MAISON LOIN DE CHEZ. Très confortable avec des vues spectaculaires.

Cette 3 chambres à coucher, unité 2-marie à Phoenix East possède l'une des plus belles vues sur la plage. L'unité de coin au deuxième étage dispose d'un balcon wrap-around avec vue golfe de face de la plage tout le chemin à Phoenix ouest et l'est au lever du soleil sur la jetée. Vous pourrez déjeuner sur le balcon à la nouvelle table cube à manger avec 4 chaises ou bronzer sur la chaise longue.

A l'intérieur il y a beaucoup de mises à jour effectuées en Octobre et Novembre 2015 et Avril 2016. La cuisine a de nouveaux comptoirs, un nouvel évier, armoires rénovées pour aller avec de nouveaux appareils de cuisine de l'année dernière. Les deux salles de bains ont de nouveaux comptoirs, de nouveaux puits, armoires rénovées et de nouveaux luminaires.

La suite de la chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'un accès à un balcon privé sur le côté nord. La première chambre d'hôtes dispose d'une paire de lits queen-size et la troisième chambre a également un lit queen-size. Toutes les chambres ont une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de et le capitaine et deuxième chambre ont les écrans nouvellement montés sur le mur. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lecteur DVD. Toutes les chambres ont de grands placards et beaucoup d'espace de tiroir.

Le salon et la salle à manger ont tous les nouveaux meubles. La nouvelle table à manger peut accueillir six avec 4 chaises et un banc. Plus, la barre de 9 pieds sièges supplémentaires 4 personnes. Le salon est spacieux avec un nouveau canapé, causeuse, fauteuil, table basse et table d'extrémité. Le salon dispose également d'un nouveau téléviseur 43 pouces avec une combinaison Blu-Ray / DVD. Toutes les chambres sont meublées dans des tons bleus et des tons de terre et avoir de nouvelles photos et accessoires.

Les installations comprennent: lave-linge et sèche-linge dans condo, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux dans les deux salles de bains, pack 'n play pour les enfants, piscines intérieure / extérieure, bains à remous, un sauna, une salle d'exercice, des courts de tennis, terrain de racquetball, le splash pad pour enfants, jeu de palets cour et grilles nouvellement installés.

Great Condo near the jetty

The condo was clean and well equipped. The host had excellent communication and i would stay here again. Great location, near Zekes, and good restaurants. We always love staying at the Pheonix VII. Grounds are clean, indoor pool is warm, and the beach is beautiful.

Perfect for our family

This location was great for the ages of our kiddos (7,5,2) everything was within a 10 min driving distance. There were things to do just to take a break from the sun and heat. Loved that the majority of the pool was under 4 foot deep. Getting to the ocean is a bit of a walk but the bridge going out was very nice with multiple hoses to rinse off at. Cindy (the host) was very organized and quick to respond to any needs or questions I had.

This condo worked perfectly for our family! Our kids had their own bedroom with a TV, where they could relax, while we had our own space. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great to everything as well! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic condo. Deep corner balcony with plenty of comfortable chairs and a nice table. Tile throughout, beautifully decorated. Great location, 2nd floor has amazing views with the convenience of using elevator or stairs.

We spent the months of January,February and March 2016 in this condo. Very nicely decorated and very clean. The sunsets are beautiful and the owners are great. The view from the condo is exceptional.

Perfect condo for our group of 4

Check in and check out couldn’t have gone smoother. Very clean and convenient condo. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to have more bath towels. We had to wash them a few times to make it through the trip with clean towels. I suggest bringing extra toilet paper and detergent for the washing machine. Would book here again!

Welcoming and Comfortable

This condo was perfect for me and my six siblings and friends. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It was clean and inviting and we had everything we needes. We cooked dinner on two different nights because we felt right at home and didn't want to leave! I celebrated my 30th birthday and my brother got engaged on the balcony. This condo will foreihold a special place in our hearts.

We loved unit 201!

We loved Phoenix east and our unit. This was by far the best unit we have ever stayed in. Beautiful views, comfy beds, and almost anything you could need for your home away from home. My family of 7 had plenty of room. Pool was great and unit was a very short walk to the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this unit. We also loved the small touches like a pack and play for the baby and a fully stocked kitchen. We will be back!

Old College Friend Beach Vacation

The location of this condo was wonderful. We were close to everything we wanted to do in Orange Beach. Everything was just a quick uber ride away. We all really enjoyed the wrap around balcony the view was beautiful. There were four couples and there was plenty of room for 8 adults comfortably. We have never stayed on a lower floor before but it was great. We didn't have to wait too long for the elevator and if we didn't want to wait we just took the stairs. There were two things that we were displeased about. In the master bedroom the closet had a very strong smell like urine. We couldn't even open the closet door it was so strong. Our friends could smell it when they walked in to our room. Also the master bedroom king size bed was old and lumpy. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and we sank in the bed. We had terrible neck and back aches from the bed. Other than those two things everything was good and we all really enjoyed ourselves. We really got to relax and catch up with old friends.

Hi Campbell. Spending time with old college friends is great. We have done so on a yearly basis for the last 40 years. We are glad that you had an overall good experience at our condo. However, we are very concerned with the review that was left. Let me explain. We have owned our condo for 3 years. During this period, we have strived to give our renters the best possible experience. We used a large management company for the first year and were not pleased with the cleaning of the condo. We then found a small management company that is a husband and wife team that we would put up against any management company in the Orange Beach area. They are, quite simply, wonderful. The cleaning and maintenance of the condo is excellent. Upon receiving notice of a problem, they take steps to take care of it immediately, day or night. This was the first 3-star review that we have received out of 42 reviews. In the review, you raise two problems. The first involves a smell coming from the closet area. You use the highly charged word “urine” when discussing this smell. We have had the closet area looked into and no one can find any evidence of a stain on the carpet or the existence of any peculiar smell coming from the closet. I want to assure you that we are not saying you didn’t smell something. But, we just don’t have any idea of what it could have been. I wish you would have called the management company to come look into it. They would have been there immediately. As for the bed in the master bedroom, we have never had a complaint before. As a matter of fact, we have had positive reviews about the beds in the condo. However, we will keep an eye on incoming reviews to see if there are other complaints. If so, I want to assure you and future renters that we will replace it. Thank you for your comments.

Nice layout/location

Excellent floor plan. Felt very roomy. Loved the balcony and really appreciate the tall chairs to have a great view over the railing. Beautiful view throughout the day. Owner very responsive. Close to restaurants and shopping but at the same time feels private and not crowded.

Beautiful Condo

This was our first time to this area to meet family and friends. The condo was exactly as described, great decor and all the items needed to make a great stay. Perfect location and the view was amazing. The only complaint is having to pay $55.00 for a parking pass, it should be included with the stay. Otherwise amazing place!!
