Cette unité récemment rénovée est située à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la célèbre rue Duval, entourée de cocotiers et de bougainvilliers en fleurs. Ce charmant bungalow d'une chambre est un véritable refuge insulaire. Le bungalow dispose d'un salon / salle à manger à aire ouverte à un niveau, d'une cuisine complète et d'une chambre spacieuse avec un lit king-size. Il y a une belle terrasse privée et une grande piscine commune .. Son emplacement pratique et son atmosphère calme en font un endroit idéal pour se détendre dans le confort de la maison loin de chez soi.

This unit was perfect for us. The pool was great. Located about 3 blocks from the Island Free Shuttle, so getting around was easy. The unit was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again if we return.

Key West Get Away

My husband and I stayed here for a full week. The unit was super cute and just the right size for both of us. Everything was clean and maintained well! We loved the private patio that we had. We ate breakfast out there everyday. The outside pool area was a nice spot to relax and cool off! We will definitely stay here again!

First timers in Key West

Perfect location and size for two adults. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for our visit. We walked everywhere. The location is very central to the old town. The pool was perfect for some sun and a swim. Easy check-in and check out.

No parking for handicapped!

Property was quainte and nice however parking was a nightmare! No handicapped spaces! I will NEVER rent anything again that does not have a dedicated parking space!!!

Location, location, location.

Great location within walking and biking distance of everything. Easy check in process and listing was very accurate. We loved the cottage and the pool.

Fantasy Fest

The cottage was very nice, spacious for size with vaulted ceilings and private deck. The pool was nice, heated and a few steps outside our entry door. Duval street was a block and a half away, nice walking distance. Parking is minimal, 4 spaces for 11 cottages and are first come first serve or there is parking on the street. Check in was easy, pass codes for gated entry to main entrance and keyless entry for cottage. We would definitely consider staying here again for location and seclusion of the outside space.

Comfy, cozy place with great location

Stayed for six days and enjoyed immensely. Very nice setting and beautiful pool. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Kitchen had all utensils, cookware, and paper towels necessary. Washer and dryer available on site. Back patio was wonderful for lounging and hotel and bar/music over the fence were not a problem--had live music in the afternoon and very quiet in the evening. Airport Uber was $20. Walking to area attractions was not a problem except for heat/humidity mid-day. Golf cart, scooter, bike rentals a couple of blocks away.

Very nice

This was a very nice property in a good location and I parked onsite. The unit was clean with useful appointments such as a stove with oven and a full size refrigerator. The pool looked very nice and there was seating around the pool and all the deck or patios at the units. The only poor comment I have is that the gutters need to be cleaned out because at the doors was where the water spilled over from rain. Also, I have a physical issue and the the old fashion tub/shower was useless to me. There was no non slip mat for the shower and nothing to hold on to but I do have a physical issue. so there fore I did not use the shower. Plenty of towels though.

Not as close to Duvall as we’re used to.

We thought the cottage was super cute and loved how big the bedroom was. However, the backyard needs major attention, i.e., weeding, fence falling down, no landscaping whatsoever. The music coming from the back area was soooo loud! Luckily we could not hear it inside though . Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Quaint, cozy and central cottage

While we had to cut our visit short - This was a great cozy cottage with Key West vibes for our honeymoon. Felt very secure with private, gated courtyard. Complex seemed to be about half occupied - so was very quiet. Was pleasantly surprised at the comfy bed, plush towels, well stocked kitchen including basic seasoning/pantry items. Only item we were wanting upon arrival - would have been some Key West guides/maps; but that may just be showing our age and wanting old school paper. Hoping the resort, management and all the citizens of Key West are safe this week...given Ian's recent rumble through their area.

The right choice

The pool has a wonderful mix of sun and shade from the property's trees. The bungalow is very clean and comfortable. Amenities are good.

Great get-away cottage!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage was a very nice quiet spot close to Duval. Restaurants, grocery,bakeries all within close walking distance, as well as Hemingway House and other attractions. With bicycles you could truly get anywhere. There was parking on-site. The unit air conditioners were very noisy but kept the place very cool,even in 100 degree heat. Pool was immaculately maintained. Unless you wanted to stay directly on Duval, this was a great place. Rental staff was very helpful when needed. We never watched TV, but I assume they worked. Who watches TV while in zkey West? Lusting pictures make the place look larger than it is, but i expected that. I would stay here again.

Very much enjoyed, we will be back !

This cottage was perfect for us ( husband and I), plenty of room, simple amenities ( but it needs a full length mirror) clean, quaint , a nice little courtyard with a pool that was just the right size for an afternoon cool off or evening dip. No issues with noise levels, the roosters crowing was delightful and always made me laugh. It was actually nice to hear the band at the resort behind us , we jokingly said we were going to send paper airplanes over the lattice to request songs, lol! We loved all the vegetation & greenery around us, we were even surprised by a mango that fell from the tree while we were sitting on the back deck one morning, it was delicious by the way! This was our first time visiting Key West and now that we know the lay of the land we wouldn’t rent a car next time ( although we did enjoy driving from and back to Miami in a convertible!) as parking is very limited and there’s enough golf carts , scooters & bikes to rent, not to mention that this cottage is perfectly located to walk to just about everything. We highly recommend taking Lloyds Bike Tour , The Southernmost Food Tour, The Argo Navis Sunset Sail & Marathon Mermaid Snorkeling excursions! And we found the Fort Zach State Park was a very nice beach and picnic area. We look forward to coming back and bringing our family.
