We have been married 20 years and have lived in 3 different states. Michigan is a beautiful place to live and the place we hope to call home for many years to come. We enjoy outdoor activities such as biking, walking and exploring. Traverse City is one of our favorite places to explore. The winery and brewery tours are also one our favorite activities to do in Traverse City. We love all of the festivals that Traverse hosts throughout the summer, and highly recommend attending if one is in town. Being an Italian family, we also love to eat, and Traverse City has some wonderful restaurants with outstanding food and spirits.

We immediately fell in love with this property from the moment we walked in and saw the gorgeous view of Long Lake from the windows. Having access to Long Lake just steps from the house was very appealing, and the fact that the water is shallow near the house so we could easily swim and play was very exciting. We enjoy drinking our coffee on the terrace in the morning and making smores by the firepit at night. The sound of Loones is so calming and fishing off the dock is a favorite family pastime. The home is so cozy and inviting and the upgrades throughout the house allow us the conveniences of home.

The unique benefits you will enjoy when staying at Long Lake Escape include the upgraded chef's kitchen with all the cookware you will need to create a gourmet meal. Also, the large windows throughout the home allow for stunning sunset views of Long Lake, from the Living room, walk-out basement living room and bedroom, and from the Master bedroom. There are four bedroom that allow for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably. The master suite has a master bathroom with all the upgrades to allow for total relaxation and comfort. The walk-out level has a separate full kitchen that allows for more food and drink storage and preparation. There is a large screen projector TV in the walk-out level that feels like your at the movie theater. There are flat screen TV's in the main floor living room and Master bedroom with cable television and DVD player access. There are board games/puzzles and DVD movies for our guests to enjoy. We provide 2 kayaks that our guests can use during the stay and the dock allows for boat/jet ski parking within steps from the home.
