Our family enjoyed our stay at this Lakeside/Beach house. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two grills! One night we grilled fresh fish right off the boat. We absolutely loved the location! It is a short walk to the beach and Boardwalk. However, there's a sweet little yard overlooking a small lake. Perfect for sunsets. Also, the hot tub is a nice way to wind down at the end of the day. This is a great multigenerational property. The host is very responsive and went out of his way to make out week comfortable. Our group had an age range of 6 weeks to 66 years and we were all pleased with the space.

Beautiful clean home in a nice location. Owner is very communicative and highly focused on insuring any guest have an exceptional time. Spacious clean rooms, big tvs everywhere (a personal fave), nice views of the lake off the back, comfy Adirondack chairs in the front (we spent a lot of time reading here) and back, short walk to the beach, Jenkinson's Boardwalk and plenty of food options in the area. Five stars all the way around. Oh ... and did I mention the owner? Fantastic, truly cares about your vacation. Would definitely be on our list for a repeat visit.

Awesome location and beautiful lake views

Location was ideal for walking to the boardwalk and restaurants, and the views of the lake from the house were even nicer than the listing pics. Would love to return next year!

Great location

Second time visiting this property. The location is lake front and within 2 blocks of Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk. We had a fantastic weekend and enjoy the spaciousness of this home.

1st vacation with our dog!

The house was perfect for my family and our dog's first vacation. Communication with the owner Max and Angela was wonderful, a nice personalized feeling for our stay. The house was clean and super convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved the dock and hot tube too. Would definitely book for another vacation!

Excellent vacation home

Beautifully maintained home. Very clean. All the amenities. Great location. I highly recommend for families. Very response owners. No issues at all. We'd stay here again without a second thought.

Great spot near everything!

House was very spacious. Nice yard and outside seating. Lake views a treat. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, town, shops and restaurants. Had a great time. Owner and rental manager very accommodating.

Great Place - Great Location

We had a wonderful weekend in a wonderful house. Everything was just as advertised and the communication with the owner and property manager was outstanding. We enjoyed the hot tub and really enjoyed the kitchen and the cozy room next to it. There was also great sleeping arrangements for all us.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It is walking distance to all the action (boardwalk and town) but it is located on a quiet lovely neighborhood street. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He answered all questions right away. The house is very clean and modern and the backyard looks onto a beautiful lake. We would definitely rent there again!

Family vacation 2024

Our family enjoyed the vacation in Point Pleasant Beach NJ. The home was wonderful,clean and had everything we need for our family of 9. Our children said this the best vacation ever. Walking dist to the board walk, beach passes and parking passes included. We will 100 percent book the home again in the future.

Well stocked and nice view

Longer walk to beach than “2 blocks” but great backyard into lovely lake. Upon arrival the floors were not clean. Kitchen had everything and more. Everyone pretty much used hall bath upstairs. Beware: if using your own bedding, they’re all King size except the one tiny room with its own tiny bathroom. Overall, nice house and location!

Wonderful Week With Family

We loved this house! So much space, upgrades, and excellent location on the lake and only 2 blocks to the wonderful Point Pleasant Beach! We had a very stress free family reunion and everyone was relaxed and happy! Bring some blow up rafts for the lake! The kitchen was great and we cooked every night which was a blessing with such a large group. Our favorite time of the day was gathering on the pier on the lake at night after visiting the boardwalk.

Perfection in Point Pleasant

I grew up in Point Pleasant and went looking for a space to spend the Holidays with my family and found the most PERFECT HOME!!! Not only was the home clean, spacious, with all the comforts of a perfect beach home, the owner and manager were available to discuss and answer any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. THE LAYOUT!!! Home has beautifully spacious bedrooms with storage space for your personal items. The shower was delightful with awesome water pressure and excellent temperature range! Kitchen has all the space needed with a built-in pantry, which is located just off the large dining table and looks over into the living room and back tv room. THE VIEW!!!! The water views were such a pretty spot to see sunrises and sunsets from the back balcony! We also enjoyed the resident swans that come to visit. Location!!! Home is close to all the downtown restaurants, inlet, boardwalk, and beach without being immersed in the crowds. Would've given the home and experience 10 stars if I could've! Thanks again! Kaitlyn

Glorious location

The house is situated in a fabulous location. You can walk to the beach ,a bit longer walk to shopping and restaurants . The view out back is the water of Lake Louise. The sound of the gulls and watching the ducks and swans were terrific. Okay, now this part. I imagine it's because the house is for sale that some things have slipped by the wayside. It has the minimum amount of furniture. The downstairs bathroom had problems with the toilet running and then not flushing. The smaller upstairs bathroom had a situation where the light and the fan didn't work. When walking up the front steps I almost felt like i was going to fall through one of the steps. If you pull out the top and bottom rack of the dishwasher it felt like it was going to fall out as it wasn't connected to the counter. The kitchen sink had trouble draining. I'm not trying to make it sound awful because I so enjoyed most of the wonderful parts. I just need to be honest. Oh, and btw, Parking can be a bear.

Very troubled by this guests post. This guest booked her stay over 15 months in advance, and visited the house in person two months before her arrival. As a local landlord, I inspect the house personally between stays and immediately address any issues. The house had the exact furniture in it during her stay as it did when she first visited. All of the maintenance issues addressed in her review didn’t exist. The bathroom did lose power, the guest contacted me and I went right over. I asked if she wanted me to have an electrician come over and address the issue, but she said absolutely not it’s no big deal. After her stay ended, the electrician determined that a device one of guests were using caused an outlet to overload. The problem was repaired within minutes. As a courtesy, I waved the house cleaning fee ($150.00) for the inconvenience. Yes parking is bad in all of Point Pleasant Beach. The house has a driveway that fits 2 vehicles.

Great house and location!

This house was fantastic for our 2 week trip to the shore. My husband and I and our teen daughters stayed the whole time and were joined by our older daughter, her boyfriend and 5 year old...plus our dogs. The house fit us all very well and accommodations were as advertised. Location was fantastic. 8 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk into the main drag of shops and restaurants on Arnold. Max was easy to connect with and super responsive, as was the in-town property manager, Angela. If we come back to PPB, would definitely stay again.
