It was a lovely villa in a fantastic location. Checking In was snooth although a few little problems with lighting and minor issues. The neighbours were friendly and helpful. Everything was peefect.

A Perfect Getaway in Larnaca – Highly Recommend!My partner and I had the most wonderful stay at this villa in Cyprus! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and offered total privacy — exactly what we were looking for.One of the standout highlights was the host’s hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even arranging for two full-length mirrors before we arrived — such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference!The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was modern and well-stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The pool area was absolutely lovely — perfect for relaxing in the sun with complete peace and quiet.Overall, this place was a dream. Modern, stylish, and cozy with all the amenities you could want. Relaxing stay in a visually-stunning villa

Villa was lovely - really spacious and elegant with good air conditioning and mostly very good facilities. Lots of sofas to relax on and outside chairs and loungers in a pleasant terrace area. Village shop had a reasonable selection of goods and a large supermarket was only 20 minutes drive away. Pool was large but unfortunately has been repaired with a plastic membrane that is now separating from the underneath layer so it felt a bit like walking on jellyfish. Once we had got used to it, it was fine.

Simon is to be to congratulated on his super villa, We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks there in our beloved Cyprus. It was a joy to return to the villa after a full day out. Returning to the villa was to enter an oasis of calm, especially after a day out in bustling towns such as Larnaca, Limassol or Nicosia. It was a joy to sit outside in the evening warmth and sunshine and read a book and to breakfast al-fresco under the rear portico. The villa was as described and pretty well everything was catered for. It was almost certainly the most comprehensively equipped villa we have ever stayed in. One question though, hair dryers. The only time ever that Mrs Allen did not take her travel dryer with her and she could not find a hair dryer anywhere. Is there one hidden somewhere where we did not look? In truth though the villa really was a home from home and we felt extremely comfortable and relaxed there.The only real issue we had was with the pool initially not filtering, but a WhatsApp to Simon ensured it was fixed the same day and we had no further problems. The only other comment we would make is that the local info does need updating to reflect the present times. We had to drive to Mosfiloti and Agios Anna to find Tavernas in the evening. We never found the one opposite the church in Pyrga open despite constantly looking at different times. The other villages are only a few minutes drive and it was not a problem. Would definitely stay again.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Swimming Pool in ruhiger Lage und mit einer Top Ausstattung. Hier fehlt es tatsächlich an nichts. Problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Vielen Dank für die schönen 10 Tage !

Stunning, clean and comfortable

We had an extremely comfortable holiday in this house. Not only is the house stunning it is the best equipped house we’ve ever stayed in. The surrounding area is quiet which was great and within 20 mins easy driving distance of Larnaca and Nicosia. The tavernas in the village are within easy walking distance. There was a problem with the Wi-fi when we first arrived which Simon sorted out quickly. We’d definitely stay in this house again if ever we’re in the area.

Traumurlaub - a place you must have been!

Wunderschönes modernes Haus auf dem Lande in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben die Zeit mit der Familie ausgesprochen genossen, weitläufiger Garten, Viel Platz im Haus alles perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt tatsächlich an nichts!!! Sogar Spielsachen und Luftmatratzen für das Pool vorhanden. Extrem unkomplizierte Wohnungsübergabe, Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche. Wir werden wiederkommen!

A fantastic Stay!

What a modern, light & spacious holiday villa! I cannot recommend this villa strongly enough. We first visited as a couple back in 2006 and enjoyed the space as a base for our adventures across the island and as a wonderful place to relax. We really enjoyed the privacy and the pool and the friendly locals at the tavern. Returning with our 9 month old was a different type of holiday, but no less enjoyable. Everything we needed for our baby girl was already there…a travel cot and a high chair to name a couple of things. There is a little play area with swings, literally around the corner which we popped to most days. The gates around the pool gave us peace of mind knowing that our little one wouldn’t accidentally roll her way in. There is also plenty of shade in the garden if you want it. My favourite area was amongst the trees on the edge of the garden. Reading a book there with a cold beer in hand, soaking in the sights and smells was absolute bliss! It is also so easy to get around by car, with the cosmopolitan city of Nicosia & 2 local beaches so close by. Simply being able to drive on the left side of the road is a bonus. We hired a car and had no trouble finding the villa or navigating our way around the island. Now a family of four, we look forward to returning again soon!

The best villa I have stayed at in Cyprus

This is my second stay at Simon’s villa. I have to repeat that it is the most well appointed and comfortable rental that I have stayed at in Cyprus. Further, Pyrga’s convenient central location provides excellent access to Nicosia (15 minutes), Larnaca (15 minutes) and Limassol (25 minutes). Simon provided lots of brochures and information detailing places to visit and the best places to eat, which helps a great deal when touring the island. Simon’s villa was clearly built to provide his own family with all the very best comforts of home and as such meant that nothing was left to chance when providing all that we needed to enjoy our holiday. The tavern in the village was a real bonus and we were able to enjoy non-tourist styled food along with the locals at great prices. Discovering Simon’s villa was a gem and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is looking for comfort, convenience and value for money when renting a villa in Cyprus. Chris Ttofa

I was born and married in Cyprus and now live in Wales. We completed the build of our family home in 2008/9. We like the location because it is a quiet village some 20 mins fro Larnaca airport. The accommodation is modern and spacious , the grounds are landscaped with an outdoor swimming pool. We can accommodate 2 - 6 guests.
