Un appartement climatisé au rez-de-chaussée avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains avec vue mer, montagne et piscine équipé de wifi.

Il y a une chambre principale avec une salle de bain attenante, une deuxiÚme chambre avec lits jumeaux, une salle de bain familiale, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des plans de travail en granit. Séjour avec tv, dvd, quelques chaines satellites. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer, la piscine et les montagnes.

Situé dans un complexe de premiÚre ligne populaire à Puerto del Carmen. L'appartement est situé dans un endroit trÚs calme, mais juste à votre porte se trouve la plage, les restaurants, les bars et les magasins.

Great location , shops, bars, beach and pool on your doorstep. There are some stairs which can be a kilker in the heat but not too many. Apartment was a good size with aircon , however we did not know the aircon was pay as you go , using 1 euro per hour which was a negative.

Las Tabaibas Apartment

We found the apartment spacious and comfortable. Being at the top of the complex there are a few flights of stairs but also a ramp to get there. Being in our 70s it was a bit of a struggle with the big suitcase which really we could have done without because there is a good washing machine there. The beds are comfortable. The tv package and Wi-Fi are great. It was nice to have the sun loungers to relax on and take in the lovely view. Everything is on the doorstep. As others have said the shower cubicles are quite small but perfectly adequate. Victoria is an excellent host and we definitely recommend her apartment for a lovely holiday.

El apartamento sin duda ha sido todo un acierto. La ubicaciĂłn es ideal ya que a pesar de encontrarse en una zona tranquila, a la vuelta de la esquina hay muchas tiendas y bares. Y la playa se encuentra al cruzar la calle. Es un espacio luminoso y acogedor, con una terraza perfecta para comer o cenar. AdemĂĄs, la piscina a unos metros estĂĄ genial para refrescarse, y las vistas son impresionantes. RepetirĂ­a sin dudarlo.

Great base for all of the resort

We have stayed in tabaibas before and it is a lovely complex, tucked away behind the strip and shops but very quiet. Good for access to the beach, buses, main shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from old town and the harbour. The apartment has everything you need and we had two maid services in the fortnight which was good. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because the shower cubicles were very small, neither of us is large, and if you weren’t very careful you could knock the controls resulting in either a very hot or cold rush of water. Tv and wi if we’re excellent. Would definitely come again.

Absolutely wonderful apartment, great location

Just returned from our stay at E7 apartment, had a fantastic holiday, apartment was absolutely stunning, very clean and well maintained, with everything you needed (like home from home) Complex clean and tidy and everyone was so friendly here. Wonderful sea views and a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach and strip with shops, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment. Can’t wait to be back there next year.

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. It is in an excellent location ,within walking distance of a fabulous beach and a huge choice of restaurants. Victoria answered any queries we had prior to arrival very promptly. Perfect!!!

My friend and I have recently returned from this gorgeous property after a completely chilled and relaxing holiday. The apartment is beautifully clean, yes, it is situated up a few steps (65 to be precise!) but it is worth it for the views, peace and tranquillity you experience when you get there. Apartment E7 has everything you need and has the most heavenly comfortable beds!! Our only niggle was the very small shower cubicles, which, if like me you are rather buxom and carry extra padding it's a very tight squeeze!! Air conditioning is available in the apartment but to be honest we never needed to use it - we found if you open the rear bedroom window you get an amazing breeze that sweeps through the apartment keeping the rooms cool throughout the day (and us on the terrace). We thoroughly recommend the HiLife restaurant which can be found just outside the main entrance to the complex gates - it has a very extensive tasty menu!! Click on the 'Book now' you certainly won't regret it!! Thanks for a fantastic stay Victoria - it was lovely to see you (albeit it via Whatsapp). xx

Just returned from our stay in E7 apt. Really lovely lay out, has everything as described on web site. Beds are soooo comfy, the whole experience from booking to arriving all went so smoothly. Victoria is very friendly and left a booklet with all instructions for all appliances. Would recommend this apt. There are a few steps/slope before you get to the apt, and as we are both 60+ we got a bit out of breath at first, but got used to it ,so don't let this put you off.

Bright, clean and very quiet, but so close to the action!

The villa is located very close to the main strip but might have been in the country, easy access and very quiet. The main points to praise are:- well equipped villa very comfortable furnishings very clean and well presented on arrival, welcome pack including milk OJ and Cava , biscuits, tea and sugar ( nice touch). cleaners visit mid stay to change all towels and bedlinen and give villa the 'once over' Only negative comment is lack of parking nearby for hire car . Owners very helpful and recommended excellent local family run restaurant 'Santi' nearby.

Lovely Views

We found this to be a lovely bright, clean, apartment with lots of towels, DVD's etc etc, and lovely views from the patio, which gets the sun from morning 'til night. Lots of eateries and bars close by to choose from. Considering this is Lanzarote, the TV & wifi could not have been better with lots of channel choices including most of the channels you would expect at home. Important to us for our daughter and we were here during December so good to know we had this to fall back on. Great location right in the heart of Puerto del Carmen and so quiet at night in the apartment. I guess it's only fair to mention the steps up to the apartment. There are quite a lot, and probably not a problem for most, but be aware if you are travelling with anyone less able, and you do need to carry all your shopping up them. We felt a bit like mountain goats by the end of the 2 weeks and actually rather enjoyed the challenge. Also the shower enclosures are a little compact to say the least but ok so long as your not one of the more generously pear shaped Brits like me unfortunately! We would probably have preferred one roomier bathroom rather than it being split into 2. However we certainly managed and had a lovely 2 weeks here.

Quiet and serene location but just mintues from the hustle and bustle of the front

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

We had travelled a lot before having kids (now 10 & 8) though still a bit anxious about this trip, our first family trip abroad, but it couldn't have been easier. We booked the apartment based on the description and reviews and we weren't disappointed. It's in a complex of traditional Spanish apartments that's immaculately kept with gorgeous flora and views to feed the soul (if you like sunsets you will be a very happy bunny). The pool is a good size and also immaculate and there was a first aider/lifeguard 11-3pm (they and the pharmacy were great when our kids got minor injuries as kids do). The other residents/tourists were friendly even when our noisy kids were in the pool, and the apartment and location suited both adults and kids (not an easy feat). The apartment also has a large TV with lots of channels to entice the kids away from the mid day sun. It's minutes away from the beach and main drag, but the complex is a quiet oasis, and near shops, a bus stop, taxi rank etc (15 mins from the airport). The best restaurant we found is a ten min walk (to the left as you come out the complex), a small family run Italian called la Lanterna (a standard of cooking on a par with Rome's restaurants). We used zip transfers to get to and from the airport (another excellent service) and the owner was great from the booking right through to our departure, promptly responding to all our queries even the trivial ones. The only small issue for me was that the sun lounger was too hard for me to lie on for long but it didn't stop the rest of the family from some serious sunbathing and it's a very minor issue, it certainly hasn't stopped us re-booking already for next year. The bar has been set high for future family holidays abroad - this rental is highly recommended!

We love the location because it is right on the beachfront, close to restaurants, bars and shops, but once you step inside the complex it is very quiet and peaceful.

Our apartment 'Miramar' is in a great location within the complex as it overlooks the pool, sea and mountains. You do not hear any noise from the beach road! Our property has the bonus of two bathrooms which is quite rare in the area. We provide a full satellite package including all sports and movies.
