so convenient for us especially with young children. We hardly used our cars at all. Parking was not a problem at all for us or any one who visited. In addition to our allotted spots , we found plenty of free street parking for our guests that come just for the day, or a night or two visit. Greg made himself available if we ever did need something. I did reach out to him once to ask if my sister could bring down her cat for a night or two. Although she never did, it was nice to know that he allows small pets, and responded to me right away. I have been coming to the Jersey shore since I was a kid, and I have stayed at many different beach houses over those years, all around this area. This beach house has everything you could need and want. Best beach house ever!!!

Perfection

The property was more than we could have expected. The location was perfect. The house was completely gorgeous and so much bigger than it appears. The front porch was so great to have to sit on and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. Beds super comfy. Grill was awesome. Only great things to say. Owner super responsive with our questions. Beach was beautiful, waves nice too. We didnt want to leave.

Great vacation at the Jersey Shore

The house was clean and perfectly located near the beach and boardwalk. It was walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. He even provided suggestions of what to do when it rained. Pets are allowed which is a definite plus as most rentals don’t allow pets. My dog loved spending time outside on the front porch as much as we did. Even the neighbors were nice! We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning our stay here for next year.

Great Getaway

Not your typical shore rental. Very modern with updated finishes. Nicely decorated. Perfect for family groups and retirees (only 4 steps to enter.) CLEAN! 1 1/2 baths. Quick walk to the beach and boards. Grandkids loved it. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

My family has been staying in Seaside Park each summer for the past 7 years, and this has been the most beautiful and up to date house to date. The owner is amazing in responding back to any questions or concerns we had. This is definitely a hidden gem in the beautiful town of Seaside Park.

The bungalow was beautiful, well kept and well supplied with kitchen-ware! Sitting out on the front porch early in the morning with a cup of coffee was heaven. My family has a great time. Greg, the owner, could not have been nicer!

I had such a fun time with my family staying at this house. It was so convenient to the beach and boardwalk. I just wish it had more parking a better couch and hooks in the bathroom. My grandkids had fun.

Wonderful!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful vacation home. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate inside. A short walk to the beach made this the perfect spot for my kids and grandkids.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This rental property was perfect for a beach getaway! It is located houses away from the beach and four beach passes are provided with this rental. It's steps away from the boardwalk, a variety of local restaurants off the boardwalk, and loads of fun activities for the family! The house is also located on a very nice street! Neighbors were friendly, and we felt good/safe having our family here. The house itself is very clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with many items (need to bring your own linens, paper products, towels, etc.), and sleeps many comfortably! Our son loved the outdoor shower, and we loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. A parking spot is provided and there is available (free) parking on the street as well. Greg and Lisa were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful! We highly recommend this property to others and would rent this house again!

The perfect summer vacation house for us!

My family had a blast at this shore house. It had everything we needed for the 5 of us. Super close to the beach and the perfect distance from the beginning of the boardwalk so it wasn't noisy or crowded at all. The street itself had plenty of parking for a second car. The house was modern, with everything you could need for the week. We just had to bring our food, linens and toiletries. The owner Greg was the easiest and nicest guy to work with. Would def go back again!

Great property less than a block from the sand!

This was a fantastic property that is newly built, nicely decorated and includes everything you need for a week (or more) of fun and sun. The owners are great people who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. All in all this was one if not the best beach rental I have ever had. I am already looking forward to next year!

We feel Seaside Park is a great family beach town where you can enjoy the fun of the boardwalk, beach and bay. Quiet feel of a family town but close enough to walk to the action at the boardwalk rides and stands.

The property has been renovated to have everything we want in a second property shore home. We take pride in ownership and I am sure you will see that in the property. We upgrade the property each year so that everything is perfect for our guests.

What we love most about the property is being so close to the beach to go back for lunch, restroom or a break from the sun. We are right at the beach entrance so not much walking for seniors or small children. We have 4 children who have grown up in the house with many fond shore memories and being so close to the beach has been key.

Each unit comfortably holds 6-8 people. We have priced the rental reasonably for the area to allow families not to break the bank for a shore vacation.

Two family property listing is for front unit. Unit accommodates families of 8-10 per unit. Everything new, clean and comfortable. Can't beat being able to walk everywhere. Steps back to the house from the beach for the kids to use the bathroom or take a break from the sun for lunch. Walk 4 short blocks to the boardwalk. Walk 3 short blocks to bay with kids playground. Several fishing piers or boat charters for fishing enthusiasts. Great bike riding with Island Beach State Park 1 1/2 miles away.

Immaculate kept property with all the upgrades. Separate outdoor and showers areas for privacy. Super clean and comfortable. Great block with nice neighbors. Hard to find a property at this price with the location and quality of the home. See reviews from past renters.
