We had an amazing stay at The Wharf in Orange Beach! We were in town for a wedding at Heron Pointe at The Wharf, and it happened to be the same weekend as the annual fishing tournament and a concert event. Even with so much going on, the property never felt overcrowded. The setup and traffic flow throughout The Wharf were incredibly well organized, making it easy to get around without ever feeling overwhelmed.There was plenty for the children to do, which made the trip even better for our family. Near the front area there was a small amphitheater with live music and lawn games for both kids and adults. Our kids especially loved the giant chess board and spent so much time playing there.The pool was definitely one of the highlights of the trip — the kids never wanted to leave! The condo itself was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We had 4 adults and 3 children staying together and still had more than enough room to relax and enjoy time together. The balcony view was absolutely wonderful and became one of our favorite parts of the stay.We also really appreciated the excellent customer service. I accidentally left an item behind after checkout, and the on-call property manager was incredibly helpful and kind. They made sure the item was secured so we could retrieve it later this week, which we truly appreciated.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return again!

It was awesome. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable and the location was great with amazing views. I would make the suggestion of cleaning or changing out the Decorative pillows on the beds because they were in bad shape but the rest of the unit was great. We would stay again.

Amazing condo, great amenities and a perfect location. So many places to eat, shop and visit with this location. Condo was great, beds were comfy, alot of room and all appliances are up to date. Would definitely stay again! Great spot for kids and adults.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect! Condo was as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the marina was our favorite spot showcasing gorgeous sunsets and sunrises! Great fun being so close to restaurants, live music and shops all within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

Spring break at the Wharf

Very nice condo at the Wharf with great views front and back. Lots to do and see there. Had a little issue with the door code not working but the property managers were able to solve it fairly fast with a phone call. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View!

We could sit on the balcony and just watch the view all day. Location was amazing, just walk down to the shops and restaurants. The little water park was incredible and the kids had a blast. Very nice sized condo and very clean. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back!

Nicest condo we ever stayed in.

This condo was like living in your own home. Everything was great from all the furnishings to the TV on the patio area. My daughter loved the Oasis pool area. You never have to leave the Wharf with all the restaurants, arcade, putt putt golf and the Oasis. The only con would be the Oasis is about 1/4 mile walk or shuttle to get to. If you don't need the beach, this is the place for you.

I do not see that you called in to report these issues to us, nor were they mentioned to our 24/7 Guest Services Team. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. We have scheduled a walk-through of this property with our team to do a thorough inspection of the property and furniture conditions to have any items addressed with the owner. We do provide linens for all beds listed, but do ask our guests to bring any extra needed as they are not offered in the units. House on the wharf

We loved the area and the convenience of the local shopping and restaurants. The one drawback was not knowing the locations of the fitness center and the swimming pool. Our access code didn’t work and neither did the dryer. Had some frustration with both of those but overall it was a good vacation.

Condo spacious and clean.

Condo itself was great. The activities, distance of oil, no putt putt, limited hours of pool, no info on workout room or location or guide to area events. This would have been nice. Also we never got a working key fob.

Summer23 Wharf

The property was not ready for occupancy and the rental agency Southern vacation rental did not have towels or toilet paper or our passes in the condo and did not seem to have any sense of urgency about fixing it. Our entry codes were wrong and were changed 2 days without communication. I love the wharf but this was my worst experience ever I’m 10-12 years of coming here.
