L'appartement est situé sur une colline, à seulement cinq minutes à pied du village traditionnel de Peyia et à quelques minutes de route de Coral Bay - avec la meilleure plage de cette partie de Chypre. Calme et paisible, à seulement vingt minutes en voiture de la plus grande station balnéaire de Paphos, l'appartement offre un accès facile à toutes les commodités, y compris un excellent supermarché et plusieurs restaurants locaux. L'appartement dispose d'une grande piscine commune, d'une salle de sport et d'un sauna. Depuis le salon, vous trouverez un grand patio avec une vue imprenable, meublé d’une table et de 6 chaises pour vous permettre de dîner en plein air et de beaucoup d’espace pour bronzer. Good Value for Money

Overall the apartment was excellent value for money I would have liked to have given 5 stars but I couldn't get the microwave to work, the mugs in the cupboard were very dirty, and we were told that we would receive a change of bedding on the middle weekend of our 2 week stay but that did not happen

Hi Robert. I wish you would have let me know of these issues at the time so I could have done something about them. The microwave has been replaced and I have been assured by my property manager that issue with the mugs and the bedding will never happen again. Lovely sunny week in a comfy apartment

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing sunny week in this super apartment which was exactly as described. Having breakfast on the sunny tranquil veranda with this fabulous view was delightful each morning. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The wifi was a real help too. We had a couple of queries during the week to which we got quick replies which was very helpful. We enjoyed fabulous walks to Lara Bay and from the Baths of Aphrodite to Fontana Amarosa, plus both ways along the coast in Paphos. All in all a great break and we returned home refreshed. Many thanks Tracey and Kevin for a super week in your apartment.

A Morning View to Die For.

We had originally booked for a 6 week stay but due to a work scenario we had to return early.For the time we spent there on days we went to the pool we had it to ourselves,the WIFI is excellent and also uk TV for the evenings we did not go out.This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in the hills,and you do need a car to get about, unless you want to stay local.Peyia has enough Bars and places to eat to keep anyone happy.Did i mention the view, sat on the balcony eating breakfast with the best view ever over coral bay and beyond.We were really sad when we had to cut our stay short,but we will certainly return in the future,Tracey and Kevin were very easy to deal with via email a lovely place to stay and also the price to rent is very reasonable.

Home from Home apartment in Peyia with views to die for

Thankyou both you for allowing us to rent your lovely apartment in Peyia for the last two weeks in Sep 2018. The views in the morning were amazing and at night were so relazing . The apartment had everything you would need. I can see some people put comments about the road upto the apartment, yes it can be tricky but you can park in front of the apartment in front of the pool and use the stairs to reach the apartment. Oh yes thankyou for having the cool box, we used this every day. I would most certaintly stay here again. Peyia has so much to offer regarding eating out , we ate in the Grande , The old cinema , The brewery , the Harris Bar and also the Alea bar in Paphos. Regards Roger and Sandra Newton le willows

The property is quite a way out of Peyia. Property complex very run down and not maintained. Apartment was very dirty when we arrived. Wardrobes very untidy with owners belongings. Apartment run down and would benefit from new furniture and a new television( TV box as old as the hills along with TV). Would not return to apartment or complex.

Hello Robert. As you know I acted immediately and spoke to my property manager. I believe he came to the apartment straight away to chat with you and understand what the issues were. My manager offered to re clean the apartment but as you had already kindly done this he gave you monetary compensation to go out for dinner. He also replaced the microwave and supplied cleaning materials. I have further spoke to him and asked that he pays better attention to the cleaning of the apartment. Thank you for reporting the dated TV; I will be replacing the TV this year and inspecting the furniture. The block my apartment is in is due to be repainted this year but I am sorry if you were disappointed with it. I do feel the views warrant the fact it is slightly (walkable) out if the village. I am sorry it was not for you; other guests have found it superb and very good value for money. Kind regards Tracey

Lovely apartment

Overall we loved our stay in the apartment. The views were amazing from the balcony. It was a little hard to find in the dark with the directions we were given but once we found it using the key press for the door was easy. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, just the occasional bark from a dog. Just about everything you need in the kitchen and pool towels, sun umbrella and cool box were provided which were very useful. Wi-Fi worked after an initial hiccup. The cleanliness could have been better. There were cup/glass rings on both the coffee table and dining table and the kitchen counter was sticky. The apartment would benefit from a deep clean. Overall we loved the place and had a fantastic holiday.

Bravo pour la réactivité et la disponibilité de Kevin qui s occupe de l appartement. Nous avons eu en 15 jours un problème avec le réfrigérateur et la machine à laver et les propriétaires n ont pas hésité à les changer. Seul bémol le problème de l evier qui se bouche et les explications pour arriver à la résidence de nuit !!! Sinon la résidence est très calme et la vue est sublime

Superbe séjour a Peyia

Nous avons logé dans l appartement de Tracey pendant une semaine. Celui ci est parfait, cosy, super équipé, décoré avec goūt. rien n y manquait. Comme a la maison. La vue du balcon est magnifique, sur Paphos. La cuisine offrait tous les ustensiles nécessaires. L emplacement est idéal, au sortir du village, a 10 minutes de marche. Les magasins et restaurants offrent un grand choix. Tracey est très réactiveiment et efficace. Vraiment une superbe adresse. Allez y, votre séjour sera parfait.

Schönes Appartement mit tollem Blick

Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und die Terasse ist groß mit tollem Ausblick bis zum Meer. Der Ort bietet ein paar nette Lokale mit seht guten Meze und einen Supermarkt. Wer gut zu Fuß ist kann die Restaurants und den Supermarkt ohne Auto erreichen, der Rückweg ist allerdings sehr steil. Peyia ist noch nicht so touristisch und nur 8 Min. Mit dem Auto vom Meer entfernt. Tracey hat alles sehr gut vorab beschrieben und so hatten wir keine Sxhwierigkeiten mit der Anreise. Uns hat es gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Peyia sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles drin, was man braucht. Tracy ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

excellent apartments

excellent apartments are equipped with everything you need, convenient location. wonderful sea view. the owner answered any questions very quickly. there was a problem with the air conditioner but the property manager solved the issue as soon as possible. We are very grateful to the owner and manager for a good holiday.

Apartment with a spectacular view

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was lovely and clean and fully equipped and the view was beautiful both day and night. The whole process from booking through to arriving there was very straight forward and it was really nice to be able to park on the same level. There was good WiFi and a tv (which we didn’t use) because when there we just sat on the terrace looking at the view. The pool area was very clean and well maintained too although down quite a lot of steps. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Fantastic apartment

This is our second stay and again it didn't disappoint. The apartment it very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the addition of a cool box for days out is a good touch. It is most certainly a home from home. It is also in a peaceful location topped with amazing views. We would definitely recommend this apartment, it is a good base to explore the island. Thank you Tracey for letting is stay!!

Wondeful Stay

We stayed here for a week in March 2020 and had a lovely time. The apartment was just what we wanted beautiful views of Peyia , fantastic British TV including being able to download programmes very clean and everything you need is supplied. Travey the owner was extremely helpful with communication both at home in UK and while we were on the holiday , thankyou Tracey for allowing us the use of your apartment. We are very familiar to the area and this apartment was just what we wanted.

We would like you to have a wonderful holiday staying in our apartment.
We have carefully furnished it to accommodate families, the aim being a home from home.
We live in Yorkshire in the UK so we have local managing agents who can help should the need arise and are able to provide you with a cleaning and laundry service.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought our apartment having seen the view. The climate and local people made this a great place for holidays.

Driving is easy as its on the left as at home and all the signs are in English, so its easy to find you way about.

The country has an easy pace and is friendly with a very low crime rate.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our Apartment is close enough to Coral Bay and Paphos to enjoy a more lively night life and sufficiently far enough away if you want peace and quiet.

The proximity of the village makes a shopping and eating out really easy for a relaxing and slower pace of life.

Internet access makes for easy communications via e-mail or skype, so you can escape but not disappear.

Mostly though, people love the panoramic view from the patio. It is equally stunning first thing in the morning as last thing at night, there is a very similar view from the pool.
